A stay that exceeded expectations - from the moment I arrived, this hotel impressed. The location is hard to beat. The lobby sets the tone beautifully: elegant without being stuffy, with a good coffee machine. My room was spacious and thoughtfully decorated with a real sense of place rather than the identikit style you find in so many hotels. Nothing felt like an afterthought. The bed and the duvet were comfortable, the kind you do not want to leave. The staff were warm, helpful, and attentive without being overbearing. I would return without hesitation.

El cuarto es un poco pequeño, pero el paisaje es bueno. Hay que cambiar dos ascensores arriba y abajo, un poco incómodo. El servicio de recepción es muy cuidadoso y muy amable. La puerta tiene un autocar personal. La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente y la noche está muy tranquila.

It was very different then staying at usual hotels we stay in. The learning opportunities were very appreciated. Activities and workshops are well priced and organized. Want to give a shout out to our story teller Samuel that made our first activity a memorable one The lady doing the necklace workshop will surprise you with all her abilities. The showers were very ergonomic. The bed and beddings were very comfortable. The aspects I wished were part of the experience: Bigger pool as we went there as a family and the pool was rather small. Wooden floor are nice and stone floors in bathroom look nice as well but both are really cold to walk on. Although they offer bathrobes they unfortunately dont offer slippers. More hiking trails nearby as well, although the little trail they have around the hotel with panels giving information on different aspect of the Wendat traditions was a nice evening walk to do as a couple. Overall a very nice stay. Would recommend it without hesitation.

La habitación estaba limpia y las comodidades eran buenas. Tenía suficientes utensilios y ollas para calentar/preparar la comida. Los artículos de baño eran de buena calidad y adecuados. El personal siempre fue amable y servicial. Disfrutamos de nuestra estancia. Las únicas pegas son que la ubicación está en la parte baja de la colina, lejos de las atracciones turísticas más populares, así que tuvimos que subir para llegar a ellas. A nosotros no nos importó, pero podría ser tedioso para otros, sobre todo cuando nieva; y nuestra habitación estaba en la parte trasera del edificio, con la gasolinera al lado, que estaba muy concurrida y hacía mucho ruido. Aparte de esto, el precio era razonable y estaba cerca de la parada de autobús.

The loft was spacious. The design was contemporary and it matched the romantic and chill vibe of Quebec City. Public car park was nearby. The lightings, the furniture, beds were comfortable and clean. The amenities were adequate and new. We loved the loft so much! Perfect location with most of the major attractions within walkable distance. Room rate is not cheap but it was worth the price. It would be perfect if detergent was also provided as there was washer and dryer. This accomodation was highly recommended.

We stayed for two nights, and overall everything was good – clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location was convenient. The room didn’t have a full kitchen (only a microwave), but there is a shared kitchen for guests on the ground floor, which makes up for it. There was no sink for washing dishes in the room, only a dishwasher. This is fine overall, but running it for a single cup isn’t really an option, especially since there was only a minimal amount of dishware. The bathroom also lacked a toilet brush. One small detail: the blanket was arranged a bit unusually, like a “sandwich” with sheets around it instead of a proper duvet cover. These are minor points, but they could be improved for future guests.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is a bit out of the way, but everything else was great. The staff were very friendly, and they even provided complimentary snacks. Loved the strong shower water pressure. Will comeback again.

Despite the hotel being under renovation, there was no noise from construction. You couldn't see construction scaffolding inside the hallways, they Built temporary walls that fully hid the corridors with construction. Excellent management of customer experience despite renovations! Excellent location! 2 mins walk to the closest attraction, the national assembly building

Toute était super très belle hôtel, la seule chose désagréable est le non respect des parents et enfants qui cri et parle fort après 20 h dans les corridor des chambres, sinon toute est 5 étoiles.
