This place is very near in terminal and city which we need the most. You can easily navigate nearby malls and churches you wanted to visit. The place is clean and staffs are welcoming. You can relax and spend night better since the place is quiet. We can recommend this place to my friends who wanted a place to stay wherein city is just a minute walk away.

The FO staff were all friendly and helpful. Although the inn is on the 3rd flr of the building, a kind man helped us carry our luggages, and the magnificent Mayon can be clearly seen from there. I liked my stay there especially because it is near to Gaisano Mall, SM Mall, Yashano, Pacific Mall, and the Sento Hotel where my training was held. Plus, there’s a food park just next to the building. It was literally near to everything domestic travelers needed to go.

It's our second time there. The place is a friendly visit. It is accessible to all nearby malls and tourist spots. Simple but clean. The front desk was friendly and very accommodating. They are also trustworthy and approachable.. I will definitely book again there. Cheaper but eco-friendly and budget rooms for all.

Nice location but going to the parking area is so dangerous , the road is so steep and no one is there to assist. Staffs are very kind and accommodating. Room is okay, only need to put some room deodorizer to prevent bad smell.

El vuelo fue temprano por la mañana, así que llegamos al Inn a las 8:00. 1. Optamos por comprobar el inicio del procedimiento (Php100/hour) 2. Pero, dado que el tipo de habitación que reservamos no estaba disponible, pagamos por la diferencia de habitación para que podamos descansar (descansar de habitación doble a habitación familiar). Cons: La habitación de la habitación no tenía aguas botelladas. Cuando pregunté dónde están nuestras aguas en botella, el personal dijo que se supone que nos recibimos en el primer check-in de la noche. Le dije al personal que no recibimos, que no habían proporcionado nuestra habitación, y sólo dije que podíamos llegar desde el distribuidor de agua abajo. 2. El tapón era tan fin, tan fin como las hojas no son adecuadas para un aire acondicionado. 3. Un vaso de agua caliente (para café/bebidas calientes/nodles) cuesta Php5. 4. La pista no era limpia, polvo y con hojas/flores caídas de las plantas de polla. 5. La fuga de tubo de ducha, hemos estado en dos habitaciones diferentes pero fue el mismo caso que ambas tubos de ducha estaban fugando, por lo que la presión del agua fue lenta. 6. The bathroom water drains very slowly. In the two different rooms we've been to, it is the same case. We were assigned to two different rooms on the second level. 7. El compuesto tiene señales de que es una zona no fumadora, pero no es cierto. Permite a los huéspedes fumar en el interior. (Véase la foto) 8. No hay suficientes espacios de estacionamiento en el interior. Así que nuestro coche estaba estacionando fuera y en el lugar adyacente. Pros: 1. Hojas limpias, cajas de cobre/revestimientos. Excelente blanco y huele limpio. También vemos cómo se pone de manifiesto todo su hoja. 2. El cuarto de familia es espacioso. El cuarto doble estaba justo. Es un poco rígido para una familia (con un niño) especialmente si tienes equipaje.

Stayed in this hotel for less than a week but I can say we are comfortable. Budget-friendly, with free breakfast. Not sure if we’re the only guests since most of the rooms in our hallway are under renovation- glad we don’t hear any noise. We had to change room on the 2nd day since the aircon in the prev. room was no longer working after a day but the transfer is not a hassle. They provided free toiletries, towels and bottled water replenished everyday. It’s in the center of Tabaco. Several fast food chains, convenience stores, dirty market, dental clinics, malls, laundry shop, gas station are just few walks away. Below the hotel is a grocery store. You have to enter the delivery alley because the hotel entrance is at the back of the grocery store. Parking is in front of the hotel. There’s a guard 24/7 so it’s secure. It’s still a peaceful location in the heart of the city. If your priority is budget, accessibility of location and a comfortable place to stay, this might work for you.

El hotel se siente un poco cansado, pocos como la ducha estaban viejos y inundados, sin embargo todo funcionó bien. No hay servicio de niña durante una estancia de tres noches. Air con es el tipo más antiguo tan ruidoso. Aquí tienes un buen viaje.

Me gusta mi estancia en el hotel. El personal está alojado. Wala lang syang comida y nataon na malayo pala e2 sa aking ppntahan. Hindi ko masyado napagaralan. Pero en general maganda pa rn sya. Puede conting sira lang sa pinto en sa aircon. En general, feliz pa rn. 4 de 5 calificaciones de estrellas.

Segunda vez para permanecer. Amo el bicol express. El personal está acomodando. Estaba para la segunda vez en la habitación de tipo apartamento, 2-storey frente a la piscina. puede acomodar hasta 8 pach, cómodo dormir. Facilidad de acceso, con amplio aparcamiento.
