Hotel overall is good. Prefer a trash can below the sink in the  bathroom.  Customer service is super good. I left some belongings and they tried to reach out to me for pick up.

I like to take this chance to give a shout out to the service of Gabriel Hu. He is very friendly and helpful. Even making us drinks at the bar when the bar staff wasn’t available. In general the service of the staff are good. Two things we got very disappointed was about the room. We smelled cigarette in the toilet from the room next to us. The ventilation isn’t good or they shouldn’t misbehave The gym is a children’s playground. We went there twice and saw at least 2 families with very small children (under 6 years old) were running in the gym. Banging weights, bouncing medicine balls, playing on the treadmill The gym rule simply allow this to happen as it says children under 16 need adult supervision. Just that it is a common sense no babies should be here Can also reflect the problem is that the hotel is lack of children’s room or other leisure facilities Honestly I stay here for the gym and I am so hesitate to come and gym again

El equipamiento del hotel es bueno, habitación grande, baño grande, terraza grande. La ubicación es decente. Se tarda unos 15 minutos a pie hasta el lago Qiandeng y los centros comerciales cercanos. Está bastante limpio. Hay lavadora y secadora, lo cual es muy conveniente. Desafortunadamente, el software falló. Cuando llegué a la tienda, ningún personal tomó la iniciativa de contactarme y me dijo que la entrada del hotel era un poco difícil de encontrar. Pida detergente para ropa en la lavadora. En la sala de juegos de los niños es necesario contratar a alguien para encender el aire acondicionado. Los anteriores son todos problemas menores. El mayor problema fue que hubo un corte de energía repentino en medio de la noche y el calor despertó a toda la familia. Más tarde descubrimos que era el sistema de encendido y apagado automático de la habitación. La familia estaba dormida, se pensó que no había nadie en la habitación y automáticamente se cortó la luz. Había uno o dos mosquitos en la habitación, que afectaban gravemente al sueño.

Hotel bastante decente y limpio. La piscina está bien, pero la sauna y el baño de vapor tardan mucho en calentarse. La ubicación es aceptable, junto al río, pero a 15-20 minutos del centro. No hay mucho que hacer en la planta baja por la noche. Las camas son un poco duras para mi gusto, pero ofrecen buen soporte. En general, es una buena opción para una estancia tranquila.

El hotel está situado en el centro de Ronggui. Tiene una ubicación excelente y está muy cerca de atracciones y hoteles famosos. Higiene ambiental La actitud de los camareros es muy buena. Especialmente Rita está muy preocupada por nuestro viaje y nos brinda mucha ayuda. ¡La próxima vez que venga a Ronggui, elegiré Haijunda Hilton!

Stayed for 1 night. New hotel, they upgraded my room and gave me a room that was like a dream lol. Amazing!!! Great breakfast

Ms Shirley Ou attended to us. She was so efficient in getting our booking done and even got us a two-level uograde & a free breakfast. All thr stuffs are friendly and would greet us when we passed by. The self laundry area is very well maintained and the washing machine is equipped with shelf dispensing detergent. The hotel is within walking distance to the shopping area , Zhu Miao Temple as well as LingNan TianDi. I will come stay at this hotel again when I am in the area.

We can’t accept totally NO air condition for the room in this winter , we can’t control the temperature that we want for the air condition ! This is the reason we move out 2 days early from our booking !
