El hotel está muy bien sorprendido con el cuarto, el servicio y el aparcamiento gratuito en la carretera, muchos lugares para comer. ¡Le pedí a la señora en la recepción - Jayne me daría algunas sugerencias re tipo de comida que prefiero y ella hizo todo lo posible para proporcionarme las mejores opciones. Definitivamente puede levantar los pulgares 👍👍 hasta este hotel.

No se puede decir nada más alto que sorprendente. Muy bien situado para el proyecto Eden, Lanhydrock House y Looe. Teníamos un fin de semana excepcional. El personal va bien arriba y más allá para ayudar a hacer su estancia lo mejor que pueda ser! Muy grande habitación. Siempre limpia. No es demasiado caro para comida o bebida y comida siempre buena. Fantástico desayuno. En realidad es el personal que hace que este hotel sea el mejor. Volverá pronto.

It was excellent. A lot of unreasonable bad reviews about this place but the cleaniness was fine, facilities more than adequate, and the staff was friendly. The on-site restaurant was excellent as well, again great staff, and the food produced looked like the chef took it seriously too. i.e. homemade tartar sauce, homemade sweet chilli sauce, fresh battered fish. Good beer selection on draught too.

During our three-day stay at The St Ives Bay Hotel, we had a memorable and relaxing experience as a couple. Our beach-view room was an absolute delight, offering stunning vistas of the ocean right from our window. The gentle sounds of the waves crashing on the shore were incredibly soothing, making every morning and evening special. The room itself was spacious, providing more than enough room to unwind and truly feel at ease. We appreciated the hotel’s accessibility, with both bus and train services conveniently close by, making it easy for us to explore the charming town of St Ives and its beautiful surroundings. This convenience added an extra layer of ease to our holiday. On top of everything, the hotel’s rates were budget-friendly, offering excellent value for such a great location and amenities. For couples seeking a comfortable and scenic getaway, The St Ives Bay Hotel is a wonderful option that doesn’t break the bank. We’d love to return!

We had 2 nights here, 11-13 July. We arrived late, between 10-11pm, and the counter staff was very friendly n helpful. We did not manage to get dinner due to train delays but the front staff was kind to inform us that we could purchase some cold sandwiches and he would make sandwiches for us. 😊 The room price includes breakfast for which we were glad. We enjoyed the breakfast thoroughly. The views from the hotel overlooking the St Ives beach is truly amazing. The hotel grounds were immaculately maintained. You must walk through their walled garden … it is well landscaped and very beautiful. It felt like walking in some professionally well curated botanical garden. 👍🏼

房間大，衞生間乾淨，打掃及時。最最最重要的，地理位置超級好，就在火車站和公交站旁邊，其他的酒店都要走兩步，這個簡直就是出門左轉就到，強烈推薦，而且離海邊也不遠，晚上看星星，早起看日出，早上趁天沒亮也可以看星星，絕美

很英式的酒店，前台小姐姐非常熱情，房間不大，但很乾凈，停車免費，記得和前台要停車券，早餐很豐盛，海景也很棒，游泳池開放到晚上十點👍 老酒店隔音都不好

The Premier Inn suited our purpose but can’t say the same for restaurant next door!    Biggest complaint was the fact no toilet paper in disabled toilet!   Really embarrassing situation and the floor generally needed a good scrub.  Noticed mirrors in restaurant could do with a shine, table tops were sticky,  window ledges outside have obviously not been cleaned for months and skirting boards the same .  It generally needs a good overhaul.  Food nothing to write home about and very mediocre.  This sadly reflects on the   Premier and would think twice about staying again.  Sorry to be the bearer of this sad report but being honest l.
