Hay un cálido ambiente en la habitación, que puede aprovechar el lago Xinjiang, el viaje individual de la bala es muy satisfactorio. Muchas gracias. La única cosa que puedo decir es si la etiqueta de la reserva de desayuno buffet es significativa, y otros huéspedes en la fila también se quejan. Todas las comidas de desayuno buffet son deliciosas!!!

Perfect hotel for those traveling by public transport around Japan -- so convenient to walk right out the door to the station :). As mentioned by other reviews, facilities and free foood are fantastic -- in additional to the bathing spaces, there are a number of lovely sitting areas spread across the building to work in. Room was clean and up to standard albeit on the smaller side and staff is friendly and helpful!

Price performance is great, good location, low price with breakfast and dinner, room is big. BUT, a big but is hotel is very old , like in the 80s, very dark in the building like ghost will come out. Furthermore , NO wifi! This is probably the style of this group hotel. I stayed in other hotel of universal, some better some worse. I will still recommend it

10年以上前に何度か利用し、久しぶりに泊まりました。お盆の時期で周囲のホテルが異常に高くなっている中、妥当な値段で予約できました。お部屋は以前と同様、狭いながらも清潔で快適でした。ベッドも大きめでよく眠れました。朝食はそれほど期待していませんでしたが、以前よりもメニューが豊富になっているように思いました。クレームが出ないように、欠品を指摘されたらお詫びを言ってすぐに対応しておられるようでした。連泊しても飽きないように、少しメニューが変えてありました。次回も選択肢の一つにしたいと思います。 駅前にも食事ができるところがたくさんありますが、閉店時間は早めです。今回は会合出席のための滞在でしたので宴席での会食で食事を済ませることが多かったのですが、一人で食べた際には駅にあるお店でお蕎麦を、駅から車で5分ほどの所にあるイオンモールのフードコートで冷やしうどんを食べました。いずれも美味しくいただきました。

コンフォートダブルで予約していましたが当日、スーペリアダブルにグレードアップしてくださいました。1人ではもったいないほどの部屋です。ベッドはとても寝心地いいマットレスです。 大浴場はサウナもあり、館内着で行くことができます。 アイスキャンディーがロビーにあるので無料です。 貸し出しにヘアアイロンや充電器もあり便利です。 1人でも行きやすい晩御飯の店を聞いて「和さび」に行きました。創作居酒屋のような感じでお造り盛り合わせが美味しかったです。朝ごはんは和定食にしました。普通に美味しかったです。ドリンクやそば、その他簡単なバイキングコーナーもあります。

いわゆるTheビジネスホテルです。しかし、大浴場付きだったり、近くにコンビニや献上そばで有名なお店があったりと、不便さは感じられませんでした。出雲大社参拝前日の宿泊で、夜遅くに到着したのですが、満車だったのでフロントに聞いてみると、今日は使っていないからと身障者用の駐車場に入れさせて頂けたりと、臨機応変に対応して下さいました。アメニティは歯ブラシのみ部屋にあり、他に必要なものは、フロント横から取っていくスタイルです。各階に選べる枕があったりと、チョイス出来るのが便利でした。自販機横には製氷機もあり、プラスチックカップが備え付けられているのは嬉しかったです。フロントの方の対応がとても丁寧で、気持ちよく利用できました。

Booked a room for two with two beds. Room was a bit small for two adults. Microwave, Vending machines and a lounge like space on the second floor. A minute walk away from Izumoshi Station and its bus loop that takes you to Izumo Taisha. Recommend for people visiting the city to go visit the grand shrine.

The room was nice and very clean and the location was alright given that it is 2' from the station and Matsue is a small town. Though there were enough dishes for breakfast they were more what you'd expect for lunch, the coffee was absolutely horrendous and there was none in the room, get your own. That said it was a good experience all in all, would go again

Although the public areas of this hotel look outdated, the rooms are modern and clean. However, the room is too small for two people. Considering the location and price, it's decent for just an overnight stay.
