Tucked away in a quiet alley, Au Petit Hôtel is a lovely escape from the noise and bustle of the main roads — you’d barely know the city was right on your doorstep. It has a real family home feel, and the owner was genuinely warm and always went out of their way to be helpful. The location is fantastic — everything is within walking distance, from restaurants to shops. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a peaceful, personal stay.

We really love this Hotel .We feel like home !!! Amazing location , Free convenience parking, Staff so pretty and helpful . The Hotel has no Breakfast but don't worry about hungry coz they full fill snack in room fridge everyday such as Muffin ,Cookie,Ganola bar , Chocolate,... etc. I will come back here for sure.

店家是位很安靜的女士 幾乎見不到 打掃很勤快 老房子了隔音不太好 我們孩子夜哭把鄰居估計吵得夠嗆 實在抱歉 1-19號房間都在2樓或3樓 1樓衹有20和21兩個房間 但也確實比較便宜 幾乎是距離和價格兼得了 自住自離很自由 飲用水在一層 打水一般要下樓 一樓還有餐廳 裏面有微波爐麪包機咖啡伴侶糖甜味劑啥的 離各種超市便利店包括一個二層metro的一條街不遠 就是出門向左走第二個紅綠燈 然後過馬路直行可達 魁城的紅綠燈比較久 是所有車先走再所有人走 這點和安省不太一樣 這條路上的路燈燈罩很日式先鋒藝術 身體是魚四肢是人那種 幾乎像傘蓋一樣罩住了道路上方並向中間聚攏 但是離鬼怪那些景點稍微遠 出門向右不到兩公里大概 打車衹要十刀 景點有著名的酒店山坡電梯紅門小街聖誕小店 帶孩子還是住近點方便 不帶孩子很推薦 沒拍房子 發幾張景點圖吧

On the plus side, this hostel is in a PRIME location. We walked all over Old Quebec and loved it! The AC worked GREAT. The beds were pretty comfy. We were not very happy about the fact that we had booked a room through Trip.com that had a private bath. When we arrived they said that the reservation did not specify that, but I showed them the actual reservation and it DID say we had a private bath. They said there was nothing they could do about it and when I said that since I had PAID for a private bath I should at least get a discount, but they were unwilling to do this either. My travel partner said she heard some other people checking in another day and they had a similar problem with the shared bath, so we are wondering if it's a bait and switch thing with the hotel. We also told them the first morning that the light over the sink in our room was burned out or broken and she said they would have someone check it out when they came in. Nobody ever came. The shared bathroom was okay but could definitely be improved by adding a paper towel holder (there was a roll of paper towels sitting on the shelf for a few days, but eventually it all got used and it was not replaced before we left.

Nuestra habitación doble está en el cuarto piso, sin ascensor, el transporte de equipaje es demasiado duro, los mayores no son adecuados, el cuarto es muy pequeño y la caja de 24 pulgadas no puede abrirse. La única cosa que vale la pena es que el desayuno del hotel es muy bueno, en el restaurante adyacente, el mismo dueño. Hay una recepción, pero todo el proceso requiere inglés.

La ubicación es especialmente buena, la puerta está en frente del estadio, la puerta trasera está tranquila, en cualquier dirección, está muy cerca de la zona más importante de Guenbeiki y se acerca a la tumba. El hotel está totalmente autoayudado, y es la primera vez que encontró este check-in/out. La entrada de la puerta delantera fue dada por la pasarela, no se puede hacerlo, o una hermana de la señorita vino a ayudar a terminar a las tres horas. El hotel es un antiguo edificio, el espacio es muy alto, hay un pequeño balcón fuera de la habitación, las instalaciones están completas, la nevera de café, la leche comprada por el supermercado, Mafen puede entrar. La habitación no es grande, la cama es grande, la ropa está bien. Todo el mundo de Xenbeek me gusta. La atmósfera es maravillosa en la noche, el día de la lluvia es maravilloso, y me gusta de todas formas. El tiempo ha llegado tres o cuatro días, las hojas rojas están llenas de montaña cerca del aeropuerto, y la ciudad está cerca. Creo que volveré.

Once you enter the hotel hallway, you would know right away that it's old. The room was pretty and you would see passers-by from the window. The shower curtain was reasonably clean, not spotless, but acceptable. the hotel was very close to bus stops, Frontenac, and Dufferin terrace, and almost any destination (in Old Quebec) a tourist would love to see. Breakfast at Sagamite was lovely. The only issue I had with service was that the mode of payment for this hotel was supposedly 'Pay at the Hotel,' but my card was charged earlier before the check-in. The thing that confused me was that it was under Hotel Maison du General instead of Louisbourg so I thought I was hacked. Anyway, after some Googling and Trip.com customer service emails, we found out it was under Hotel Louisbourg. Another downside of the service is that there's no active number if u wanna contact the hotel directly. They just have the Sagamite Restaurant on the internet, where recipients there do not know anything at all about the hotel booking once u reach them.
