UUsuario invitadoI stayed at this hotel for three nights in December 2025 for a personal vacation. Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient stay.
The reception is located on Level 7, which was a little unusual at first but easy to get used to. Check-in and interactions with the staff were smooth. The room size was quite decent and comfortable for a short stay. However, the air conditioning felt slightly warm even after adjusting it to a cooler temperature, which was a minor drawback.
Breakfast is served daily on Level 7 as well. There is a decent variety of food available, though the menu remains the same each day. A nice highlight is the live counter where hot noodles are prepared on the spot, which was a plus.
Another great convenience is the availability of a washer and dryer on Level 7, and they are free to use, which is very helpful for travelers.
The hotel’s location is also a strong point, as many local attractions are within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area without relying heavily on transport.
Overall, it’s a good choice for travelers looking for a comfortable stay with practical amenities and a convenient location.

UUsuario invitado¡Esta estancia superó con creces mis expectativas! Desde el momento en que entré al vestíbulo, el servicio cálido y atento del personal me hizo sentir como en casa. La habitación era espaciosa y luminosa, con excelentes vistas, y la ropa de cama era suave y cómoda, lo que garantizaba un sueño reparador. El baño tenía ducha e inodoro separados, y las instalaciones eran nuevas y estaban limpias. Quiero destacar especialmente la excelente insonorización de la habitación, que elimina por completo cualquier molestia exterior. El desayuno del hotel también era abundante, con una fusión de platos chinos y occidentales, y la comida estaba deliciosa. Tanto si viajo por negocios como por placer, esta es una excelente opción, ¡y sin duda me alojaré aquí de nuevo!

UUsuario invitado¡Nunca antes me había gustado tanto un hotel! ❤️ De todos los que he visitado en mis cuatro días de viaje, este es el más satisfactorio. La higiene, el ambiente y las instalaciones merecen un diez. Incluso nos obsequiaron con dos bebidas. Me encantó especialmente la mesita de noche, y es que cada detalle está muy cuidado. El desayuno es muy saludable y me gustó muchísimo. La amabilidad de todo el personal es inmejorable. Pero la ubicación es un poco remota, así que si eres de los que priorizan la cercanía, tenlo en cuenta. Aunque, para los amantes de la naturaleza, hay un camping en los alrededores. Los anfitriones son muy detallistas: hay muchas señales que te guían hasta el lugar y el ambiente es simplemente genial. ¡No me puedo imaginar lo feliz que habría sido si me hubiera alojado aquí desde el primer día de mi viaje!

¡La cama es muy cómoda!
Tuve problemas con el ruido de la calle porque una de las ventanas estaba rota, pero contacté con recepción y enviaron a alguien a arreglarla inmediatamente.
Tienen una planta entera para servicios de masajes, lo cual es muy práctico.
No hay problemas de limpieza ni suciedad visible.
La salida es a las 14:00, lo cual es una ventaja.
Recomendado para una estancia con presupuesto ajustado.

I recently stayed at Z max le chong and was quite disappointed with the breakfast experience.
1. Insufficient Tables & Crowded Environment – The breakfast area was overcrowded, and there were not enough tables to accommodate guests. We had to wait quite a while before finding a seat.
2. Unclean Plates & Utensils – The plates provided were still wet when I picked them up, making them feel unhygienic. It gave the impression that they were not properly dried or cleaned.
3. Slow Table Cleaning Service – Even after guests left, tables were not cleaned promptly. We had to wait for a staff member to clear and wipe down a table before we could sit.
4. Dirty Floors – The dining area floor was visibly dirty, with food crumbs and spills left uncleared. It didn’t feel like it was being cleaned regularly.
Overall, the breakfast experience was disappointing due to poor hygiene and lack of organization. I hope the management takes steps to improve cleanliness and service efficiency.

UUsuario invitadoThis hotel was a wonderful surprise. We had not been to this area before and didn't know what to expect. While the hotel exterior is standard, our room was really lovely, with a nice bathtub, great lighting and a big, round bed! The hotel staff at the desk, in the breakfast area and the housekeeping were all very nice. While there is not much around the hotel, a short ride will bring you to a choice of shopping malls and great restaurants. This hotel is a nice diamond in the rough!

UUsuario invitadoI’d like to start by saying that the room was lovely and comfortable and the reception staff was accommodating and helpful.
That being said - I will not be returning to this hotel and I especially would not bring family here.
When I arrived there was a man screaming at the receptionist and knocking things off her desk. When he finally screamed loudly enough that security heard him the security guards came and talked with him for a few minutes and then THEY LEFT. It was just me, this extremely aggressive guy, and the tiny girl at reception. He immediately started knocking things down again.
Later that night, I heard the sounds of a woman sobbing, a man screaming and loud crashing noises in the room next to me. These sounds went on in increasing severity for half an hour. I was initially scared to leave because the man kept walking into the hallway and slamming the door as hard as he could over and over again. Eventually, I went down and tried to convince security there was a problem, and the security guard was just smirking and occasionally outright laughing. When I eventually convinced him and another security guard to come up to the room with me, they were talking in the elevator about how it was just a drunk guy and laughing about it. Once we got upstairs, they heard the shower running and said “it’s nothing,” with an I-told-you-so kind of look. The shouting picked up again after they left. They didn’t even knock!
I do not blame the hotel for having difficult customers. But I do fault them for their complete lack of awareness and consideration when addressing security concerns.
I didn’t feel safe in this hotel, though the room was very nice.
