Pros El camarero del restaurante fue tan amable y bienvenido, así que gracias. Cons Tener que usar su tarjeta de habitación para el ascensor fue muy frustrante No poder utilizar el dinero también fue molesto y tomó edades para ser servido en el bar como una sola persona que sirve Tener que pagar £7.50 por noche para estacionar fue un poco caro sobre el costo de las habitaciones 😳

El hotel es generalmente, pero también vale la pena entrar al parque de juegos por la mañana siguiente. La cama de la habitación es un poco estremecida. La cama está cubierta de desconfortable. La cama es una cama individual. Además de los niños, dormir un poco duro. Determinar la habitación de tres personas es realmente añadir una cama. En cambio, añadir una cama grande y los niños dormir juntos. Micro puede lidiar con ello. No hay tiendas convenientes cerca del hotel. Se sugiere comprar agua dulce y bebida primero. El agua común vendida por el hotel es más de 2 kilos. ¡No es resistente a la posición más lejana y también hay un restaurante que nos llevamos a comer en la habitación! En el último momento, la compra de Uber desde Birmingham International ha sido casi 20 y 15 minutos. Por cierto, las reservas en línea de entrada en el parque serían descuentadas y sería posible llegar a las 10:30 de la mañana. Cuando fuimos, no había mucha gente que se diviertara en todas las instalaciones de la zona infantil durante más de dos horas. Los niños de montaña se atravesaron de tres a tres horas y se volvieran a pagar el precio del billete.

The Himley House is a local restaurant and bar that I use for formal and informal business meetings. Regularly sat in the bar, you notice the welcoming attitude of the staff to all visitors. The restaurant is busy due to the quality of the food, but never seems overly loud or distracting. The bar area is perfect for a quick catch up and the staff are so welcoming of all visitors. I'd recommend anyone to visit, the decor is perfect reflecting the age and nature of the building.

Given that the room was £45.45, we were not expecting a palace, The hotel looked tired and dated , the room was clean but shabby. Most of the furniture had damaged or missing edging strips. Only at bed time did we notice a bed side cabinet was missing. We visited the bar at the top of the building, when the bar lady pulled a pint it looked cloudy and flat, didn't even try it, and went to the restaurant instead. We ordered two steak pies, they had been warmed up in the microwave so the pastry was soggy. They did offer us a different meal, which we declined. This was the worst bit of the stay £16 each for very sub standard food . Continental breakfast was good. The staff were pleasant enough and helpful. I may stay here again, but would not use the restaurant.

Although we left often for soccer/football (Coventry, Wolves, Leicester--and several others within driving distance), we loved staying as the condo was so comfortable with inside and outside spaces. Washer in the unit with a drying room close by as the drying not so good in the combined machines. Played golf; used the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna (fabulous); also played croquet and crazy/mini golf; took great walks to two local towns (Alrewas was our favorite--The Bank coffee/brunch and multiple pubs); walked to very welcoming and old church in Barton-under-Needwood.

This hotel has to genuinely be one of the best I've ever stayed at.Every single staff member was absolutely amazing.The best customer service I've ever received from the moment we arrived to the moment we left.Huge shout out to the beautiful Emma and Rowan for the best dinner service and all the others ,who's names I didn't get over the last few days but deserve just as much credit. The hotel room was perfectly clean,great bed and decoration is stunning.Slept wonderfully.Bathtoom is fabulous with the best shower. The restaurant is just as spectacular with amazing food whether it's dinner or breakfast. The surroundings outside the hotel and the aesthetics are beautiful.If I ever travel up this way again, guaranteed I will be back. Thankyou for the personal touches in the room. Absolutely fantastic! Couldn't recommend any more of I tried. Thankyou for such a top tier experience.❤️

Incredible. We visited on Tuesday evening with family to celebrate a birthday. Amazing food and a great varied menu but what stood out the most was the amazing service by Callum The hotel manager and Rebecca. Both were very friendly and provided exceptional service in a busy restaurant. We will definitely be back

Based on the cleanliness, comfort of the bed and size of the room this review would be 5*. Unfortunately the noise from the room above means I can't write a 5* review. We stayed for 2 nights, we went to our room early as we were exhausted. The noise started around 7pm, with 4 hours of children's running up and down the above room. The parents made no attempt to stop the awful thudding noise they were causing. The ceiling light flickered with the vibration. The banging stopped for a while and returned for another burst around midnight, followed by crying. Now I understand children like to run but my goodness I had never experienced anything like this. The 2nd night was better, we only had to endure about 2 hours of thudding noise. The night porter was nowhere to be seen. We ate in the pub and had a carvery, it was ok, meat was good but i had to remove a lot of fat, the veg was a mix of undercooked (cauliflower and cabbage mix) and burnt (mixed roast veg and roast potatoes) The pub gardens were lovely to sit in, we sat in one of the gazebos in the rain, which was really peaceful.
