I’ve stayed in the girls dorm for 3 nights. The assigned me an upper bed because the lower beds were occupied. As I arrived late, they stored a key for me at the reception. When I wanted to get it there was no key for my specific room and locker. I also couldn’t reach someone via WhatsApp. I then went for shopping and when I came back I met a guy who works there. He was so nice and helped me to get a key with a spare locker. Thanks to him I could unpack my stuff and lock my valuables. In the room were three other girls. Two of them seem to live there for weeks. Not sure why they live there instead of an apartment … The room was nice, but could be cleaner. Especially the bathroom inside the room could be more cleaner. I also prefer bigger bathrooms where more people can get ready. The location of the hostel is close to the new metro and needs about 15 minutes by foot. A big supermarket (LuLu Hypermarket) is on the same way.

يحتاج إلى تجديد و ترميم بكامل لفندق و يطلق بأصح (شقة) و يوجد روائح كريهة جداً مزعجة داخل غرفه وهي (مجاري) اعزكم الله ، لم استطع نوم جيداً.

المنطقة التي تقع فيها الشقق هادئة الغرف واسعة قريب من غرناطة مول وبعض المطاعم وكذلك البقالة كما تتوفر مواقف مجانية في البدروم العزل في غرف الدور الاول سيئ بسبب عمال التنظيف النت داخل الغرف ممتاز و سريع دورة المياه مجهزة و نظيفة

Great hotel, great location, great staff. To be honest the staff were very catering, I even checked out later than I was allowed to which I really appreciate from them and they let me leave my luggage in the hotel when I was leaving for a short while, would definitely recommend.

酒店地理位置出眾 位於利雅得的中心地段. 房間設施齊全 就是雙床房的床有點小. 剛好夠一個1.8米的成人. 好像利雅得的酒店雙床房的床都這麼大. 酒店後面步行5分鐘有個很大的lulu supermarket 生活便利.

I encountered two issues during my stay: 1. My reservation didn’t show up in their system upon arrival, and I had to wait an hour for them to resolve the issue. 2. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room until I requested it four times. Aside from these problems, it’s a good hotel overall.

أنيق وجميل ومريح ازعاج الشارع مؤذي قليلا لا يوجد ممر لدخول السيارة عند بوابة الفندق ولذلك تحتاج إلى الوقوف في الشارع العام وتقوم بطلب العامل ليقوم بإدخالها للمواقف التابعة للفندق المجاور الاستقبال والضيافة جميلة في اللوبي والموظفيت متعاونين وبشوشين

Everything is fantastic except internet signal inside the room. If they fix it , it will be tremendous 👏
