Hoteles en Quebec (ciudad) con aparcamiento

Jadore este lugar! Es un paisaje total. Vivo cerca y voy a ir ahí para el placer. Sin embargo, la gran decepción es el restaurante la Traite ...precio, cantidad, vino de 20$ del vidrio, ... nunca volvería ahí. ¡Por el resto, qué felicidad!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The check-in and check out process was smooth. Unlike other hotels Home2 suites offered check out at 12 noon, the staff were welcoming, The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh options.

Super beau dejeuné inclus ! Vraiment agréable ! Belle piscine mais apporter vos vestes de flotaison pour vos mousses ! Chambre super belle et propre. Pour ma part jai trouver le lit trop dure mais ce nest pas grave. Les employer sont vraiment super accueuillant !!! Merci malgrer tout bon prix avec le déjeuner inclus ! :)

El cuarto es un poco pequeño, pero el paisaje es bueno. Hay que cambiar dos ascensores arriba y abajo, un poco incómodo. El servicio de recepción es muy cuidadoso y muy amable. La puerta tiene un autocar personal. La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente y la noche está muy tranquila.

I love this hotel. They have warm chocolate cookies, free hot spa and sauna. The bed is comfy and I had a really good sleep. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. I will definitely write a formal complaint. I was at the shower - the shower gel and shampoo were both empty. Obviously they didn’t refill the bottle. That’s fine. I called the counter and asked them to bring me new bottles. They rejected and asked me to go down. Ok that’s fine. I asked my friend to go down. He came back and said someone would come to change the bottles soon. Sure. I stood in the shower room for 10 minutes and no one came. Ok maybe they needed more time. I came out of the shower and sat down on the bed. Another 10 minutes. So I asked my friend to find someone. He was told that someone would come again. Another 10 minutes. A man came and gave me a bottle of shampoo and body lotion???? My friend went out again and finally got me some shower gel in a cup. It took more than 30 minutes and I just stood there. After shower, I got to do the skincare routine, dry my long hair and so on. Eventually, I went to check out. I was late of course. The lady asked me to pay for late fee. I was like ???????????????????? Explained and she agreed to waive the fee. Everything was perfect until the empty da** bottles. I am late for my lunch reservation now and I am missing some attractions for sure.

Gran hotel, ubicación conveniente, conveniente para el parque Battlefield y el área de la ciudad de Quebec, fácil de comer alrededor de la comida occidental y deliciosa. La conveniencia del estacionamiento del hotel es CAD25.

Para el registro, fue una lástima. No tenía mi reserva, y la señora me dijo que no tenía. Después de mostrarle mi reserva en el celular, no me entendió. Después de una larga espera, me dijo que no conocía trip.com. Bueno, ¿estaba de mal humor? Así que finalmente conseguí una habitación, pero al final del largo pasillo, la última habitación... yo, que tengo una discapacidad en la pierna, no puedo caminar mucho, hay un ascensor, y está demasiado lejos... No volvería a este hotel.

La ubicación del hotel era muy conveniente para ir a todas partes. El personal es amable y educado. Todo el hotel estaba limpio, pero la espera en el ascensor fue un poco larga.

On the plus side, this hostel is in a PRIME location. We walked all over Old Quebec and loved it! The AC worked GREAT. The beds were pretty comfy. We were not very happy about the fact that we had booked a room through Trip.com that had a private bath. When we arrived they said that the reservation did not specify that, but I showed them the actual reservation and it DID say we had a private bath. They said there was nothing they could do about it and when I said that since I had PAID for a private bath I should at least get a discount, but they were unwilling to do this either. My travel partner said she heard some other people checking in another day and they had a similar problem with the shared bath, so we are wondering if it's a bait and switch thing with the hotel. We also told them the first morning that the light over the sink in our room was burned out or broken and she said they would have someone check it out when they came in. Nobody ever came. The shared bathroom was okay but could definitely be improved by adding a paper towel holder (there was a roll of paper towels sitting on the shelf for a few days, but eventually it all got used and it was not replaced before we left.

Un empleado fue muy amable y servicial cuando me perdí intentando llegar al hotel. ¡Le estaré eternamente agradecida, ya que fue muy frustrante! La habitación estaba helada y el servicio de limpieza nunca vino, así que tuve que pedir mantas en recepción, ya que las que nos dieron estaban sucias. Las sábanas estaban limpias, pero las mantas no. No nos dieron mantas porque ”no tenían de repuesto”. En su lugar, nos dieron tres juegos de sábanas finas, que no sirvieron de nada contra el frío. Le dije al personal que la habitación estaba helada y me dijeron que encendiera la calefacción. En ese momento, la calefacción estuvo a tope durante cinco o seis horas y no se calentó nada. En general, no fue una buena experiencia y probablemente no me volveré a alojar allí.
