暑假全家走青甘大環線，抵達的時候定了開元，因為看到評價，開元是帶空調的，入住後確實感覺也不錯。所以返回的時候，依舊預訂了開元。辦理的時候，前台辦理在21樓，餐廳在5樓，退房超級方便，直接交了房卡就好啦。前台兩位小哥哥的業務能力有待加強。感謝為我們解決了問題的小姐姐。早餐還是很豐盛。有時間一定要吃碗牛肉粉😄

¡La experiencia en este hotel superó mis expectativas! Las instalaciones son completas y lo más sorprendente fue la lavandería gratuita, ¡perfecta para quienes viajamos por trabajo! La habitación estaba en un piso alto, con una vista inmejorable de la ciudad. El desayuno era variado, con opciones chinas y occidentales para todos los gustos, y lo más considerado fue la disponibilidad ilimitada de agua mineral en la zona de los ascensores, ¡siempre podías hidratarte! La atención a los detalles es impecable y el servicio es excelente. Fue una estancia muy satisfactoria, ¡lo recomiendo con cinco estrellas!

This is one of the better quality options in Golmud (there aren’t many). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the service was very poor - there were no functioning USB ports in the room and the hotel was unhelpful - seeming unwilling or unable able to offer a solution. The “room service” is actually takeaway food delivered from outside the hotel but no cutlery/chopsticks was provided with it. When we asked the hotel to provide some, it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive (longer than the food itself), by which time the food was getting cold. We had to ask repeatedly for sufficient drinking water, having only been provided two small bottles for two people. Aside from the poor service, the hotel is in an odd location, surrounding by closed shops and building sites - nowhere near the commercial centre of the city - with nothing within walking distance. With the right management, it could be an excellent hotel, but it’s not quite there at the moment.

The Sofitel Xining is a first class hotel which in my experience lives up to its reputation for quality accommodation and outstanding service. The amenities are excellent and our room had the old world charm for which the hotel is renowned. And as always the experience of a hotel stay is measured by the standard of service and ee couldn’t have been more pleased with the helpful and attentive service offered by all the staff we encountered

Loved this place so much! True it is a bit far from the city center, around 4 hour drive but you can stop to the famous chaerhan salt lake on the way. I was torn between the many options they had. Decided finally on the white chalets overlooking the Yadan park😍 absolutely worth it! Best decision.. The slide and swimming pool were closed. Maybe because of the cold season. No idea Dear guests if you are considering this stay keep in mind that there isn’t any didi to take you back nor will the hotel arrange one for you. So make sure you arrange your transportation right. The hotel offers shuttle car to move around the hotel but they reply a bit late.. keep that in mind too. And i wished they had their wechat contact on here because it was hard to reach the hotel via email before arriving. Got no response..

We had a fantastic stay with my family at this hotel. We got 2 rooms and at check in time, they upgraded us for free to better rooms with views of Qinghai lake from our balcony! The hotel and rooms were spacious, spotless and in excellent condition. The hotel is quite new (opened in 2023). About 3-4 mins drive from the main Qinghai lake scenic spot so fantastic location. The hotel is surrounded by mountains which have a lot of sheep , Yak, goats etc grazing on them. So you get both the mountain feeling as well as the lake feeling and it really helps soothe the soul and make one feel relaxed. The service of the hotel staff was always excellent, warm and attentive. The food was delicious and halal!!! We were so happy about this as we could enjoy delicious Qinghai cuisine worry free :-). Highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be coming back to this hotel on our future trip to Qinghai lake.

En la ciudad pequeña de la planta, un ”antiguo hotel” se curó!El camarero me persigue para comprar un calcetine 🧦 No pensé que esta pequeña ciudad plana en Grma fuera calentada por Hilton Berlin!💛 Antes de venir, he oído que el hotel es un poco viejo y está en el corazón. Después de la estancia, descubrió que aunque la decoración es un viejo viento clásico, se mantiene muy bien, la habitación es limpia y cómoda, y el objeto de cama es una cama de talento de oro y duerme especialmente en una planta de 2800 metros de la orilla del mar. Lo más emocionante es el camarero! El viaje se apresura a olvidar el bote de negocios. Mi tía me vio brillante cuando llamó. Preguntó si me quería ayudar a comprar. Pensaba que era una ruta, y entonces ella salió y se volvió a buscar, y le preguntó con intimidad qué color me gustaba, ni siquiera las etiquetas me temían que me gustara, y tenía que cambiar. ¡En esta época, este entusiasmo interior es demasiado valioso! Más sorprendente, este hotel tiene una piscina caliente de calentamiento estándar internacional! Nadar en la planta es muy guapo, nadar en la superficie es transparente, y nadar en la planta es una gran alegría inesperada! La sala de fitness también es un equipo de alta calidad Precor, y el estado de viaje está completamente bien. El hotel es inoportuno para el nombre de ”oasis” en la planta. El hardware puede tener un sentido de edad, pero el servicio en los huesos es el verdadero Cinco Estrellas. La próxima vez que venga a Glm, ¡vive aquí! 👏

What a surprise. I cancelled two other bookings to choose this hotel. And you should do the same. This hotel will meet all your needs for visiting Xining. I can see that this hotel gets top marks for customer service. Location, facilities, very clean, all 5 out of 5. The breakfast buffet serves healthy food, there were not a lot of items, but it's on a quality scale. Xining is a beautiful city and so are their local citizens. Top attractions the temple and the wildlife zoo, are not to be missed. Because there is a big variance of 20 degrees from day to night, the hotel room does get hot in the afternoon, that is the nature of the northwest of China. Hotel will provide a fan to cool down the room.. I will be back to Xining and this hotel.

This hotel accepts foreigners, although the staff struggles a little bit with English (nothing that cannot be solved with a good translator). My stay was pleasant. The room is quiet and spacious. The staff is very friendly and professional. The breakfast is fantastic, you can really explore Chinese cuisine. I would have liked to try the Chinese buffet but it was closed during my stay, there is however a restaurant “à la carte”. The location is a little bit far from the vivacious nightlife centre but a DiDi will quickly resolve that.

Hu fue muy atenta y amigable. El hotel está situado en el centro de Sofitel, a 2 minutos a pie de la ciudad.
