Beautiful hotel with top notch and warm service staff. Dinner and breakfast was good not to mention the fantastic onsen experience which was the main reason we came here. Last but not least, one of the staff personal noticed that I wasn’t feeling well and offered to me some painkillers. Overall, great and memorable experience!

Recomendación para un viaje tranquilo y memorable.

La experiencia general de los hoteles es buena, las bebidas y las bebidas ofrecen muchas opciones, honestas y llenas de buenas prácticas, pero para los viajeros que no beben, es un poco desagradable, en realidad no termina. 有馬温泉欽山酒店僅接待成人，小朋友是不允許入內的，國內旅友訂房時特別要注意這一點。這家酒店比較上規模，客房非常多，這次我訂的是一泊二食，住的房號是605房，但卻是在4樓，早晚餐不是去2樓餐廳，都是送至房間內就餐。冰箱裏的飲料，包括啤酒全部免費，餐後有甜品。温泉池（包括露天風呂）都在四樓，男女浴池每天都會調換，所以泡池時要特別注意，不要走錯。605室的卧房沒有窗户，需要通過換氣扇和凈化器交換新鮮空氣。總體而言，還是挺好的。

El hotel tiene una ubicación ideal en una colina, con vistas impresionantes. Las zonas comunes son cómodas, las habitaciones son espaciosas y el servicio de comida es profesional. El personal taiwanés, que habla chino, es muy amable con los turistas chinos. Sin embargo, como hotel de aguas termales, presenta dos defectos importantes. En primer lugar, el hotel solo cuenta con un baño termal público y es bastante pequeño. En otros hoteles, puede que solo sea lo suficientemente grande como para un baño privado. Si busca una experiencia onsen espaciosa, este no es el hotel ideal. En segundo lugar, la construcción íntegramente en madera del hotel dificulta la insonorización. La ventana de la habitación da a un generador, que emite un ruido constante y fuerte por la noche. Ni siquiera los tapones para los oídos pueden bloquearlo, y me mantuvo despierto toda la noche. Si bien tuve una buena impresión de la habitación y el servicio, lamento decir que estos dos defectos perjudicaron significativamente la relajante experiencia onsen. Si se pudieran mejorar, sería perfecto.

It was absolutely awesome. We really needed this kind of rest after two busy weeks in Japan. We were so happy to relax body and soul. The room was luxurious and spacious; we chose a traditional one. This was our first hot spring experience, so it's hard to compare, but we loved it. All the hot spring rooms are strictly private, which is why we chose this ryokan. We have very large tattoos, and there are no problems with that. The kaiseki dinner is a real ritual and a show that lasts two hours of clear pleasure, everything was incredibly delicious, beautiful, and nutritious. Breakfast was also excellent. I recommend arriving in Arima village in the morning, rather than staying in Kobe or Osaka, to have time to explore it. It's small but charming, with that perfect anime vibe.

Food was great and Eri-san was very friendly and helpful. The room was really clean and love the private onsen with amazing view. I love how attentive Eri-san was as well, the timing in which the next meal came was impeccable, allowing me to enjoy the food thoroughly. Other ryokans I have stayed before (despite being more expensive), the breaks between the food served was very short and it felt like I was rushing to eat. The outdoor hotspring bath was great and perfect for people who cannot stand too high temperatures. Unfortunately, when we wanted to dip in Gekkoen's more traditional and older outdoor hotspring, it was being cleaned. Would love to try dipping in it the next time we visit again.

The hotel is not located near bus station and transportation is required to the hotel. If you cannot contact the hotel for the transfer (like our case) head on to the tourist information centre and they will help you to contact them for the transportation. Check in is strictly after 2pm, but they will offer to take your luggages to the hotel first while you explore around the Arima Onsen vicinity. Contact them again via information centre when you are ready to check in to the hotel. We were greeted by a lady that dressed up in kimono and guided us to the check in counter. The room is spacious and clean. The view is spectacular and you can hear the birds chirping here and there. The environment is totally pleasant and peaceful. The onsen is very therapeutic and our body feel rejuvenated after soaking. As we opt for room-in Kaiseki dinner, we are able to enjoy full privacy while eating the sumptuous course of dinner that serves by a friendly lady attending to us. In all, it is a great experience.

We stayed in Arima to experience the gold Onsen. The rooms were fantastic, I absolutely loved the shower in the room. The tatami mattress beds were well cushioned. Though the rooms were a bit small. The table area and sleeping area were the same. During meal times the staff would enter the rooms to convert the table area to bed area vice Versa. From Osaka it was an approx 45 mins train ride and the airport shuttle was very fast. The good thing about using trip.com was that I could utilise the free internet call to call for hotel shuttle

Once in a lifetime experience for me and my wife to see the spectacular views from our room both at night and in the morning. Also, the glamping facilties are top notch. Yuna and Yuki guided us step by step on how to prepare our dinner and breakfast. They are kind and we fully enjoy the process. We love the place and the people from Nature Live. Strongly recommended indeed!
