El equipamiento del hotel es bueno, habitación grande, baño grande, terraza grande. La ubicación es decente. Se tarda unos 15 minutos a pie hasta el lago Qiandeng y los centros comerciales cercanos. Está bastante limpio. Hay lavadora y secadora, lo cual es muy conveniente. Desafortunadamente, el software falló. Cuando llegué a la tienda, ningún personal tomó la iniciativa de contactarme y me dijo que la entrada del hotel era un poco difícil de encontrar. Pida detergente para ropa en la lavadora. Loved that it was walking distance to the outstanding ShunFeng park, and also a few local cafes and eateries. The neighbourhood was chill. Didi easily gets you to other areas in Shunde. Room was good, except you need to take care to prevent water leaking out the door when showering. Enjoyed the complimentary tea (one time) and daily breakfasts in the in-house cafe. Their soy milk was sublime. I did feel that the receptionist/housekeeper provided better service to mainland Chinese (tone of speech, offering tea etc), or perhaps it's to customers who booked better rooms?? She thought our booking didn't include breakfast when it did. When we departed she didn't proactively offer a gift until nudged by visiting management. Otherwise she was still friendly and helpful in other ways, so idk. Minor gripes. Overall recommended, but might give an accommodation near a metro stop a try next time in Shunde instead.

Checked with ctrip AI if they have connecting rooms which they replied yes. Requested for connecting rooms during online booking with trip.com. upon check-in, asked for connecting rooms and was told only the presidential suite has a connecting room. Asked for a plastic chair to be used in the toilet for elderly at the reception and was told they do not have any. But they informed housekeeping to send over another anti-slip mat. Checked with housekeeping about plastic chair and they found a shower chair for elderly. Thank you to the housekeeping team!

This hotel gives you a real 5 star experience without any issues and sometimes even goes beyond. The rooms are very spacious with high ceiling, extremely clean with decent design, flawless furniture and the bed is just perfect. Breakfast is better than 5 stars with a never ending choice of all breakfast items you can think of and an unmatched service level. Additionally the hotel offers several in house restaurants, 2 chinese, german, thai and also 8 different, a bit cheaper food stalls right outside with outside seating. This big choice also exceeds other 5 star hotels and the quality is always very good. An additional big plus. Also they earn extra points for environmental friendliness: big towels are replaced by choice. Just a hint: Please use water saving shower heads or a water flow reducer in the future. A minor shortcoming was the shower sealing being dirty, just wiping does not help here. But as the hotel has collected so many plus points it would be simply unfair not to give the highest rating. I can definitely recommend this hotel and even for the high price, it is worth the money. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay.

So all the noise in the hall is literally in your room. During this holiday a lot of families with kids were staying in the same building, so noises and cooking smells were all around. But I must say, inside the room everything was tidy and good.
