Muy satisfecho, la actitud del servicio del personal es buena, cada pregunta es muy cuidadosa, recomenda las atracciones alrededor, muy cuidadoso, muy paciente para los niños, y también servicio de recepción y estación, muy intimidad, la higiene también es buena, limpia y gratis para la sala de actualización! El hotel es grande, el autoconducir o el alquiler de coches es muy conveniente. Después, hay una oportunidad para llevar a sus familias a sus viajes. Carrie realmente tiene demasiados lugares para hacerlo. Me gusta mucho la ciudad antigua de la suburbana, espero que la suburbana pueda levantarse de nuevo 🔥

 Out of the 8 hotels that we have stayed so far for this trip to Guizhou, we found this hotel to be the most outstanding in terms of service especially the staff during the morning breakfast.  She was very knowledgeable in introducing the specialties of food in Zunyi that was served.  She even went to the extend of introducing the park that has the blooming cherry blossom. The varieties of food served during breakfast was great. Breakfast served on the top floor was great too. The room was also very comfortable.  Toiletries like body wash, shampoo, body lotion, etc were all with natural plant iingredients.

The rooms are dirty and horrible. There is no “no smoking” rooms and they all smell terrible.Visitors are thronging the cigarettes on the floor, in the lift, everywhere!!!! The front desk person are very kind and welcoming but they can’t do a lot. During your sleeping, you must be prepared to wake up and kill a few insects as they are also living in the room… The photos are the insects and ashes on carver from visitors…

La habitación es muy limpia e higiénica. La cama es enorme y cómoda para dormir. Las instalaciones son completas y suficientes. El espacio general es amplio y hay cortinas automáticas. El servicio también es muy bueno. Pregunté en la recepción si podía darme otra colcha y me la entregaron rápidamente. Además, está ubicado geográficamente aquí. La ubicación es muy buena. Está justo al lado de la estación de metro de Zilin'an y es muy conveniente. Accidentalmente olvidé algo en el hotel cuando me iba cuando estaba en el tren de alta velocidad, la recepción me llamó rápidamente para informarme y me ayudó a procesarlo y enviarlo de vuelta. Me sentí muy bien. Lo volveré a elegir si tengo la oportunidad aquí.

The staff here are pure gold – super helpful and always smiling, making us feel right at home. Our host was a total gem, sharing insider tips on exploring the area that made our trip extra special. The location? Absolutely killer! Right in the middle of those jaw-dropping karst formations, we could step out for a morning stroll or sunset hike among the peaks without breaking a sweat. It was nature lover’s paradise meets relaxing escape. Rooms were spacious, clean, and just what you need after a day of adventure. In short, this place nailed it! With top-notch service and views to die for, it's not just a hotel; it's an experience that feels tailor-made for anyone seeking a personal connection with Xingyi's natural wonders. We can't wait to come back and relive the magic. Definitely recommend for those looking for a down-to-earth stay with a touch of class amidst breathtaking scenery. Btw, We are here for Jan 1st 2024, the fireworks and atmosphere is unforgettable.

Nice hot spring hotel. Lakefront view rooms are preferable to avoid the traffic noise from the city view rooms. Service is good, breakfast is adequate. Service at the springs is excellent, the staff routinely will bring you tea while you soak. From the hotel you can easily join the path and walk around the lake.

Absolutamente genial, me encanta el diseño, las instalaciones completas, el servicio atento y el delicioso desayuno y té de la tarde. Pulgares arriba para el ama de llaves Xiao Wei. No teníamos idea de lo que estaba pasando. El B&B estaba a mitad de la montaña y había una carretera en construcción en la puerta oeste. Después de que Xiao Wei nos recogió, nos ayudó a llevar dos maletas durante todo el camino. Fue un viaje de más de diez minutos y había muchos caminos de montaña. Me conmovió mucho [cubriéndose la cara]. Al salir del pueblo, hicimos un pedido a través del mini programa para la entrega de nuestro equipaje. Top reasons why I recommend this hotel: 1. Strategic location: Jiaxiulou, Wenchangge, food street, morning market, a shopping mall, etc., all within walking distance. 2. Commendable service with a HUMAN TOUCH: All staff members (front desk, night+morning shift personnel, cleaners, dining area, etc.) we met were kind, generous and friendly, making their best effort to fulfill guest needs! We arrived before noon, and Ms. Chen at the front desk offered a room upgrade to the fifth floor—the hotel’s highest floor—with immediate check-in. I liked some of the sweets available at the hotel lobby, but I couldn’t find the same variant at supermarkets and shops nearby before I left for the airport. Ms. Chen asked me to grab as many as I wanted—I felt shy, but she insisted—how generous! I forgot to thank her personally for recommending Dongshansi, where one could catch a bird’s eye view of the city, in addition to the appealing temple design. The cleaner on duty on Thursday, 13 June 2024, morning gave us extra body shampoo upon request with a friendly smile. She did a great job in keeping our room 519 spick and span, and odourless! The hotel delivered a pleasant surprise in the evening with two packs of milk, accompanied by a handwritten note!! Front desk staff were generous with bottled water. 3. Clean and spacious room, with comfortable beds: The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and well-ventilated. Of all the hotels with centralised air-conditioning systems that we stayed in different cities, this hotel’s room temperature regulation was the best, unlike others where you could feel hot even at a lower temperature! It would be ideal if the toilet room was soundproof. 4. Amenities and facilities: It’s one of the few hotels that provide self-service laundry for FREE! There’s a gym room within the same area on the fifth floor. Power banks and umbrellas, among others, are available on loan for FREE! 5. Supper and breakfast: Tasty and a wide selection of breakfast options, including noodles with sour/clear soup, prepared by professional chefs. Overall, it was a memorable stay, offering great value for money!

Clean hotel, big rooms with nice hairdryer and modern tech. Staff are so helpful, will help you do washing and drying too. I left some clothes behind in my hotel room when I left, and the staff were kind enough to organise a courier to send the clothes to my next destination. Great service!! Thank you for the help.

We are an elderly couple and were warmly welcome at Mercure Anshun Hotel. Miss 樹枝 attended to us, serving us drinks and making us feel at home. Check in was quick and the room was comfortable, with no fault. 樹枝 even gave us advice on where to go in Anshun and informed us where to get tickets to Huangguoshu. She is someone Mercure Anshun should hold onto for a long time. The location of the hotel is superb, just next to the Anshun railway station, a walk of about 10 minutes. A 15 minutes' didi ride will bring you to Anshun Ancient City (Gufu Street) where the streets were lined with restaurants, desserts and snacks.The night market is just across the ancient city. Picture 5 is where you can get the bus ticket to Huangguoshu which journey took about 40 minutes, bus fare was CNY22. Thank you for making our in Anshun a memorable one
