This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc. Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/management accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

The restaurant staff were also top-notch - great food, great service! Although I don't know most of the staff ( _who served us well_ ) by names, Specific staff members who stood out were; - Dipika, Malika, Ashis, Muskan, Radha, Karan etc. - Front desk team, and, - Restaurant staff. _Novotel Ahmedabad is lucky to have such (above) staff._ 👆 My stay was truly enjoyable, and I've loved every moment. Amazing, amazing stay — and the food was simply outstanding. You’ve built something truly special here. But there are two serious issues that need immediate attention: 1. Overdone greetings: Every staff member saying “Namaste” each time they see a guest is too much. It feels forced and intrusive, especially for business travelers who value space and focus. The first welcome is great — after that, hospitality should be felt through efficiency, not repetition. 2. Unsafe heavy gates: From the restaurant to my room, I had to push through three extremely heavy gates. This is a serious safety hazard just waiting for an accident. Try bringing an elderly guest and let them attempt it — even one of those gates is difficult to manage. It’s a clear design flaw that needs fixing before someone gets hurt. You have a fantastic property and incredible food, but these two issues take away from what could easily be a five-star experience. Please address them seriously — the difference will be huge.

Este hotel es de menos de un año y la infraestructura física es agradable que está cerca de la estación de tren de Surat. Sin embargo, he tenido experiencias que no son tan agradables: A) Observó pequeños cachorros en el baño. B) El personal de mantenimiento de la casa está destinado a limpiar y sanear la habitación - sin embargo, encontré una experiencia desagradable de los limpiadores al entrar en g habitaciones con una gruesa y pingpong BO que es tan inhigiénico y arruina el humor - y no parece como la habitación hay fresco, esto debería mejorarse. C) el desayuno para las 8 mañanas que me quedé tenía el mismo menú - no mucho cambios cada día. D) el té masal indio (Chai) era tan fuerte que sabía completamente amargo - que sólo intenté una vez. E) parece que demasiado personal en el lobby del hotel y en el restaurante - ya que se agrupan en torno a chit-chat en lugar de satisfacer las necesidades del huésped.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of the resort everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Vivanta with our family. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were warm, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Service across the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—was outstanding and made us feel truly welcome. The amenities were well-maintained, and the food was delicious. Overall, a very comfortable and memorable experience. Highly recommended, and we would be happy to return.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel staff even remember my coffee order from yesterday. And when I went to the gym the staff offered me to turn on the sauna and steam in advance. I feel so welcomed by every single staff in this hotel. And it cost only 120 per night includes breakfast and lounge that offer two time slot of snacks day. Dev and Solu are the best manager and staff I’ve ever met. So friendly and thoughtful. Thank you Solu for remembering my order and room number.
