UUsuario anónimoДо отеля и от него с чемоданом просите трансфер, он бесплатный, иначе придется тащить его в горку от станции. При заселении выбираете время ужина и завтрака, они в общем зале, на завтрак вместе с основной подачей есть ещё и шведский стол. Еда в японском стиле, вкусная. Также выбираете время для 2 приватных ванн, можно забронировать также и сауну, все входит в стоимость, как и массажные кресла на 2 этаже. Номер просторный, соответствует фото. Онсены с золотой водой, приватные на свежем воздухе, понравились. Сауна была холодной. Персонал очень доброжелательный. В номере есть чайник, холодильник, сейф.

Stuff was very friendly, speak english, always helped.
Good location, if you go outside the ryokan you'll find a beautiful path through nature, and little local streets. I recommend you not to take transfer, but to go by yourself from the station enjoying views.
Comfortable onsen with instructions for foreigners.
For me it was memorable experience. I want ro visit this place again ☺️

UUsuario invitadoThe overall experience was very pleasant. Environment was nice. Staffs were helpful and easy to communicate. Lots of parking space. Dinner and breakfast were nice. The onsen were also nice. We will definitely coming back.

NNormanThe location is excellent for visiting nearby sightseeing spots. For example, Kitano Ijinkan and Herb Garden. The high speed railway is also right next to the hotel, which makes it very convenient. I have been to other hotels such as Hotel Okura and Meriken Oriental Hotel. After visiting all of them, I still think ANA Crowne Kobe is not only the cheapest but the best in terms of location, services, and amenities. For example, gym is Crowne is free compared to the other two. They also got adapters for foreigners unlike the other two. Furthermore, they got a lot of restaurants inside and nearby which makes it a very appealing place for a business trip.

UUsuario anónimoNot sure what has happened to Japan standard in the past couple of years but had called the hotel to confirm that linens are scent free (standard in Japan before) and was told yes. Unfortunately they are not, this new laundry detergent that is slowly spreading throughout Japan is absolutely horrible causing all sorts of allergic reactions (not only to me.) I start having rashes, compromised breathing, and inflammation issues. If it’s the same detergent used back in America, then it might be eco-friendly, but definitely not human friendly. I truly hope that Japan goes back to the way it was before the introduction of some western products filled with harmful chemicals to humans. It is not because you don’t react to it that it is not harming your body, it’s only a question of time and when it does, you won’t know why and there is no turning back. Take it from an Asian American born who was the biggest fan of American marketed products. We do have good products like ECOLAB, which is both, sustainable for the environment without compromising human health. Maybe laundry company should look into that company or simply return to Japanese products before. Good thing thing their pyjama are still scent free so I had to wrap the bed and cover with their pyjama to get through the night.

KkarekarekareBook a female dorm room for 4 people, but I was alone so have the room for myself. The bed is futon style, a thin foam and then the futon mattress itself. We get a new white sheet upon check in. There's a thin full body mirror, small rack for suitcases and personal belongings, but if you need to, there's also safe box near staff room. The female dorm room is on the 2nd floor, next to the shared kitchen so you can kinda hear other guests cooking or working on their laptop with the wifi. You can have your coffe, tea, cup ramen and even light cooking is allowed as they provided the pans, and also some seasonings. The sink and the toilet is next to it, hairdryers are available and the toilet has bidet seat.
The shower room are on the b1f floor, which a little bit of hassle because you have to pass the staff room everytime. You can wash & dry you clothes too in the utility room next to it, but I dont know if they charge or not. Another kitchen and TV room is also here. Rental towels, bath robe, one time use shaver are also available.
Over all a pleasant place if you only looking to for a place to sleep, and wash your self. It's 5 minutes walk from Oishi station. There's a small river near too which also a nice place for a small walk.

KKKUna palabra ”sí”.Este nombre es un albergue para otro hotel caliente. Hay suministro de comida de piedra, fuego 㶽 cena. La cena de noche debe ir a la altura por un minuto, por lo que debe ir a 7/F para comer la comida caliente antes y luego. Cada habitación puede reservar un momento de resonanza familiar (dos de ellos) 45 minutos cada día. Puede llamar a la estación de transporte para enviar un autobús antes de ir a la estación de tren, el hotel le enviará un correo electrónico. Los dos paquetes son ricas, el sabor es hermoso, hay vacas y peces. El salon central tiene un sofá, un café verde frío, etc. No hay baño para dormir, debe utilizar la resonancia, pero es muy limpio. Caminar a la calle caliente por unos diez minutos, donde puede pasar media noche.
