You can reach your destination in 10 minutes from the Mondsee motorway exit, and in about 35 minutes from Salzburg. The house was planned and built in 2011 with a special focus on modern ecological construction using Blitzblau architecture. An air heat pump heats the house by means of component activation and emits the heat via stone and wooden floors. We have lovingly furnished the house in a stylish and contemporary way. LAYOUT:"On the ground floor" there is a bright bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a living and relaxation room with sauna next to the entrance area with a cloakroom. From this room you can access a small, secluded terrace with an outdoor shower and access to the garden. "On top" you will find a spacious living-dining room with a cozy old wood seating area for up to 8 people, a cozy sofa corner with a fireplace and access to the arbor, garden and balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped. You will find ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and built-in coffee machine as well as sufficient dishes, cutlery and glasses.
