Excellent service, from check in , breakfast, BBQ preparation, hot bath tub and any requests. Beautiful scenery, the sheep at Renest is the most favourite part for children.

We had an amazing stay at Arimasansoh Goshobessho! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, with a warm and friendly welcome. The hotel & rooms itself are incredibly comfy and cozy, with a warm, intimate atmosphere and a delightful wood scent that adds to its charm. The amenities were excellent, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared to ensure a relaxing experience. The breakfast was delicious and exceeded our expectations (very good French toast, and onion soup) such a great way to start the day! A special thank-you to the hotel staff for their kindness and efficiency in returning the Apple Watch we accidentally left behind—it was much appreciated! Highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and memorable getaway.

It is a wonderful hotel, a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the nature, onsens and exclusively excellent Kaisai dinner. You can book two private onsens per 1 day (e.g. one in the evening and 1 in the morning) and also 1 private stay in sauna. You can spend time together with your couple. Public onsens are almost free all the time, so you can enjoy them either. We really loved our stay, the hospitality of all staff and free transfer provided. I have looked through many hotels, but this was the best with quality price ratio.

Hanamusubi Ryokan has been our favorite place when we plan our trip to Osaka region. We always book the same room with our private onsen so we can soak ourselves unlimited times a day while enjoying their cuisine both in the evenings and mornings in our room. Although we see some minor changes in their overall operation, their standards of service remain high and we couldn't be more satisfied during our last stay as well.

Very satisfied with this hotel. I travelled alone but they treat me just as well as other travellers, plenty of instructions given to help us navigate the hotel and getting to the three onsens, stunning view to look at. However the hotel is a bit out of the way so you might want to check out their shuttle bus service.

I booked this place at the last minute as we wanted to extend our stay in Arima Onsen by one night and most hotels were fully-booked. I searched on *********** but couldn't find any suitable accomodation so thought to try Trip.com. This hotel came up only on this site and I was delighted to find it. At first I was concerned by the lack of reviews, but all the reviews were good and the room looked ideal for a family of four; 2 western beds and 2 tatami beds, with spacious living area and separate bathroom and toilet. It was really great value for money. The size of the room was very generous, and the facilities were great. We made use of the Onsen baths and the table tennis room during our stay. None of the staff spoke english but this wasn't an issue as they were all adept at using google translate. The location is also fine - it is situated between the town and the ropeway, so it is easy walking distance to each, which was very useful since they dont offer any shuttle service. All in all I would reccomend it for a short stay in Arima onsen as it is really good value for money.

Buena experiencia. El hotel ofrece servicio de envío gratuito para volver, pero sólo puede contactar con el hotel en 1430 el día de llegada. La cena es de piedra y es principalmente de pescado. Necesita caminar hasta el cercano hotel de hermanas (1-2 minutos). El desayuno es un paquete y tiene que quedarte en el restaurante para comer. El calentador abierto contenido en la habitación es muy bueno y el grado de salud es satisfactorio. Una habitación agradable para una experiencia de estilo tradicional. Tiene un lavabo grande con una mesita para artículos de aseo. El inodoro está en un cubículo aparte. Compartimos habitación con cuatro personas y había muchos futones; podríamos haber hecho una cama doble para nosotros solos, que era más cómoda. Hay una zona de estar junto a la ventana, pero entra mucha corriente de aire, así que no se puede estar sentado mucho tiempo. La zona de aguas termales está limpia y abre de 15:00 a 23:00 y de 6:00 a 22:00. Estábamos solos y entramos en calor muy bien. La zona de mujeres tenía lociones y cremas adicionales, pero la de hombres no. En cuanto a la comida: hay una cafetería en la planta baja, pero no hablan inglés, solo a través de un traductor. Pedimos caldo de pollo y calamares, y nos trajeron un hornillo a la mesa, donde se cocinaron a fuego lento durante unos 15 minutos. La ubicación está un poco apartada, pero el pueblo es pequeño y se puede llegar fácilmente a pie si no se lleva equipaje pesado.

Находится отель на холме, минут 15 от станции пешком, но можно заказать трансфер в гостинице, возможно даже бесплатно. Классный вид из окна на город, большие номера, качественное постельное бельё. В номерах есть туалет, но нет душа. Онсен (и души) — на третьем этаже — горячий бассейн (серебряный и золотой источник), бассейн с гидромассажем, холодный бассейн, сауна. Классно!
