Beautiful hotel with top notch and warm service staff. Dinner and breakfast was good not to mention the fantastic onsen experience which was the main reason we came here. Last but not least, one of the staff personal noticed that I wasn’t feeling well and offered to me some painkillers. Overall, great and memorable experience!

Excellent service, from check in , breakfast, BBQ preparation, hot bath tub and any requests. Beautiful scenery, the sheep at Renest is the most favourite part for children.

El lugar es increíble! Le aconsejo a todos, aunque barato. El personal es justo por encima de todo el alabamiento. Se reunirá como huéspedes caros, y gastará también. La cena es un cambio de nueve platos, y increíblemente deliciosa! Tomamos una villa separada, con nuestra propia mente. Todo es limpio, limpio, hay todo lo necesario para la conveniencia. La naturaleza es maravillosa. Muy recomendado a todos!!!

酒店房間很舒適，空間很大，景觀也很好。温泉很舒服，泡了幾天皮膚滑滑的，樓上和樓下的都值得去泡一下，一個偏現代風，樓下偏傳統日式温泉風，不過樓下水温更熱一些。包的餐品質也不錯。是個值得家庭，朋友一起來住的酒店。

Travel with family- kids and parents. The location is excellent, right next to the bus stop ( 1 min. Walk). easy to get around the little shopping street without much walking. 711 is right cross the street from the hotel. Staff are nice here, and helpful. The hot springs are good enough. Nothing fancy, not too big. Three hot springs - gold, silver. One outdoor hot spring. There are some activities - music, and performance during the night right next to the hotel. The hotel is next to the road, but you can’t hear anything outside. Very quiet and relaxing. Overall, good price for what you get.

Love this onsen hotel very much. My one night stay includes breakfast and dinner. All dishes are tasteful and made with heart, room is spacious. We love the 美景日式房帶露天風呂, and one cave onsen free of charge with high privacy. Nice stay and we will be back agin.

Excellent place to experience traditional Japanese living.  To avoid difficulties with getting to the hotel you should take a bus at Shin-Kobe station before darkness. This bus will take you to the bus stop at Arima, it’s 600 m away from hotel.

El servicio de recepción es muy bueno. El cuarto es muy bueno, la ventana de la ventana de aterrizaje es muy bonita, la estructura de la habitación es muy nueva, la habitación es muy completa, el café de la habitación y el refrigerador de vino y fruta son muy ricos, no se puede beber, la cantidad de bebida es muy buena, muy intimidad. En general, tuve una agradable estancia. La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y ofrece una hermosa vista, lo que hizo la experiencia muy cómoda. Sin embargo, me decepcionó que las instalaciones de baño necesitaban un suplemento. La entrada al lobby también fue muy difícil de encontrar desde la estación.

This is the first time visited Arima Osen. The experience was great. The location of this hotel is ok. If you go to the Main Street from hotel it takes around 5mins. But the pathway is a bit beveled. Other than that, the onsen in hotel were really good. You can try different kinds of onsen. I enjoyed the public bath! The staff were nice too.
