The hotel is clean, comfortable, and located in a very convenient area near Gaya Street, restaurants, and shopping spots. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the whole stay even more pleasant. The room was spacious, cozy, and well-maintained with everything we needed. Great value for money and perfect for both short and long stays in Kota Kinabalu. Highly recommended and would definitely come back again!

Nos dieron una habitación preciosa y con vistas al mar. Muy grande y muy limpia, con todos los complementos para estar muy a gusto, incluidos unos kimonos preciosos y muy cómodos para estar por el hotel. El desayuno, muy completo y buenísimo. Todo el personal fue muy amable y se preocuparon en todo momento de que nuestra estancia fuera agradable. Tuvimos un percance con el vuelo y llegamos de madrugada y nos atendieron estupendamente. Sí volvemos a KK, nos quedaríamos aquí sin pensarlo. Muy recomendable.

La habitación es agradable y limpia. A la afuera del hotel se encuentra una distancia a pie a la calle gaya. Comportable tienda como siete once y velocidad mar 99 justo alrededor del rincón. Hay kfc y comedor local alrededor.

It was a pleasant stay. The location was good, near gaya street where people can go to the night market and morning market. The room was cozy and the staffs were accomodating enough. Overall, a good stay.

The Summer Hotel is located in the Old Town, next to the Howard Johnson Hotel, a very convenient location. The waterfront area is within walking distance, offering a wealth of entertainment and shopping options. While the hotel facilities are basic, the prices are very reasonable, making it excellent value for money. The front desk staff are also very friendly and welcoming.

My 2nd stay at this hotel. 1st stay was last year. Strategic location (city centre), room with view & awesome cleanliness, foods shops/cafes/restaurants/shopping malls etc with walking distance. Greeted by nice staffs during check-in (Ms Maria) & check out. Free parking for hotel guests 👍🏼👍🏼.

First time here. Everything was good and will repeat if happen to come sabah again. Plenty of foc car park.

been stayed here for many times.. every time come visit kk will only choose this hotel due to its located in between Suria shopping mall and Wisma Merdeka and by walking distance to Gaya street .. however please take note this hotel a bit rundown due to years

Conseguí esta habitación al precio más bajo: 260 MYR por 3 noches. Estoy muy satisfecho con mi estancia. 🥰 10/10 para Mino Homestay. Sin duda, repetiré. 👍🏼 Tuve un problema de luz el primer día y el dueño lo solucionó en solo 5 minutos. Esta es la vista de la habitación. Me quedé muy tranquilo y relajado.

Room is clean and well equipped. Free snack or iced tea available at a lobby. Famous restaurant is on the ground floor with 15% discount. However it opens late so not good for breakfast(or maybe closed due to holiday) nearby nothing. Only good if you have a car to explore.
