The hotel Is slightly outside the city center, however, it is easy to reach with a tram which stops just a few dozen meters from it and runs very frequently. The interior of the hotel is clean, modern and functional, although from a 4-star hotel we would expect some more amenities in the bathroom, such as a shower cap or some cotton disks. In our room everything worked well. The only thing is that for two people we only had one small bottle of water in the fridge, which we shared, and one big towel, which was signalled to the reception and another one was promptly brought to the room. The weirdest (almost unacceptable) thing happened when, upon check-in, we asked the reception if it was possible to eat something at the hotel at that time (about 5pm), the answer was, ”you need to contact the hotel's restaurant yourself”. Surprised but not discouraged, we called the restaurant from our room, just to learn they were not open until 18:30, which was kind of late for us to start a meal as we have tickets for a show at 20:00 at Le Forum. It ended all ok, we found a nice place to eat downtown, but I think that, at a 4-star property, this is an immediate job of a concierge or a reception agent to help guests find their dining options instead of sending them to contact the restaurant directly. Other than that, everything went smoothly, the breakfast was pretty good, the only recommendation is to think of installing another coffee machine, as with the only one available, there were always a few people waiting for their coffee.

El hotel está muy bien situado y está muy bien situado. Tenemos cena y desayuno en el restaurante, que fueron muy buenos. La comida es deliciosa, tiene muchas selecciones de vinos, y el servicio le hace sentir como en casa. Definitivamente querría volver. Altamente recomendar este hermoso lugar a todos.

La ubicación es excelente, la habitación también era agradable, pero tener una puerta transparente que da a la ducha puede resultar un poco incómodo si no se viaja en pareja; se puede solucionar fácilmente con una lámina translúcida. El servicio fue bueno, pero el equipaje se guarda en un pasillo al que cualquiera puede acceder, lo que no da sensación de seguridad. Lo guardaron en un cuarto trasero cerrado después de que lo solicitara, pero sería mejor si esto fuera lo habitual.

Helpful reception personnel and overall a pleasant stay. Good shower and nice clean rooms. The sleeping couch was not so fine to sleep on but overall good. Breakfast was outstanding. Unfortunately the swimming pool was not included in the room price. Opening hours 8-22 was in my opinion too late to open in the morning.

Вода в бассейне недостаточно чистая(хотя и теплая и комфортная для плавания)Зона Спа не располагает достаточным количеством стульев и лежаков(негде разместить одежду)Всего 1(!!!) душ в Спа Зоне!Все таки нужно иметь достаточно душевых,после сауны хочется ополоснуться непосредственно в зоне Спа а не бежать в гардероб:),,,Завтрак прекрасный!Есть все!

Lleno, con un buen restaurante que con menos problemas para encontrar cosas que comer, pero WiFi no cubría completamente el hotel que causaba algún problema si necesita trabajar desde la habitación.

我們是一整團都待在這間飯店住宿2~4晚，其他團員的房間都有回報熱水壺、shower、玻璃杯等等的物品不是壞掉就是有破損。最糟糕的是，我在出發前有詢問飯店是否能協助在check out的那天協助預約計程車，因為有兩位攝影師要在早上六點出發，但飯店回覆我不行，只提供了一個當地的車行電話要我自己打國際電話去預約!!! 我只好在check out的前一天請當地導遊協助請櫃台幫忙。我只是純粹覺得，國外遊客就是因為不方便才會請飯店協助，飯店的這種回覆很難讓人接受!
