The Sofitel Xining is a first class hotel which in my experience lives up to its reputation for quality accommodation and outstanding service. The amenities are excellent and our room had the old world charm for which the hotel is renowned. And as always the experience of a hotel stay is measured by the standard of service and ee couldn’t have been more pleased with the helpful and attentive service offered by all the staff we encountered

This is definitely a five star hotel by international standard. The location is convenient and the reception was friendly and efficient. The amenities in the room is complete and the size of the room is extremely suitable for a family of three. The breakfast is surprising international and the selections are of a full varieties of both local and international cuisine. A place to be at whenever you're within the vicinity.

Loved this place so much! True it is a bit far from the city center, around 4 hour drive but you can stop to the famous chaerhan salt lake on the way. I was torn between the many options they had. Decided finally on the white chalets overlooking the Yadan park😍 absolutely worth it! Best decision.. The slide and swimming pool were closed. Maybe because of the cold season. No idea Dear guests if you are considering this stay keep in mind that there isn’t any didi to take you back nor will the hotel arrange one for you. So make sure you arrange your transportation right. The hotel offers shuttle car to move around the hotel but they reply a bit late.. keep that in mind too. And i wished they had their wechat contact on here because it was hard to reach the hotel via email before arriving. Got no response..

The hotel room commands a beautiful city view especially during night hours. Front office provides detailed information about hotel facilities and amenities. Special thanks to Assistant Manager 小杨，she has done extra miles to ensure my stay would be a memorable one. Also provides tea time snacks including local fruits, yogurt and crackers. Supper is absolutely delicious with dumplings and sweet red bean rice balls. Of course breakfast is very wide range of choices with local and some western dishes. I like the grind coffee. Decided to extend another 3 nights. Once again a BIG thank to 小杨。

This hotel accepts foreigners, although the staff struggles a little bit with English (nothing that cannot be solved with a good translator). My stay was pleasant. The room is quiet and spacious. The staff is very friendly and professional. The breakfast is fantastic, you can really explore Chinese cuisine. I would have liked to try the Chinese buffet but it was closed during my stay, there is however a restaurant “à la carte”. The location is a little bit far from the vivacious nightlife centre but a DiDi will quickly resolve that.

The front desk staff of the hotel called us before we arrived at the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk's service attitude was also very warm. The room also gave fruit and yoghurt. We also accepted breakfast and dinner time. The room was very clean. It was very close to the railway station. It was also very convenient. It also helped upgrade the room type. The northwest trip was very perfect. Next time I will come again.

Nos informó proactivamente sobre los servicios para el mal de altura (Rhodiola rosea, humidificador), respondió a todas nuestras preguntas y fue muy reactiva. La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y bien equipada, con un elegante estilo tibetano. El atento servicio de Tina hizo que nuestro viaje fuera mucho más agradable. ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente! Sin duda, volveremos a elegir este lugar la próxima vez que visitemos Xining.

La ubicación es buena, cerca de la calle de la Alianza de Pedestres, el otro lado de la victoria está super delicioso yogur automático, y la ciudad de hielo de neve está cerca. Hay un sabor de lana para lavarlo, pero antes de usarlo necesita limpiarlo por sí mismo, algunos cabellos quedan. El desayuno a veces puede comer carne de porcino sin sabor delicioso. Si el aire acondicionado está demasiado caliente para cerrar la ventana en el invierno. La más rara es la luz de la habitación automáticamente inducida, la gente que se levanta en el baño a la mitad de la noche brillará en la misma habitación. En general, es un buen hotel, también estamos pasando un día después de organizar una visita de grupo.

Una vista agradable no muy lejos de donde para el autobús del aeropuerto. A 12 minutos a pie de la estación principal de trenes, si le gustan las escaleras empinadas en el paso subterráneo. Conveniente paseo hasta el sitio de la mezquita Dogguan, los restaurantes locales y el centro comercial City Mall. El grandioso vestíbulo (donde se registra) está en el piso 21. Muchas instalaciones en diferentes pisos, pero la mayoría parecían cerradas y no disponibles. El pasillo y la habitación estaban en excelentes condiciones. Bonita distribución de las habitaciones y vistas a la ciudad. Sin embargo, la luz de la ducha no se apagaba por la noche. El escritorio de estudio estaba un poco tambaleante. El restaurante de especialidades musulmanas tiene un menú de alta gama, pero creo que los sofás no son adecuados para cenar. El desayuno buffet vegetariano gratuito del hotel era muy sabroso.
