El precio subió un poco durante el Año Nuevo chino, pero el hotel lleva abierto menos de un año y está muy bien cuidado. Tanto el vestíbulo como las habitaciones son muy nuevos e impecables. También es muy conveniente que haya robots que entreguen la comida. El hotel está muy cerca de la estación de metro, en medio del distrito antiguo y el nuevo, por lo que es conveniente ir a cualquier parte. La ropa de cama es súper cómoda, ¡realmente quiero comprar un juego para llevar a casa! ¡La iluminación de la habitación es muy inteligente y la luz nocturna es muy cómoda y fácil de usar! El único pequeño defecto fue que había algunas manchas de sangre en la funda del edredón, y la tía que limpió la habitación al día siguiente hizo la cama sin mucho cuidado y dejó el bote de basura junto al lavabo sin vaciar. El día del check-in, la recepción estaba demasiado ocupada, por lo que no fueron tan atentos como de costumbre. Sin embargo, el día del check-out, tomaron la iniciativa de enviar un recuerdo de productos especiales de Shunde, ¡lo cual fue una sorpresa y un detalle! Quiero elogiar especialmente a la encantadora señorita de recepción, ¡es hermosa, tiene una dulce sonrisa y brinda un buen servicio! ¡Me alojaré aquí de nuevo la próxima vez que venga a Shunde!

Located near metro station with plenty of eateries n a huge mall. Staff are friendly n fast check in check out. Comfy bed n clean room.

I booked a suite at the Mercure but was unable to check in at 1:30 pm as planned. The front desk staff explained apologetically that the hotel had been full the previous night and the rooms were still being cleaned. We were advised to leave our luggage with the concierge and wait for a message on WeChat when the room was ready. By 3:30 pm, we returned to check again. When I asked a staff member about my room, she said it was still not ready. We waited by the counter while the three staff on duty chatted among themselves instead of assisting guests. After another 30 minutes, I followed up. At that point, they asked my name and I was finally given the room key. The hotel has only one slow lift serving Mercure guests. Another lift for the private residences can be used, but access requires crossing to another wing from the ground floor. Service quality was inconsistent. One morning, I called ahead to request that the room not be cleaned but asked for fresh towels, toilet paper, and bottled water to be left outside the door instead. Although the staff acknowledged this request, I returned in the evening to find the room cleaned and no supplies provided. On another occasion, the toilet became clogged late at night. When I called the front desk at 11:30 pm, I was told housekeeping had ended for the day and would only resume at 9 am. The staff advised me to use the public restrooms on level 1 in the meantime. Unfortunately, when I came back to the room the next afternoon around 3 pm, the toilet was still clogged and the room hadn’t been serviced. Overall, the hotel’s location is convenient and breakfast reasonably tasty (though with a limited selection). However, the front desk service and housekeeping standards fall short of expectations for a property under the Mercure brand.

Convenient location; less than 10 mins drive from Guangzhou Nan High Speed Rail station / Guangzhou Metro No. 2 line Shibi Station. Plus a tram station right outside the hotel. Florentia Village, an outlet and restaurants complex 15 mins walk from the hotel. Hotel manager, Konky and all the staff were friendly and very helpful. Pleasant stay for our family holiday to explore Foshan and Guangzhou city indeed.

對比了好幾家酒店才選擇這家，真是非常失望❌❌ 環境：酒店的環境都還可以 衞生：衞生沒有做到位，馬桶區域的地上還有上一任客户留下的一團頭髮 設施：智能設備不成熟，喊了好幾次都沒能按指令完成；跟在點評區裏説的一樣，按了睡眠模式全屋燈光熄滅的情況下，晚上起來路過廊道區廁所的燈會突然亮起還需要手動去關閉；酒店介紹界面寫着有冰箱，實際沒有 服務：經常出差入住過酒店也很多，這家也算是處理突**況較為差勁的，開了有小半年的連鎖酒店，基本的服務意識都沒有，因為出差，需要有一個舒適的休息環境，訂房前就特地備註：需要安靜的房間，入住午休時，就聽到隔壁的聊天聲以及很大電視聲，當時沒太在意，直到晚上10點準備睡覺的時候，就聽到房間很大的震動咚咚咚的聲，原以為又是隔壁看電視的聲音，結果發現窗户後面有一家KTV，很強的節奏聲，第一時間聯繫前台，對方説先去跟KTV交涉一下，看能不能減小音量，還安排人員上來確認是否真實有這個聲音存在才給換房間，跟前台電話時我本人女性溝通的，結果沒有第一時間安排女性的客房人員上來，而是安排一名男性的保安來解決問題，這麼大的酒店，連客房人員都沒有？保安能做客房的工作？保安表示覺得不滿意房間是可以更換的，如果要換要求我們立刻收東西去新的房間（雖然語氣是友好的，但讓人非常不舒服）大概率是前台人員要求他必須等我們完成換房後拿回舊房卡才能走，整個操作非常讓人無語，最終再三要求下，讓他先下樓給點時間我們收拾行李，換房完成再來取原房卡。換了同户型對面的房間，新的房間除了窗外酒店燈帶壞了一晚上閃個不停以外，是非常安靜的。下面的道路也衹是酒店的內部停車通道，所以我不明白，為什麼有安靜的房間沒有第一時間給安排，而是安排了後面晚上會有KTV的房間，着實想不明白，直至早上8點退房時也沒有酒店人員就這件事道歉，而是下午兩點多鐘後才電話説以後再住可以升級，等人走了才想起解決，真的差勁

