Beautiful hotel with top notch and warm service staff. Dinner and breakfast was good not to mention the fantastic onsen experience which was the main reason we came here. Last but not least, one of the staff personal noticed that I wasn’t feeling well and offered to me some painkillers. Overall, great and memorable experience!

Excellent place to experience traditional Japanese living.  To avoid difficulties with getting to the hotel you should take a bus at Shin-Kobe station before darkness. This bus will take you to the bus stop at Arima, it’s 600 m away from hotel.

Very spacious room, able to open multiple large suitcases. Close to train station and many restaurants and shops. Staff are helpful. Carpark was always full, so had to park at a further carpark although at the same fixed rate.

En general, tuve una agradable estancia. La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y ofrece una hermosa vista, lo que hizo la experiencia muy cómoda. Sin embargo, me decepcionó que las instalaciones de baño necesitaban un suplemento. La entrada al lobby también fue muy difícil de encontrar desde la estación.

Not sure what has happened to Japan standard in the past couple of years but had called the hotel to confirm that linens are scent free (standard in Japan before) and was told yes. Unfortunately they are not, this new laundry detergent that is slowly spreading throughout Japan is absolutely horrible causing all sorts of allergic reactions (not only to me.) I start having rashes, compromised breathing, and inflammation issues. If it’s the same detergent used back in America, then it might be eco-friendly, but definitely not human friendly. I truly hope that Japan goes back to the way it was before the introduction of some western products filled with harmful chemicals to humans. It is not because you don’t react to it that it is not harming your body, it’s only a question of time and when it does, you won’t know why and there is no turning back. Take it from an Asian American born who was the biggest fan of American marketed products. We do have good products like ECOLAB, which is both, sustainable for the environment without compromising human health. Maybe laundry company should look into that company or simply return to Japanese products before. Good thing thing their pyjama are still scent free so I had to wrap the bed and cover with their pyjama to get through the night.

The hotel offers a convenient location, especially for those using the metro, as it is closer to metro station than JR lines. The breakfast selection is impressive, with a wide variety of options that cater to different taste. However, one point to note is that the breakfast charge of JPY700 applies even for young children. In our case, my 6-year-old did not eat much, so the value felt limited. Overall, the stay was comfortable, and the location and breakfast variety are definite highlights

Un herbergo muy bonito. No hay ascensor, por lo que tendrá que llevar su equipaje al menos 4 vuelos de escaleras. Toallas están disponibles sólo para alquiler. No vi mucha de la tripulación. El espacio era muy limpio, me quedé por dos noches y sólo había otras personas. Un poco caro para lo que es, aunque creo que los precios a finales de diciembre tienden a ser más altos

Неплохой завтрак приносят в номер в назначенное время. На ресепшене без проблем обменяли номер для курящих на номер для некурящих. Бесконтактное выселение. Из минусов - при выходе из номера нельзя его закрыть, закрывается только изнутри
