¡Ha tenido una experiencia tan sorprendente en este ryokan! Todo fue maravilloso - la habitación, el servicio, el ron y la cena. Altamente recomendable! Había un breve malentendido en el check-in, pero resuelto en ningún momento. El personal es sorprendente!

¡Una estancia realmente maravillosa! Cada cabaña de madera es independiente y única. El personal fue muy amable y servicial. La casa era espaciosa, muy limpia y totalmente equipada. El día de nuestra llegada hizo frío, pero la cabaña estaba muy cálida. Desafortunadamente, solo reservamos una noche y no pudimos disfrutar plenamente de la estancia. Espero tener la oportunidad de volver. ¡Las dos ovejas eran monísimas!

Love this onsen hotel very much. My one night stay includes breakfast and dinner. All dishes are tasteful and made with heart, room is spacious. We love the 美景日式房帶露天風呂, and one cave onsen free of charge with high privacy. Nice stay and we will be back agin.

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en este onsen. En general, está bien. Nos alojamos durante el fin de semana y estaba muy concurrido. Por lo demás, estuvo genial.

We stayed in Arima to experience the gold Onsen. The rooms were fantastic, I absolutely loved the shower in the room. The tatami mattress beds were well cushioned. Though the rooms were a bit small. The table area and sleeping area were the same. During meal times the staff would enter the rooms to convert the table area to bed area vice Versa. From Osaka it was an approx 45 mins train ride and the airport shuttle was very fast. The good thing about using trip.com was that I could utilise the free internet call to call for hotel shuttle

Excellent place to experience traditional Japanese living.  To avoid difficulties with getting to the hotel you should take a bus at Shin-Kobe station before darkness. This bus will take you to the bus stop at Arima, it’s 600 m away from hotel.

the hotel is well located, quiet, nice view, very easy access with free shuttle bus service the room is bigger than expected, can accommodate a group of 3-4 people the service is good, comfortable, and not overwhelming, however, NOT the most native / non-Japanese speaker friendly the onsen itself is the biggest selling point, it doesn't feel too crowded even though it's a shared with day-use customers, perhaps to do with off-peak season as well the restaurant and food is the biggest pleasant surprise to us, exquisite, yet filling; i especially like the porcelain used, well thought out with the dishes overall, five out of five experience

The hotel is very clean and tidy. The room and dining area are very nice. Dinner was good, buffet breakfast was great with a lot of choices. The hotel was located on the hill so it is okay to walk down to the shops and spots located around the train station, but not quite possible to walk up back to the hotel. Shuttle bus service is available between train station and hotel upon arrival and departure. The shopkeeper of the snack shop at the train station was very nice to help call the hotel to pick us up at the station. You can also take a taxi to the hotel which cost us only 700 yen.

I booked this place at the last minute as we wanted to extend our stay in Arima Onsen by one night and most hotels were fully-booked. I searched on *********** but couldn't find any suitable accomodation so thought to try Trip.com. This hotel came up only on this site and I was delighted to find it. At first I was concerned by the lack of reviews, but all the reviews were good and the room looked ideal for a family of four; 2 western beds and 2 tatami beds, with spacious living area and separate bathroom and toilet. It was really great value for money. The size of the room was very generous, and the facilities were great. We made use of the Onsen baths and the table tennis room during our stay. None of the staff spoke english but this wasn't an issue as they were all adept at using google translate. The location is also fine - it is situated between the town and the ropeway, so it is easy walking distance to each, which was very useful since they dont offer any shuttle service. All in all I would reccomend it for a short stay in Arima onsen as it is really good value for money.
