SSergei ChernonogWe wanted authentic experience in traditional japanese hotel and this place was a perfect match.
It is located within walking distance from center of the village and it was really calm and quiet.
Staff was super friendly and eager to make our stay comfortable. Hotel also provides yukatas.
The dinner is a must-have in this place, and was one of the highlights of our trip. Be prepared for a real feast, and plan a little walk after this meal. We felt like we tried almost every dish of traditional cuisine. Some stuff was unusual for non-japanese taste but still delicious.
The onsens were small but still great, especially the outdoor one with golden water.
Room was in traditional japanese style and super cozy. After dinner staff prepared futons for us, and I had my best sleep here.
Our one night in this hotel was calm, peaceful and healing experience

Tteo aipingWonderful service provided by this hotel, onsen experience was superb as there was a private outdoor onsen on your own! Flawless clean room and all are staffs were extremely friendly, many of them can speaks English so you don’t have to worry about the communication! It is walkable the Main Street of Arima main steet!

HHosanna SpringsEl hotel dispone de una habitación de lavandería autoservida, que cuesta 500Yen para 3 kg de carga, 2 horas.
El hotel está muy cerca de la estación de tren de Sannomiya y hay supermercados, Daiso, restaurantes y un centro de bowling justo a la puerta.
La habitación es muy grande y viene con 4 camas. Amplio espacio para abrir 3 bolsas de equipaje y caminar alrededor. Amar el secador de pelo proporcionado en la habitación!

UUsuario anónimoNot sure what has happened to Japan standard in the past couple of years but had called the hotel to confirm that linens are scent free (standard in Japan before) and was told yes. Unfortunately they are not, this new laundry detergent that is slowly spreading throughout Japan is absolutely horrible causing all sorts of allergic reactions (not only to me.) I start having rashes, compromised breathing, and inflammation issues. If it’s the same detergent used back in America, then it might be eco-friendly, but definitely not human friendly. I truly hope that Japan goes back to the way it was before the introduction of some western products filled with harmful chemicals to humans. It is not because you don’t react to it that it is not harming your body, it’s only a question of time and when it does, you won’t know why and there is no turning back. Take it from an Asian American born who was the biggest fan of American marketed products. We do have good products like ECOLAB, which is both, sustainable for the environment without compromising human health. Maybe laundry company should look into that company or simply return to Japanese products before. Good thing thing their pyjama are still scent free so I had to wrap the bed and cover with their pyjama to get through the night.

There also offered tea bags that you can take freely take from the lobby. The surrounding area has some renovations going on but the hotel is right by the Sannomiya station and bus terminal. The Lawson convenience store is right outside.

The breakfast selection is impressive, with a wide variety of options that cater to different taste. However, one point to note is that the breakfast charge of JPY700 applies even for young children. In our case, my 6-year-old did not eat much, so the value felt limited. Overall, the stay was comfortable, and the location and breakfast variety are definite highlights

CCamilla TamI booked this place at the last minute as we wanted to extend our stay in Arima Onsen by one night and most hotels were fully-booked. I searched on *********** but couldn't find any suitable accomodation so thought to try Trip.com. This hotel came up only on this site and I was delighted to find it. At first I was concerned by the lack of reviews, but all the reviews were good and the room looked ideal for a family of four; 2 western beds and 2 tatami beds, with spacious living area and separate bathroom and toilet. It was really great value for money. The size of the room was very generous, and the facilities were great. We made use of the Onsen baths and the table tennis room during our stay. None of the staff spoke english but this wasn't an issue as they were all adept at using google translate. The location is also fine - it is situated between the town and the ropeway, so it is easy walking distance to each, which was very useful since they dont offer any shuttle service. All in all I would reccomend it for a short stay in Arima onsen as it is really good value for money.

AAlgerdОтличный лав-отель: японское *****************, все косметические принадлежности, в том числе презервативы, прокладки, маска для лица, уходовые средства. Неплохой завтрак приносят в номер в назначенное время. На ресепшене без проблем обменяли номер для курящих на номер для некурящих. Бесконтактное выселение. Из минусов - при выходе из номера нельзя его закрыть, закрывается только изнутри

UUsuario invitadoUna habitación agradable para una experiencia de estilo tradicional. Tiene un lavabo grande con una mesita para artículos de aseo.
El inodoro está en un cubículo aparte.
Compartimos habitación con cuatro personas y había muchos futones; podríamos haber hecho una cama doble para nosotros solos, que era más cómoda.
Hay una zona de estar junto a la ventana, pero entra mucha corriente de aire, así que no se puede estar sentado mucho tiempo.
La zona de aguas termales está limpia y abre de 15:00 a 23:00 y de 6:00 a 22:00. Estábamos solos y entramos en calor muy bien. La zona de mujeres tenía lociones y cremas adicionales, pero la de hombres no.
En cuanto a la comida: hay una cafetería en la planta baja, pero no hablan inglés, solo a través de un traductor. Pedimos caldo de pollo y calamares, y nos trajeron un hornillo a la mesa, donde se cocinaron a fuego lento durante unos 15 minutos.
La ubicación está un poco apartada, pero el pueblo es pequeño y se puede llegar fácilmente a pie si no se lleva equipaje pesado.
