One of the best homestay ever! Recommended to stay here. Both of the host are very nice and accomodate each of their guest. Even though we communicate using translator that’s not an issue. We have super fun stay and honestly we fell in love with snow village and sad to leave. The host arrange everything from transportation to our snow activities and even recorded and capturing video/photo for us. Just talk to them and they’ll arrange for you. They also offer warm tea/coffee and fruits! Very warm hospitality provided to the guest (feels like home). The bed and floor also warm. Great because the weather outside is super duper cold! Have a nice sleep ever. Deserve more than 5 stars!

After taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village. Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀 They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries. Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear. Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time. Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu. Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam. Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. El hotel que habíamos reservado originalmente fue cancelado por algunas razones, por lo que temporalmente encontramos este albergue juvenil cerca. Aunque tuvimos que subir nuestro equipaje por las escaleras, la señora del mostrador no sabía si era porque cada uno de nosotros tenía un 28. equipaje de pulgadas o algo más, así que nos dio un check-in. Nos pasaron a una habitación cuádruple y solo estaba en el segundo piso, lo que nos ahorró mucho esfuerzo. Excepto por el terrible olor en el baño, es Definitivamente un buen lugar para quedarse.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the service exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate the complimentary room upgrade — it made my stay extra comfortable and memorable. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Thank you for the warm hospitality. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

老闆挺熱心的找不見還出來接 也會推薦下好玩的 冬天住的不冷 就是毛巾和洗漱用品是不提供 最好是自己帶一點 不過這個價位也可以了

La casa de huéspedes tiene un diseño único; no pude encontrar este estilo en ningún otro lugar de Xuegu. Además, es muy económica. Los dueños y su familia son muy amables y serviciales, y ofrecen información veraz sobre las atracciones cercanas. La comida es deliciosa. El único inconveniente es la poca presión del agua en la ducha. El cabezal no rocía bien; solo sale un chorro fino, como un grifo. La temperatura del agua también es irregular. Para alguien del sur acostumbrado a ducharse a diario, esto puede resultar un poco incómodo. La casa de huéspedes se encuentra entre dos zonas concurridas de Xuegu, por lo que no se pueden explorar los alrededores por la noche. Sin embargo, hay una pista de nieve detrás de la casa para hacer snowtubing, y la casa también tiene un tobogán y columpios, así que hay mucha diversión.

La estancia superó con creces mis expectativas. La habitación era amplia y luminosa, y el servicio profesional y atento. La ubicación es excelente y el personal muy amable y servicial. Ofrece una fantástica relación calidad-precio y el aparcamiento es cómodo. Definitivamente volvería a elegir este hotel.

I am Malaysian (Malay), travelled with family of 7 adult + 2 kids. Here’s my review: 1) Location: The location is called “Kaili Used Car Market” in Didi app. If you used the description that given in the booking detail by Tripcom, it might be quite confusing to book Didi or to tell the taxi driver the exact location. Hence, “Kaili used car market” is what you can search for in your Didi app. 2) The room: We booked the 3-bed apartment (comfy for 6 pax). The unit is a 2-floor unit, with only 1 bathroom located at the second floor. The first floor has a kitchen with big kitchen cabinet, sofa, a fridge, a square dining table and a double bed at the main hall. The second floor, got one room with a double bed inside and the hall at the second floor also has one doublebed. Heating are okay. Hot shower available. Washing machine available. 3) what you need to know: The area is around 10-15km distance from Central Street (Zhongyang street). The area is a car sale area, but the neighboorhood is full of things that you need. The buiding is a 10-floor apartment building .My mom and sis shop for fresh seafood for cooking and also bought some winter attire just by walking distance. Considering the price and what it offers, I think it is good enough. If you are travelling by Didi as main transport, this place should be fine . The railway station is quite far and you cant stand the cold weather outside for a walk to station. 4) Host: Host were nice. He waited for us until 3am-4am, and greeted us nicely. It just the language barrier truly crucial before check-in as he did not communicated using chat in Tripcom. The tripcom chat only run by AI assistance, and did not have any further details on check-in. The AI assistance keep asked us to call the host number, but the thing is the host cannot communicate in English and to make a call also requires international charge. The phone number provided also cant be found in wechat. Last choice we had was to contact him via SMS (also international charge required). Haha 😅 My suggestion is I hope the host can maintain the communication via Tripcom chat services to ease the checkin process for all international traveller. Es un lugar muy agradable para pasar unos días explorando Harbin. Los baños y las duchas están limpios. El personal es muy amable y atento. Si tienes alguna pregunta, siempre puedes preguntarles y contar con ellos. Además, está cerca del centro de la ciudad y hay una estación de metro cerca que te permite llegar al gran Mundo de Hielo (冰雪大世界).

The guesthouse owner is very attentive and friendly. They gave you the feelings like you are staying at your own hometown. They are Muslim friendly as they prepared breakfast using seperate utensils and treat you like their own family. There is also Makanan Melayu menu that they prepared for Muslim if you want to eat for dinmer or lunch. The price is affordable. At the guesthouse, there is a poster of snow activities that you can do written in English translation. Just point to what do you want to do and the owner will directly arrange somebody to pick you up and drop off to the guesthouse again once activity is done. I did the ski playground activity and Wu Song Ling , both of the experience is very great. If you travel solo, then this guesthouse is perfect for you as they really caring and attentive to make sure you are safe and comfortable. I also got to eat frozen fruit given by the owner. No need to worry if you cannot speak chinese as the owner is equipped with translation devices. The owner can arrange the bus to come from Harbin City to Snow Valley, and also when you want to go back. The bus drop directly infront of the guesthouse with the owner already waiting to help with your luggage.
