Ubicación perfecta. Muy atentos Junaid and Sutharsan , cada vez le pedía cualquier cosa me la daban o siempre por la labor de limpiar la habitación.

Es un hotel acogedor apto para viajeros de todas las edades. Ya sea por la limpieza o por los servicios, me gusta mucho el ambiente que hay allí. También me gusta la lavadora y la secadora que hay en el baño grande. La única sugerencia es que se ponga una botella de agua mineral en la habitación en caso de que el viajero no pueda encontrar el dispensador de agua justo después del ascensor.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property features a well-designed interior and is maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness. Its location is excellent, with easy access to many dining options nearby, and it is very convenient for getting around or booking a Grab. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Overall, this hotel is a suitable and excellent choice for anyone visiting Penang. I would gladly stay here again in the future.

I booked the balcony room for 2 night The first night I got the balcony room but it was so small. But gratefully I can change for the second day. So next time u book a balcony room, make sure to book room no. 205 Bigger and the bathroom has a huge door to the balcony as well. The location is soooooo convenient. Bus no. 101 and 102 literally stop next to the hotel. The other bus line is just a 5 minute walk. Many street food nearby

這次真的撿到寶了 🏨✨ 開箱一間性價比超高的酒店！ 房間大到有點誇張 😂 ✔️ 兩張雙人床 + 兩張單人床 ✔️ 還有沙發、冰箱 ✔️ 重點是有一個超大的廚房！感覺可以直接住下來😆 📍地點也很方便 附近景點幾分鐘車程就到，去哪都不麻煩～ 我在 Trip.com訂的 而且評分還蠻高的，真的很值得！ 當然也有一點點小缺點🤣 早上會有“天然鬧鐘”🐔叫你起床 還有水管偶爾有點聲音～ 整體來説，這個價錢真的很可以了👍 會考慮再住一次！

Brand new clean place. Nice mattress. Don’t expect a kitchen. It’s limited at best. No fridge. Bathrooms were great. Spectacular water pressure in the shower. No lobby or social room so it felt lifeless. If you needed anything you had to text someone but they were pretty responsive… I’d stay here again.

設施：房間很大很寬敞，餐桌在單獨的一個房間裏。熱水器和電吹風都可以正常使用，非常方便。裝修也很有風格，應該是有用心設計過 衞生：民宿的話沒有説每天打掃，但是整體來看非常ok的，進入大堂要拖鞋，地面和牆面應該刷過防水漆，感覺挺乾淨的。毛巾的話可能是消毒水的味道吧，味道有點熟悉又陌生。。。 環境：挺好的，就是靠近馬路的房間會比較吵，但是一般晚上1點左右就沒車了。這個民宿的位置很不錯，周圍找吃的坐公交很方便，出門左手走一走就是新世界小吃街，右邊走一走就是潮汕街 Kimberly夜市，有很多吃的還有按摩店，靠近警察局，晚上比較安全 服務：挺好的，在線客服基本有求必應的。有一天我的摺疊雨傘被其他住户誤拿了，跟酒店這邊説了一下很快就找到拿我傘的住户，住户送上了巧克力表達歉意，酒店額外贈送了一份作為聖誕禮物

Llaman dos veces e incluso abren la puerta dos veces. Sé que nos vamos a la habitación a las 12 del mediodía, pero ¿por qué abren mi puerta y nos piden que nos vayamos a la habitación a las 11 a. m.? Ni siquiera esperan a que yo abra la puerta, sino que usan la llave maestra y la abren. El personal puede simplemente verificar en el sistema para ver si el huésped tiene o no una habitación, entonces ¿por qué simplemente abren mi puerta? Nunca me había pasado esto en otro hotel en el que me he alojado. Fue una experiencia bastante mala para mí. Luego, a las 2 p. m., me llaman para pedirme que nos vayamos a la habitación nuevamente. Me he ido a la habitación incluso antes de las 12, ¿eh? No se repetirá aquí de nuevo.

Por lo tanto, no confio en beber mucho, pero me gusta en general. Reserva una habitación 4-person, dividida y el precio es muy barato.
