I had a wonderful stay at the place. It's clean, simple and not busy or noisy. It's so close to the center of Georgetown area and the nightlife without being too centre. The staff, especially Junaid, is very nice and helpful. Thanks. It's worth the money, I'll definitely come here again.

Es un hotel acogedor apto para viajeros de todas las edades. Ya sea por la limpieza o por los servicios, me gusta mucho el ambiente que hay allí. También me gusta la lavadora y la secadora que hay en el baño grande. La única sugerencia es que se ponga una botella de agua mineral en la habitación en caso de que el viajero no pueda encontrar el dispensador de agua justo después del ascensor.

Las habitaciones del hotel han sido recientemente renovadas y los baños están impecables. Además, el hotel ofrece una estación de llenado de agua gratuita en la planta baja. El servicio es excelente.

Ka Men was really nice and made my vacation experiences in Penang feel great. The location is really close to main attractions, around 5-20 mins walking distance. And so close to bus stations. My room is also perfect for solo or couple travellers. A bit noisy because of it is near to bus main road. Overall is 👍

ห้องพักสะอาด เจ้าหน้าที่บริการดีมาก เป็นกันเองสุดๆ ห้องกว้างมาก มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน โดยภาพรวมถือว่าดีมาก ราคาไม่แพง

Brand new clean place. Nice mattress. Don’t expect a kitchen. It’s limited at best. No fridge. Bathrooms were great. Spectacular water pressure in the shower. No lobby or social room so it felt lifeless. If you needed anything you had to text someone but they were pretty responsive… I’d stay here again.

設施：房間很大很寬敞，餐桌在單獨的一個房間裏。熱水器和電吹風都可以正常使用，非常方便。裝修也很有風格，應該是有用心設計過 衞生：民宿的話沒有説每天打掃，但是整體來看非常ok的，進入大堂要拖鞋，地面和牆面應該刷過防水漆，感覺挺乾淨的。毛巾的話可能是消毒水的味道吧，味道有點熟悉又陌生。。。 環境：挺好的，就是靠近馬路的房間會比較吵，但是一般晚上1點左右就沒車了。這個民宿的位置很不錯，周圍找吃的坐公交很方便，出門左手走一走就是新世界小吃街，右邊走一走就是潮汕街 Kimberly夜市，有很多吃的還有按摩店，靠近警察局，晚上比較安全 服務：挺好的，在線客服基本有求必應的。有一天我的摺疊雨傘被其他住户誤拿了，跟酒店這邊説了一下很快就找到拿我傘的住户，住户送上了巧克力表達歉意，酒店額外贈送了一份作為聖誕禮物

When on to a vacation in Penang and choose to stay at Yan Hotel, 1st of all about this hotel is the strategy of this place which is very convenience and neraby to almost all the tourism attraction restaurants. The price also reasonable for room space given. There is only one issue is the placement of the aircond is not on the correct way of air flow as the bed is place on one side and the the aircond was fixed towards the other direction. So it not helpful or feel comfortable. This issue hope the management can fix.. since they upgrading and renovating the hotel this should be helpful for them to take notice. Overall a good stay there all the staffs are good and helpful except one chinese guy wear specs was so rude and no manners at all to behave towards customers.

La cama es suave y cómoda. La habitación es limpia, pero el vaso de agua en la habitación todavía tiene pinturas de uso. Algunos vasos tienen marcas de labios. El agua es una botella de llenado. Por lo tanto, no confio en beber mucho, pero me gusta en general. Reserva una habitación 4-person, dividida y el precio es muy barato.
