Hoteles de 4 estrellas en Gangwon, Corea del Sur

I spend 45 minutes standing for checking in the hotel. There are three check in counters but only one was operating with very slow speed. Before me only four queues but took about 45 minutes to process all of them. First impression was so bad. Location, cleanliness, foods, and facilities all good except the services of the staff. I don't know how Lego could allow such a service quality to its own brand. If you never visit I would recommend but be prepared for the poorly service mind of the staff. For me, one is enough. Rather go to other countries than Legoland Korea.

OK para tomar fotos 4. Es un buen lugar para llevar mucho equipaje Le dije lo que necesitaba por texto con el jefe.

Service was top notch. Staff went the extra mile to help me order food through her delivery app and delivered a dryer rack when requested. Location was pretty good with a bus stop just 3 minutes away. It takes about 20 minutes to go to Seoraksan. The cons is that there's not much food selection within walking distance although there is a 7-11 just downstairs and a CU opposite. Overall the room was quite clean apart from some stains on the sofa. They do clean the room everyday but dont change the bedsheets. As for amenities, bedroom slippers are provided. Laundry detergent is 1000won which has to be purchased at the front desk. Loved the room view on a clear day with Seoraksan right in front of me. People complained about the lifts but I honestly didnt wait long throughout my 3 days stay. My longest wait for the lift was probably 3 minutes. Would come back again.

We stayed at Mona YongPyong – Bliss Hill Stay 🏔️ The place was very strategic and convenient. Just below our hostel was the YongPyong Bus Station, and right next to it was Mona Park Ski Resort ❄️🎿 We also enjoyed halal food at Efes Kebab, which made our stay even more memorable 🍽️🤍 We will definitely come back again next time!

¡La ubicación es excelente! A poca distancia de la terminal de autobuses. Llegamos alrededor de la 1 de la madrugada y el personal fue muy amable. La habitación es grande y tiene una buena relación calidad-precio. Es exactamente igual que en la foto. Lo único es que solo conocí a un empleado la noche de mi llegada que hablaba inglés con fluidez. Gracias a él, nos ayudó y nos explicó claramente cómo era la habitación.

No tea bags or coffee sachets provided, which is a bit weird.  Water pressure for shower is way too weak.  No room cleaning services, leaving alone having your new towels put outside your room in the morning. Only 4 lifts serving way too many hotel stayers, resulting in long waiting lines and thus, time.  Views are magnificient however.  The room is so massive and the balconies are spacious.

Hotel with good amenities and at a nice location. We did have an issue in our room in building B, which had too much noise (from the heating system maybe?), and the staff changed our room without hesitation to another one that was great in building D. Very friendly staff.

Excellent location (I mean EXCELLENT) as it's 5 min away from the entrance of the park. It is easy to get to by bus no 7/7-1 and by taxi. The hotel looks a bit old from the outside but it is tastefully decorated on the inside and they keep very well in line with the English theme. The rooms are clean and spacious, with very nice views. They have a nice space to put things away and a small fridge. Our shower unfortunately wasn't sealed from the shower door so we ended up with water in the whole bathroom (difficult to control with a 6'4 partner). It has in house laundry and a small grocery shop that saved us one day it was raining too much to head back to the restaurant area. Really recommend if you're visiting the park (or Sokcho as it's also 15-20 min away by bus). Very friendly staff.

바로 앞에 바다가 있어 물놀이하기에 좋습니다. 편의점이 밖과 숙소 건물 안에 있고 주변에 약간의 식당도 있습니다. 숙소 안에 바베큐를 할 수 있는데 맛 괜찮았으나 연기가 매우 심해요. 바깥쪽 터진곳 앉으면 그나마 괜찮지만 연기는 꽤 각오하고 드셔야 합니다. (1층 라운지 안까지 바베큐 냄새와 연기냄새가 좀 찰 정도니까요.) 숙소 룸 컨디션은 쏘쏘입니다. 작은 바닷벌레가 생각보다 많아요. 별로 신경 안 쓰신다면 큰 단점은 아닐겁니다. 침대 위생은 좀 신경써야 할 것 같아요. 룸 이슈가 있어서 방을 바꿔 2개의 방을 써보게 됐는데 공통적으로 침대 커버 안에 (이불, 매트 둘 다) 머리카락 있고, 하나는 안 빤건지 이불에 붉은 음식물 떨어진 것 같은 자국이 있었습니다. 화장실이 제일 문제라고 생각되는 점은 샤워부스가 아닌 세면대 아래에 배수구 하나 있어 샤워하면 물이 그쪽으로 빠지니 화장실 바닥 전체가 물이 다 젖고 잠기기도 합니다. (실제로 사용했던 룸 한 군데는 배수가 안 돼서 물이 찰랑찰랑 정도 잠기기도 했습니다.) 샤워기 고정은 두 방 다 안 돼서 느린 자이로드롭같이 내려가고 돌아가서 샤워 할 때마다 좀 짜증나더군요. 룸을 바꾸게 된 가장 큰 이유는 샤워 유리 칸막이 봉이 떨어져서 유리와 봉이 같이 흔들거렸는데 솔직히 이정도면 룸 청소하고 체크할 때 바로 보이며 안전 문제가 있는 만큼 수리 후에 손님에게 방을 안내하지 않나 하는 생각이 들어서 이 숙소는 룸 체크는 정말 잘 안 하는 곳이구나 하는 인상을 받았습니다. 솔직히 비성수기 금액으로 혼자 그냥 편하게 간다고 생각한다면 괜찮을 수도 있겠다 싶지만, 금액 비싸게 간 것 치고 이런 컨디션이라는 것에 실망한 건 사실입니다. 룸 청소 안 되어있어도 상관없고 관리 부실이래도 바꾸면 그만이다 털털하신분, 바닷가에서 놀고 고기 구워먹는 분위기를 즐기고 싶다면 선택해도 괜찮을지도 모르겠네요.
