Good place, good service, very comfortable placement in the city, but have some troubles with door in our roo

Reservamos el hotel bastante tarde, por lo que las dos habitaciones estaban separadas. Cuando llegamos al hotel alrededor de las 10 p. m., el propietario fue al estacionamiento para ayudarnos con el equipaje y, amablemente, nos cambió a una suite. Originalmente reservamos una habitación para dos días, pero tuvimos que regresar temprano al día siguiente por asuntos familiares, por lo que el propietario nos reembolsó el precio de la habitación. El patio tiene un ambiente agradable y hay un arroyo que lo atraviesa. El propietario es muy alegre y considerado, ¡y vale la pena recomendarlo! ¡Todos son bienvenidos a quedarse!

Las habitaciones que se muestran en la foto no coinciden con el nivel de higiene. Las paredes son sucias y hueles. Pero fue suerte y el personal fue lo suficientemente amable para mejorar mi habitación cuando se le pidió.

Third visit to the Ting Hotel. The layout of the check-on area has changed. It is a lot better now. The superior room is well worth the money spent. Two big, comfortable double beds, powerful shower with plenty of hot water, friendly staff, they are using the usual translator Apps, Metro line two to Ningbo Railway station as well as the Airport is only a two minutes walk away. The click tower acrosd the street. An english translation for the A/C remote control would be helpful. The loud A/C is the only downside. I guess it needs to be serviced.

Instalaciones: El aislamiento acústico es deficiente; se oían ruidos del pasillo y de la habitación contigua; el baño no tiene puerta. El precio es razonable, pero el espacio es muy pequeño. Ofrece artículos para dos personas, pero incluso para una sola persona resulta estrecho.

El hotel goza de una ubicación privilegiada, a poca distancia a pie de una estación de metro, concretamente de las líneas 4 y 7, lo que facilita enormemente los desplazamientos. El paseo nocturno a lo largo del río Qiantang ofrece unas vistas espectaculares. El servicio de recepción fue amable y eficiente, garantizando un registro de entrada sin contratiempos. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y ordenadas, con ropa de cama suave y cómoda, todas las comodidades modernas y completas, y conexión Wi-Fi estable, cubriendo así las necesidades básicas. Excelente relación calidad-precio a un precio razonable; muy recomendable.

Out of all the hotels I have stayed in China so far, this is the first one where none of the reception staff smile. The room was of medium size and cleanliness wasn’t great but acceptable. The location though was perfect - pretty close to many tourists attractions, the Nanhu (南湖） in particular.

Next time I visit Shaoxing, I’ll definitely choose to stay here again! 酒店位置极其便利，去各个景点都很方便，离火车站和公交车站也非常近。老板娘非常热情，会详细指导客人去哪里观光以及最便捷的交通方式。客人退房时还会收到她准备的小礼物，让人倍感重视。下次来绍兴一定还会选这里！
