Место изумительное! Всем советую, хоть и недешево. Персонал - просто выше всяких похвал. Вас и встретят как дорогих гостей, и проводят также. Ужин - смена девяти блюд, и невероятно вкусно! Мы снимали отдельную виллу, с собственным онсеном. Все чисто, аккуратно, есть все необходимое для удобства. Природа чудесная. Очень всем рекомендасьон!!!

酒店位置很好，建在山上，遠眺風景不錯。公共休息區很舒適，房間也很寬敞，飲食服務都很專業。有台灣小姐姐店員，能用中文服務，對中文遊客很友好。 但是作為温泉酒店，這家有兩個致命的缺陷。 首先，酒店衹有一個温泉浴池，而且這個公共浴池的尺寸很小，放在別家可能衹夠做一個私湯。若注重温泉體驗，想泡大浴池，這家恐怕不是首選。 其次，酒店純木式建築，隔音效果很差，而酒店房間窗户正對發電機，夜晚會持續發出巨大噪音，戴耳塞都擋不住，導致我整夜難以入眠。 雖然對房間和服務印象都很好，但很抱歉，以上兩個缺陷實在太影響温泉療愈的體驗。如能改進，將非常完美。

El servicio de recepción es muy bueno. El cuarto es muy bueno, la ventana de la ventana de aterrizaje es muy bonita, la estructura de la habitación es muy nueva, la habitación es muy completa, el café de la habitación y el refrigerador de vino y fruta son muy ricos, no se puede beber, la cantidad de bebida es muy buena, muy intimidad. Este hotel goza de una ubicación privilegiada cerca de la estación, con excelente accesibilidad. El personal ofrece un servicio excepcional y atento, y la experiencia gastronómica es excepcional. Las habitaciones son impecables y cómodas, lo que lo convierte en una excelente opción para una estancia agradable y cómoda.

It was absolutely awesome. We really needed this kind of rest after two busy weeks in Japan. We were so happy to relax body and soul. The room was luxurious and spacious; we chose a traditional one. This was our first hot spring experience, so it's hard to compare, but we loved it. All the hot spring rooms are strictly private, which is why we chose this ryokan. We have very large tattoos, and there are no problems with that. The kaiseki dinner is a real ritual and a show that lasts two hours of clear pleasure, everything was incredibly delicious, beautiful, and nutritious. Breakfast was also excellent. I recommend arriving in Arima village in the morning, rather than staying in Kobe or Osaka, to have time to explore it. It's small but charming, with that perfect anime vibe.

Прекрасный рёкан! Незабываемое приключение. Традиционный японский интерьер , прекрасный вид из окна на горы, ужин и завтрак как отдельное священнодействие, с особой эстетикой, неторопливой  подачей блюд классической японской кухни, онсен с купальнями  выходящими на улицу, утопающими в зелени. И все это с искренним радушием и гостеприимством!

Excellent place to experience traditional Japanese living.  To avoid difficulties with getting to the hotel you should take a bus at Shin-Kobe station before darkness. This bus will take you to the bus stop at Arima, it’s 600 m away from hotel.

酒店退房時沒有讓給好好評價，純屬自願。 1）房間寬敞明亮，景色宜人，衞生良好！ 2）温泉一共有三個大浴場，非常棒！ 3）晚餐超值，早餐也超喜歡！ 4）早上退房時問酒店前台六甲山步行太遠，可否幫叫出租車，酒店説可以把我們送到六甲山索道處🙏🏼並且給我們一張名片，約定好回程上索道時給他們打電話，他們會在圖八處等候👍👍 5）酒店有送迎車，來時可以去車站接，回時送到任何車站。

We stayed in Arima to experience the gold Onsen. The rooms were fantastic, I absolutely loved the shower in the room. The tatami mattress beds were well cushioned. Though the rooms were a bit small. The table area and sleeping area were the same. During meal times the staff would enter the rooms to convert the table area to bed area vice Versa. From Osaka it was an approx 45 mins train ride and the airport shuttle was very fast. The good thing about using trip.com was that I could utilise the free internet call to call for hotel shuttle

Once in a lifetime experience for me and my wife to see the spectacular views from our room both at night and in the morning. Also, the glamping facilties are top notch. Yuna and Yuki guided us step by step on how to prepare our dinner and breakfast. They are kind and we fully enjoy the process. We love the place and the people from Nature Live. Strongly recommended indeed!