Didn’t took photo of the room. But it was so nice, clean, and comfortable hotel. The smell was so nice. Some hotels located in the center of Guangzhou there were so bad smells, unconformable and so expensive. But this hotel was so conformable and nice. One thing is little bit far from the center but the using railway it was okay. Also most nice thing was laundry room(free) and fitness area. The hotel service was so nice. Thanks. I’ll stay again in this hotel.

Very good hotel, I’m very satisfied with my stay — 10/10. The location is convenient: the hotel is within walking distance of Meiju shopping mall, which is very comfortable. It’s also easy to find. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean, housekeeping does a good job, and towels are changed every day. The overall level of cleanliness is very high. The only small downside for me was the breakfast. It might not be ideal for European tastes, although it may be a plus for Chinese guests. Overall, I had a great experience and would gladly stay here again. 😊

La recepción excelente, atenta y predispuesta a ayudar, la habitación completa, sólo unos detalles en el piso. Estuvimos en el piso 36 habitación 3620. Frigobar con agua y refrescos que reponían todos los días, bocadillos nocturnos chinos, algunos ricos otros no aptos paladares occidentales. Pantuflas de recambio diario, pantuflas de goma para el baño y batas de excelente calidad. Solicite en requerimientos, una habitación lejos del ascensor y vistas a la ciudad, y me dieron la vista más maravillosa y bien alejada de los ascensores, lo que resultó en una estadía perfecta. Con respecto al desayuno, tienen muy pocas opciones occidentales, pero es lógico, considerando que en 5 días fuimos los únicos. Recomiendo ir temprano a desayunar para más tranquilidad. Pedimos hielo el primer día y el resto no fue necesario, ya que había una hielera a disposición. La ubicación excelente, a unos pasos de la estación que te lleva directo a Guangzhou. Lavandería en el piso 37 junto al restaurante, así que aconsejo llevar la ropa antes del desayuno y retirarla a la salida, es autoservicio, el jabón incorporado a la lavadora, secadora con 20 o 30 minutos la ropa queda impecable. Plancha a vapor en la lavanderia.

房間空間特別大，特別適合家庭人數比較多的，而且房間的床很大，睡起來很舒服，不僅如此，房間還配有浴袍，房間有一個超大的浴缸，酒店還配有休閑區，在8樓，無聊的的時候可以去打打桌球，都是免費的，還有喜歡健身的話也可以去，就是有自己的健身房，洗衣烘乾區都有，適合長期住，酒店早餐也很有特色，是順德得美食，感覺口感很不錯，入住體驗感很棒，服務員服務也很好，下次來還會繼續選擇這家，點個贊！

El viaje superó las expectativas. El personal de registro, la Sra. Yang, fue educado y servicial. Las habitaciones eran relajantes. La habitación con vista al lago cuenta con grandes ventanales y un lindo porche (con columpios). Las habitaciones con vistas a la granja eran más grandes de lo que parecían en las fotografías. Como las habitaciones estaban empaquetadas con las entradas para los parques temáticos, entramos al parque y al zoológico de forma gratuita. Aunque los viajes debían comprarse por separado, el costo era asequible. El zoológico mantenía una cantidad decente de animales. (La alimentación se vendió por separado) Nos encantó el paseo en bote cerca del vestíbulo, lo más destacado de nuestro viaje. Un consejo para compartir (una habitación con vista al lago y una habitación con vista a la granja formarán una unidad inclusiva). Disfrutamos mucho el viaje a pesar de que no tuvimos tiempo de ver el espectáculo y visitar el mundo del hielo.
