The experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.

El Hotel está retirado del centro, la limpieza muy buena, la atención en el desayuno excelente, cordiales, amables, serviciales

La pasamos muy bien, el desayuno es muy bueno y variado. Sin embargo, la habitación no tenía ventana. Tiene una pequeña entrada de luz que da a donde esta ubicado el aire acondicionado y en las fotos pareciera ser una ventana pero no lo es. Destaco esto en particular porque reservamos pensando que sí tenía ventana y las fotos de las habitaciones son engañosas.

Me gustó el servicio y las habitaciones, queda algo retirado de farmacias y lugares de interés, no obstante lo recomiendo cuando se viaja solo con adultos y con facilidad de moverse

Le service de chambre est bon car il peut être quotidien et les employées sont amicales. Les réceptionnistes sont également amicaux. Dans la chambre,il manque des petites tables près du lit ,un interrupteur pour la lumière. Il faut se lever pour allumer et éteindre celle ci. Le téléviseur marche très bien et dispose de beaucoup de chaînes. Le wifi est très bon. Le rapport qualité prix est l'un des meilleurs de bocagrande.

me queda muy feliz de mi alojamiento en el hotel Baluarte, los todos personal del hotel fueron super amable, el desayuno estaba muy sabroso, Si tenía alguna pregunta el personal del hotel siempre me ayudó con consejos, Este es lugar seguro absolutamente. Me aloje en hotel durante dos semanas y las dos semanas se quedan sin un solo incidente. Estoy lleno de agradecimiento a personal el hotel, y recomiendo hotel baluarte a todos.

El Hampton by Hilton Cartagena Hotel está situado en Qatar, y ofrece una experiencia de alojamiento cómodo y perfecta. Las habitaciones del hotel son amplias y luminosas, están ubicadas en un ambiente cálido y ofrecen un buen ambiente de descanso para los huéspedes. El servicio del hotel también es muy cuidadoso, el personal es entusiasta y amigable y ofrece servicios intimados a los huéspedes. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, el transporte es conveniente, es la opción ideal para viajar y viajar de negocios. En resumen, el Hampton by Hilton Cartagena Hotel es un hotel muy bueno y vale la pena recomendarlo.
