Excellent service, from check in , breakfast, BBQ preparation, hot bath tub and any requests. Beautiful scenery, the sheep at Renest is the most favourite part for children.

We had an amazing stay at Arimasansoh Goshobessho! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, with a warm and friendly welcome. The hotel & rooms itself are incredibly comfy and cozy, with a warm, intimate atmosphere and a delightful wood scent that adds to its charm. The amenities were excellent, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared to ensure a relaxing experience. The breakfast was delicious and exceeded our expectations (very good French toast, and onion soup) such a great way to start the day! A special thank-you to the hotel staff for their kindness and efficiency in returning the Apple Watch we accidentally left behind—it was much appreciated! Highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and memorable getaway.

We had a great 1 night stay at this hotel! This was a wonderful experience! Although we only spent 1 night here, as this was meant to be an overnight stop between cities in our travel road trip, this left such a good impression on us, that we would like to come back to Akashi just to stay in this hotel again. The architecture and the hotel design is very cool, 50's kind of vibe, but it's new of course. The hotel has a club lounge where we could unwind after the drive with complimentary snacks and drinks, including alcohol, and all was free and unlimited. The room was super spacious and designed nicely, with a huge hot tube jacuzzi, and since we took the ocean view room, the view overlooking the ocean and bridge was just breath-taking 👌 The breakfast was just right, and they totally accommodated my meal requests and accomplished to have a very good result... 5 stars here and I would totally want to come back!

Viajar con familia- niños y padres. La ubicación es excelente, justo al lado de la parada de autobús ( 1 min. caminar). fácil de llegar a la calle pequeña de compras sin mucho paseo. 711 es justo cruzar la calle del hotel. El personal está agradable aquí, y útil. Las primaveras calientes son suficientes. Nada de fantasía, no demasiado grande. Tres primaveras calientes - oro, plata. Una primavera caliente al aire libre. El hotel está cerca de la carretera, pero no puedes oír nada fuera. Muy tranquilo y relajante. En general, un buen precio por lo que recibe.

The hotel overall is good.   Service amd facility are all good.  Only one problem and I will never book this hotel again for this reason.   The hotel only has room service for breakfast.   And really don’t like it.   When I used this hotel 3 years ago, they restaurant for breakfast is really wonderful.   Unfortunately, now it is only open for lunch.

Hanamusubi Ryokan has been our favorite place when we plan our trip to Osaka region. We always book the same room with our private onsen so we can soak ourselves unlimited times a day while enjoying their cuisine both in the evenings and mornings in our room. Although we see some minor changes in their overall operation, their standards of service remain high and we couldn't be more satisfied during our last stay as well.

Es muy bueno tener eventos como Orca Sanpo por la mañana. Los piratas en la piscina parecen muy desagradables.

I booked this place at the last minute as we wanted to extend our stay in Arima Onsen by one night and most hotels were fully-booked. I searched on *********** but couldn't find any suitable accomodation so thought to try Trip.com. This hotel came up only on this site and I was delighted to find it. At first I was concerned by the lack of reviews, but all the reviews were good and the room looked ideal for a family of four; 2 western beds and 2 tatami beds, with spacious living area and separate bathroom and toilet. It was really great value for money. The size of the room was very generous, and the facilities were great. We made use of the Onsen baths and the table tennis room during our stay. None of the staff spoke english but this wasn't an issue as they were all adept at using google translate. The location is also fine - it is situated between the town and the ropeway, so it is easy walking distance to each, which was very useful since they dont offer any shuttle service. All in all I would reccomend it for a short stay in Arima onsen as it is really good value for money.

Hay un patio sinuoso que conduce a una zona apartada en la entrada, donde la gente puede relajarse. La ubicación del hotel está al lado del templo de aguas termales. Mi habitación está en el primer piso de abajo. Hace mucho frío y el pasillo no es lo suficientemente cálido. También es necesario actualizar el sistema de calefacción de la habitación. Tiene un calentador muy ruidoso pero de poca potencia y una estufa para calentar el fuego. . El baño no se puede calentar, por lo que hace mucho frío. El diseño del baño y los materiales de los herrajes son simples, elegantes y de alta gama. La habitación tiene un tatami clásico, que está bien para dos personas. El área pública de la habitación es un poco estrecha y la maleta está llena cuando está extendida. Las habitaciones en Japón no son grandes, por lo que debes acostumbrarte. Olvidé si la joven de la recepción es de Fujian o Taiwán. El servicio es súper bueno y considerado. Su voz suave brinda el disfrute más placentero durante todo el viaje. Ella dará muchas sugerencias de viaje y responderá todas las preguntas. Ella dijo que sí. No es exagerado decir que esta tienda tiene alma gracias a esta joven.
