UUsuario invitadoIt was our first ryokan experience and it was absolutely stunning. There are a few rooms in ryokan and we were the only guests for that night. The room was very spacious and had tiny cute details. Onsen and kaiseki dinner became absolute favorites. The dinner and breakfast were served in our room that added intimacy to the process. Everything was delicious.
The ryokan team was super friendly and ready to help with all the questions we had. As we were the only guests, we were allowed to use the onsen together as the private one — wow!
It was truly authentic experience — we would definitely recommend to visit this place.

UUsuario invitadoWhat an amazing stay! It exceeded all expectations. The place is super nice with design interior, rooms are warm, spacious and comfortable. The whole place is modern, yet has a very traditional authentic feel and feels serene.
The staff is very attentive, caring and fulfills your every need - they make you feel welcome, and explain everything to you very well even if you are a foreigner, there was no problem communicating in english.
You are guaranteed 2 private stays in the private onsen spa of your chice - one in the evening and one in the morning, the time slots are more than enough to cover guest capacity and you have choice. The public onsen is pretty awesome too, although i felt so relaxed after private onsen for so long i went there just because of curiosity lol.
The dinner and breakfast are HUGE and are SUPER tasty. Excellent products and execution, it was my first time tasting a5 wagyu. I recommend you do not eat lunch before coming to the ryokan for dinner, maybe just breakfast or something small because you will want to eat everything in this amazing meal set. I still feel kind of full 1 day after checking out.
The hotel has nice common areas with free beverages, board games, ping pong ans some slot machines for entertainment. You can reserve karaoke room or get massaged in the automatic massage chairs. After we chcecked in at 3pm we did not need to go anywhere away from the hotel and just enjoyed our time there.
If you want to book very specific timeslots for the private spa come in at that 3pm, because people queue up 30 min before in the lobby. Although i felt this was not really necessarry because like i said, the capacity is calculated well and you are guaranteed 2 entramces with available time slots. The first time slot starts at 4pm and is in 1hr intervals - with 5 available onsens up until the night. Morning onsen had plenty of free slots.
They also offer free shuttle bus and it was always quick, we even called from public telephone in Arima when before checkin and had no problems arranging pickup in english.
What i wish is if they were a little bit more flexible with breakfast times, because you also reserve a time slot but it's not like it's a course meal but traditional breakfast + buffet and you have to decide at the check in, which is kind of soon to think about when you want to have morning meal, but it's not too big problem. I guess it is a way to prevent everyone rushing in 5 min before closing time like some people do. The breakfast has plenty of variety and you even get a preheated own grill!
Overall, we couldn't pick a better place for our visit in Arima, we are so relaxed and it was oje of the best places we have ever been to!

AAzy LiEl servicio era un poco corto. Leí los comentarios que son muy amables, pero no me sentí así. Me sentí muy corto en el modo en que hablan y parecen cansados. Sin embargo, la ubicación era buena. Justo al lado de la ciudad china. El hotel es muy presupuesto no corresponde a su precio, considerando que he estado en 4 hoteles durante mi estancia. Las luces se apagan rápidamente en el hogar. El flujo de agua era pequeño. Pero está bien, es ecológico, supongo. UUsuario invitadoПрекрасный отель, нам с подругой очень понравилось. И номер, и само здание очень красивые. А недалеко от отеля есть лестница к храму, которая вечером очень красиво освещена фонарями. Жаль, что удалось остаться только на одну ночь. Очень благодарны персоналу за помощь с вызовом такси :)

UUsuario anónimoNot sure what has happened to Japan standard in the past couple of years but had called the hotel to confirm that linens are scent free (standard in Japan before) and was told yes. Unfortunately they are not, this new laundry detergent that is slowly spreading throughout Japan is absolutely horrible causing all sorts of allergic reactions (not only to me.) I start having rashes, compromised breathing, and inflammation issues. If it’s the same detergent used back in America, then it might be eco-friendly, but definitely not human friendly. I truly hope that Japan goes back to the way it was before the introduction of some western products filled with harmful chemicals to humans. It is not because you don’t react to it that it is not harming your body, it’s only a question of time and when it does, you won’t know why and there is no turning back. Take it from an Asian American born who was the biggest fan of American marketed products. We do have good products like ECOLAB, which is both, sustainable for the environment without compromising human health. Maybe laundry company should look into that company or simply return to Japanese products before. Good thing thing their pyjama are still scent free so I had to wrap the bed and cover with their pyjama to get through the night.

CCamilla TamI booked this place at the last minute as we wanted to extend our stay in Arima Onsen by one night and most hotels were fully-booked. I searched on *********** but couldn't find any suitable accomodation so thought to try Trip.com. This hotel came up only on this site and I was delighted to find it. At first I was concerned by the lack of reviews, but all the reviews were good and the room looked ideal for a family of four; 2 western beds and 2 tatami beds, with spacious living area and separate bathroom and toilet. It was really great value for money. The size of the room was very generous, and the facilities were great. We made use of the Onsen baths and the table tennis room during our stay. None of the staff spoke english but this wasn't an issue as they were all adept at using google translate. The location is also fine - it is situated between the town and the ropeway, so it is easy walking distance to each, which was very useful since they dont offer any shuttle service. All in all I would reccomend it for a short stay in Arima onsen as it is really good value for money.

UUsuario anónimoBuena experiencia. El hotel ofrece servicio de envío gratuito para volver, pero sólo puede contactar con el hotel en 1430 el día de llegada. La cena es de piedra y es principalmente de pescado. Necesita caminar hasta el cercano hotel de hermanas (1-2 minutos). El desayuno es un paquete y tiene que quedarte en el restaurante para comer. El calentador abierto contenido en la habitación es muy bueno y el grado de salud es satisfactorio. Otros detalles (incluidos los planes de comida estacional) pueden verse en la web oficial del hotel.

XXumouren17地理位置極優越，處於三大電車線路（阪神、阪急、JR）的三宮站之間，旁邊MINT商城樓下還有個汽車總站（有port loop市區環遊線，及到其他周邊城市的長途車），再背後一點是“神姬巴士站”（可直達USJ、萬博會、有馬温泉等）。選擇這家酒店完美實現了直達USJ、萬博會、奈良。
衞生及設施、服務等也不錯，房間及衞生間都比一般日本經濟型酒店大，兩個大箱子展開無壓力。還有洗衣機可投幣使用。前台服務英語交流順暢。洗漱品和茶包可在大堂自取，房間內也安排了茶包和速溶咖啡（UCC的，味道不錯）。
購物可以往阪急百貨方向一路逛向大丸百貨，其間經過多個商業街，真的非常方便。
周圍吃飯地兒也很多，豐儉選擇由人。便利店、及隔壁的永旺超市解決平時所需。
如果門口的修路工程結束，出入將更方便，下次如果再來神户還會選擇這家店。好評！
