We had a great 1 night stay at this hotel! This was a wonderful experience! Although we only spent 1 night here, as this was meant to be an overnight stop between cities in our travel road trip, this left such a good impression on us, that we would like to come back to Akashi just to stay in this hotel again. The architecture and the hotel design is very cool, 50's kind of vibe, but it's new of course. The hotel has a club lounge where we could unwind after the drive with complimentary snacks and drinks, including alcohol, and all was free and unlimited. The room was super spacious and designed nicely, with a huge hot tube jacuzzi, and since we took the ocean view room, the view overlooking the ocean and bridge was just breath-taking 👌 The breakfast was just right, and they totally accommodated my meal requests and accomplished to have a very good result... 5 stars here and I would totally want to come back!

Es muy bueno tener eventos como Orca Sanpo por la mañana. Los piratas en la piscina parecen muy desagradables.

:) Gracias por el servicio de navegación del hotel, ya que el hotel está situado después de una calle muy fuerte. :( Las instalaciones no incluyeron limpiador facial y loción de leche. Las pinzas son demasiado duras para mí. El ajuste de la placa de cena parece estar fechado - algunos de los contenedores de alimentos son viejos/ usados con rasgos visibles en la superficie. El menú está en palabras japonesas - será bueno proporcionar la versión inglesa.

About 15 mins’ walk from Shin Kobe JR. 10 mins’ walk to Sanomiya. Location was ok. The room was not too small. Clean environment, coffee machine and amenities available at lobby. Had problems with room WiFi the first night. Front desk didn’t have solution upon my phone inquiry. After reporting to CTrip, hours later, a Chinese speaking staff came to my door to help me. And problem solved. The next day, hotel sent a note asking for my feedback on the issue. Which was a professional and nice gesture. Breakfast was a chain fast food connected to the lobby. Front desk staff can communicate in English. Overall, good experience with this price. 离新神户JR站步行约二十分钟；三宫约十分钟，附近貌似没有地铁站；经济型酒店，房间不算很小，有浴缸； 首晚，下午发现房间Wi-Fi用不了；电话前台只会Sorry；跟携程说了后，晚上有中国员工上门，解决了问题；第二天，酒店还询问反馈；这点还是服务不错，毕竟是喜来登旗下，还是更专业；不像京都的Tokyu Stay Sanjo Karasuma三条乌丸，酒店设施有问题，装没事的。 设施一般，该有的都有；一楼有洗浴用品，调味包大小的一次性牙膏很方便；早晨就是大堂旁边的松屋，要另外买； 前台员工英语可以交流；第一天接待我的眼镜大叔，动作有一点慢，慢慢跟他说还是可以的。整体体验还不错，毕竟价格不贵。

Aunque el tráfico está lejos de las atracciones turísticas, las primaveras calientes son realmente buenas. Mi madre está muy satisfecha. Durante el día, puede apagar toda la fatiga acumulada por el turismo. La piel también es muy espesa, y el pelo también es muy bueno.

Buena experiencia. El hotel ofrece servicio de envío gratuito para volver, pero sólo puede contactar con el hotel en 1430 el día de llegada. La cena es de piedra y es principalmente de pescado. Necesita caminar hasta el cercano hotel de hermanas (1-2 minutos). El desayuno es un paquete y tiene que quedarte en el restaurante para comer. El calentador abierto contenido en la habitación es muy bueno y el grado de salud es satisfactorio. 一泊、食事なしで利用 ホテルに電話すると、すぐに迎えに来てくれて、送迎システムとってもよかったです！！ 部屋に風呂がなく、大浴場のみなので時間の確認と、刺青✖️です。 六甲山ロープウェイ口までも送っていただき、その近くに登山口もあるので、登山もできます！！！ とってもよかったです！！！

Este hotel es genial, tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio y es fácil de encontrar. Está cerca del aeropuerto, es limpio, cómodo y tiene un onsen estupendo. El hotel es de estilo europeo y espacioso para tres personas. ¡Me alegré tanto que olvidé tomar una foto de la habitación, pero en lugar de eso tomé una de la vista desde la ventana!

The hotel is fine, it just feels old. It was built in the late 80s and from the look of my room it hasn't been refurbished since. Some of the patches on the wallpaper had patches of their own. It smelt old too. On the plus side, the room was spacious, perfectly comfortable, and dark and quiet when I wanted to sleep. Wifi was slow enough to be effectively useless. The breakfast was excellent with a varied selection, but neither of the restaurants was open while I was there so I had to fend for myself. The front desk was friendly, quick and attentive. The hotel shares the main entrance with the Chamber of Commerce, which makes for an rather unique first impression of going into an office building.
