We had a great 1 night stay at this hotel! This was a wonderful experience! Although we only spent 1 night here, as this was meant to be an overnight stop between cities in our travel road trip, this left such a good impression on us, that we would like to come back to Akashi just to stay in this hotel again. The architecture and the hotel design is very cool, 50's kind of vibe, but it's new of course. The hotel has a club lounge where we could unwind after the drive with complimentary snacks and drinks, including alcohol, and all was free and unlimited. The room was super spacious and designed nicely, with a huge hot tube jacuzzi, and since we took the ocean view room, the view overlooking the ocean and bridge was just breath-taking 👌 The breakfast was just right, and they totally accommodated my meal requests and accomplished to have a very good result... 5 stars here and I would totally want to come back!

The hotel is right in the heart of Motomachi district in Kobe. It had nice amenities like free coffee and tea 3-10 pm, laundry, and overall was in a pretty central area for shopping and sightseeing. Cons: wifi was not available until our very last night , when we checked in the hotel staff they were sincerly apologetic but knowing after the fact that we booked a hotel for 4 nights, and the wifi was having connection issues and was only available in the lobby and this had been going on since early May was kind of a downer. We booked third-party using Trip so we were unaware of this however, the hotel did have the issue listed on their main website. Overall we got by!

the hotel is well located, quiet, nice view, very easy access with free shuttle bus service the room is bigger than expected, can accommodate a group of 3-4 people the service is good, comfortable, and not overwhelming, however, NOT the most native / non-Japanese speaker friendly the onsen itself is the biggest selling point, it doesn't feel too crowded even though it's a shared with day-use customers, perhaps to do with off-peak season as well the restaurant and food is the biggest pleasant surprise to us, exquisite, yet filling; i especially like the porcelain used, well thought out with the dishes overall, five out of five experience

dont bother with the breakfast option.Terrible idea, they co tract out their breakfast by providing vocher using the adjacent Matsuya resturant. Vocher says L.O, 10am. We entered at 0959 and was denied service. How about that for a first slap in the face in the morning. Used trip.com for the breakfast option, and would have been the same price using the Marriot app direct and earn points instead and nights.

Localización: Situado en Arimaonsen, muy bien para aquellos que prefieren un ambiente tranquilo, muy lejos del centro de la ciudad, pero el autobús de la nave es disponible llamando al hotel o preguntando a su recepción. Servicio: Amigo recepción y personal de limpieza, que pueden hablar en inglés. Amuebles: Baño público - No hay ducha en las habitaciones, los huéspedes deben utilizar el baño público. Onsen/Cold Pool/Sauna - Onsen (normal, jacuzzi y podría ser más caliente y la sauna se fijó a 96°C. Arcade - Las máquinas no se mantienen bien, pero hay tenis de mesa para 600yen/30mins y una sala mahjong. Bañera - Cerra a las 7:00 horas, por lo que no lo intentó. Arima Inari Shrine junto al hotel fue desafortunadamente quemado, pero la vista en la parte superior es bastante agradable.

The hotel is fine, it just feels old. It was built in the late 80s and from the look of my room it hasn't been refurbished since. Some of the patches on the wallpaper had patches of their own. It smelt old too. On the plus side, the room was spacious, perfectly comfortable, and dark and quiet when I wanted to sleep. Wifi was slow enough to be effectively useless. The breakfast was excellent with a varied selection, but neither of the restaurants was open while I was there so I had to fend for myself. The front desk was friendly, quick and attentive. The hotel shares the main entrance with the Chamber of Commerce, which makes for an rather unique first impression of going into an office building.
