My suggestion: Not ideal for couples. Best for girls trips/boys trips where you plan to party all night and stay in all day. Not the most relaxing place to stay. Budget friendly, but you get what you pay for.

Personally, the music sound from the bar did not inturrupt us because we are used to those noise. But if you need a quiet place to sleep, then the hotel would be the bad choice. They did not have a hair dryer so we should’ve dry hair with A/C🤣 There were some bugs like ants and mosquitos which freaked my partner. But “I” was satisfied about the hotel’s cleanness and in/exterior because it looked quite good. If you like bar, there is a good bar in front of the hotel and also a taco place. Overall, the experience in the hotel was quite good for me and the location was also so good because it’s so close(one block) from the 5th ave.

Excelente recepción, sala grande, pero debe tener cubierta para ingresar al primer piso. Es realmente malo tener que entrar a la habitación bajo la lluvia cuando llueve. Muy buena relación calidad-precio porque la ubicación es excelente.

No full length mirror in room. No fridge. Every every time I try to amend my booking or add something to my booking it would not let me via the website they always declined anything that I asked for example I wanted to extend my trip by one day they said booking was not available however I was able to book online. They would not upgrade my room. Kept saying everything was unavailable and it was not. Website says there is an iron and a hair dryer in the room but you have to ask for it.

Lo recomiendo, vale la pena el precio. Ubicación muy céntrica, cerca de la carretera principal y de la playa. La habitación era muy espaciosa y limpia. Al principio hubo un problema con la presión del agua, pero lo solucionaron en un par de horas. La terraza de la azotea es agradable, la piscina no es muy grande y estaba un poco sucia. El desayuno incluido es solo una opción de 4 platos, pero está delicioso.

Отель расположен не очень удачно . Далеко от автостанции и от приличных пляжей . Рядом пляж плохой и был очень плохой запах . Сервис в отеле очень хороший все доброжелательные и приветливые помогали во всем . Сам номер большой и удобный . Постель и полотенца пора заменить на новые уж сильно поношенные . Цена порадовала отеля . Но будте внимательно берут залог 1000 песо И 50 песо за каждые сутки типо налога.

Era un hotel magnífico. Los recepcionistas fueron muy acogedores y muy atentos a nuestras necesidades. Nuestra habitación la limpiaban todos los días. Fue espléndido. La ubicación es perfecta y la piscina es muy agradable, ni demasiado fría ni demasiado caliente. Perfecto para el clima. Volveré a utilizar este hotel si vuelvo a Playa del Carmen. La relación calidad-precio es inmejorable en una ubicación tan cerca del mar. ¡No entiendo los comentarios negativos sobre este hotel!  En definitiva, uno impecable para nosotros…

Me gusto el hotel en general, solo pasamos una noche, el estacionamiento es amplio, me gustó mucho el desayuno, tiene lo que promete y sabe rico. Todo el personal fue muy amable. Quizá solo hace falta la limpieza en la ducha, tenía un poquito de moho en algunas partes de la boquilla y tubos. También los pasillos les hace falta mtto o pintura. La alberca pequeña pero suficiente para relajarse. Creo q si volvería, es una muy buena opción cuando traes coche y vas a andar de tours. Relación precio vs lo que ofrece.. excelente 👌.

The service was nothing short of brilliant! Friendly staff (thank you Sofia and Marisol). Slight issue with the water in our shower in room 201, so we were immediately offered to move to another room 305 with was smaller but sunnier and much better shower . The Housekeeping was wonderful too. The rooms were clean and lovely. Fantastic location. The only thing to keep in mind is that there’s a bar with a live band that plays late into the night, so if you like your peaceful sleep before 2:30 or 3 am then this hotel is not for you! There can also be noise from passers by and street performers. Otherwise, perfect central location on the 5th Avn. near to the player Mamita next to many 4/5 stars hotels. It’s lovely place to stay. Oh also, there is a rooftop little pool with jacuzzi and its perfect for quiet sunbathing too if you don’t like sand

One key thing about Hacienda Paradise Hotel : In the heart of Playa Del Carmen ( perfect location ) 1 min from Main Street & 10 min from the beach by walk. This is already a good reason to choose this accommodation. Front desk not very friendly. Rooms are a bit old but for the price and location this is a very good deal. Recommended for budget travellers 👍
