UUsuario invitadoThe room is clean, and the staff are good. The room does not have a fridge, which caused a slight inconvenience. However, it provides free coffee and free self-service laundry at the lobby, which adds value to the stay. The room size is moderate and sufficient. The location is superb, as it is situated near a bustling shopping area. There are many HanTing hotels nearby, which may cause confusion upon arrival, so please ensure the address is correct to avoid unnecessary transfers, as the branch names are very similar. Overall good choice of hotel, recommended!

UUsuario anónimoEl personal de recepción fue muy amable y servicial, y el registro fue rápido. La habitación estaba recién renovada, y valoro especialmente la limpieza y la tranquilidad. Quedé muy satisfecha con la limpieza, y la tranquilidad era aceptable. Como la habitación no tenía alfombra y las mujeres podían alojarse en el piso de arriba, había algo de ruido por la noche, causado por mujeres que andaban con tacones. Cerca hay restaurantes occidentales, panaderías, tiendas de conveniencia, restaurantes de Hunan y tiendas de fideos. Mi principal objetivo en este viaje era comprar muebles, y el hotel estaba muy bien ubicado cerca del mercado de muebles. Fuimos en coche y, cuando tuvimos un problema en la puerta, nos lo resolvieron rápidamente. En general, quedé muy satisfecha.

¡La cama es muy cómoda!
Tuve problemas con el ruido de la calle porque una de las ventanas estaba rota, pero contacté con recepción y enviaron a alguien a arreglarla inmediatamente.
Tienen una planta entera para servicios de masajes, lo cual es muy práctico.
No hay problemas de limpieza ni suciedad visible.
La salida es a las 14:00, lo cual es una ventaja.
Recomendado para una estancia con presupuesto ajustado.

UUsuario invitadoThis hotel was a wonderful surprise. We had not been to this area before and didn't know what to expect. While the hotel exterior is standard, our room was really lovely, with a nice bathtub, great lighting and a big, round bed! The hotel staff at the desk, in the breakfast area and the housekeeping were all very nice. While there is not much around the hotel, a short ride will bring you to a choice of shopping malls and great restaurants. This hotel is a nice diamond in the rough!

LLizzy_BrilliantСтаренький, но добротный отель, в номерах чисто, все принадлежности имеются, расположение прекрасное, метро в шаговой доступности, также кафе и два прекрасных парка. Видно, что отель не новый, в нем можно курить, но как вариант для ночевки - вполне себе! Намного чище, чем в любых апартаментах за эту же цену.

UUsuario invitadoI’d like to start by saying that the room was lovely and comfortable and the reception staff was accommodating and helpful.
That being said - I will not be returning to this hotel and I especially would not bring family here.
When I arrived there was a man screaming at the receptionist and knocking things off her desk. When he finally screamed loudly enough that security heard him the security guards came and talked with him for a few minutes and then THEY LEFT. It was just me, this extremely aggressive guy, and the tiny girl at reception. He immediately started knocking things down again.
Later that night, I heard the sounds of a woman sobbing, a man screaming and loud crashing noises in the room next to me. These sounds went on in increasing severity for half an hour. I was initially scared to leave because the man kept walking into the hallway and slamming the door as hard as he could over and over again. Eventually, I went down and tried to convince security there was a problem, and the security guard was just smirking and occasionally outright laughing. When I eventually convinced him and another security guard to come up to the room with me, they were talking in the elevator about how it was just a drunk guy and laughing about it. Once we got upstairs, they heard the shower running and said “it’s nothing,” with an I-told-you-so kind of look. The shouting picked up again after they left. They didn’t even knock!
I do not blame the hotel for having difficult customers. But I do fault them for their complete lack of awareness and consideration when addressing security concerns.
I didn’t feel safe in this hotel, though the room was very nice.
