All is fine as hotel is clean n tidy. The pick up was good from airport . I was given ground level so no issue with luggage to carry up as there was no lifts at all. Nearby has shop to buy breakfast.

Family of 2 adult and 2 kids Clean and Comfy. Service are good. Stayed in MeiFanNao, have staircase, elder can pick other room. May request service help if elder cant carry too as they are good service. Daily topup 1time use towel and toothbrush and slipper.

El gerente de la tienda, Wei Lai , es alto y guapo. La señorita que me recibió en la recepción, Tang Tang, era amable y dulce, y nació para ser una santa. Me dejó una buena impresión. El hermano Song era entusiasta, talentoso y ejecutivo. Vale la pena esperar un futuro mejor. Si sigue siendo el mejor albergue de la ciudad, no me sorprenderá.

The guesthouse owner is very attentive and friendly. They gave you the feelings like you are staying at your own hometown. They are Muslim friendly as they prepared breakfast using seperate utensils and treat you like their own family. There is also Makanan Melayu menu that they prepared for Muslim if you want to eat for dinmer or lunch. The price is affordable. At the guesthouse, there is a poster of snow activities that you can do written in English translation. Just point to what do you want to do and the owner will directly arrange somebody to pick you up and drop off to the guesthouse again once activity is done. I did the ski playground activity and Wu Song Ling , both of the experience is very great. If you travel solo, then this guesthouse is perfect for you as they really caring and attentive to make sure you are safe and comfortable. I also got to eat frozen fruit given by the owner. No need to worry if you cannot speak chinese as the owner is equipped with translation devices. The owner can arrange the bus to come from Harbin City to Snow Valley, and also when you want to go back. The bus drop directly infront of the guesthouse with the owner already waiting to help with your luggage.

這次入住體驗真的很棒！房間採光好、衞生做得很細緻，隔音效果也不錯。服務貼心又高效，環境安靜温馨，像在自己家一樣放鬆，都捨不得退房啦！投屏還有會員可以使用，追劇太過癮了，一不小心追了一整晚電視劇，舒服！下次還會選擇這裏。

衞生條件超出預期，全屋打掃得乾乾淨淨。前台辦理入住效率很高，不用久等。設施嶄新完好，熱水充足。住得舒心，值得推薦給朋友。

I stayed at the Tianzhu Hotel right by the Harbin Railway Station, and honestly, it’s a bit of a toss-up. The location is the only real winner here—being right next to the airport bus and the train station is a lifesaver if you’re hauling luggage or have a super early flight. That part was super convenient. But the room itself? Pretty disappointing. It felt really old and worn out, like it hasn’t been updated in decades. The vibe was just kind of dingy. To make matters worse, the shower was a struggle. The water pressure was pathetic and the temperature was all over the place—either freezing or scalding. It made getting ready pretty frustrating. If you just need a cheap spot to crash for a few hours before a train, it does the job, but don't expect much. I’d probably look elsewhere next time if I wanted a comfortable stay.
