We had a fantastic stay at the Dock 69 39 hotel. Super clean, very cosy, quiet and comfortable. Location is good, 10 min - 20min walk to all the meeting points to catch your experiences. Easy access from the airport with 42 bus. They offer a great breakfast selection so it is definitely worth it to add this option to your booking. The rooftop spot is also cool to go and check if the sky has some activity. The upper dock restaurant provides a great selection of the meals, very tasty as well. The only thing that is not worth paying (30e per person) for is a spa and sauna. If you are a regular user of sauna you will be very disappointed, we booked 1h30 min and when we came to use it, it was totally cold, we needed to wait 30 min to heat it up...the view is on another hotel bedrooms and cold swimming pool is used by another guests that didn't take shower after session in sauna. The resting place is so small, that you can't rest. No fruits, or other beverages, only water from the tap. If you are an occasional user and you don't care, you can try it. For us it is something that should not be charged additionally as it is not worth it. Overall this is a great hotel to enjoy Tromso. We can really recommend.

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, a poca distancia a pie de varias atracciones. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y el servicio de recepción es amable, con agua caliente disponible en el bar. Se pueden comprar bocadillos y pan en recepción, y también se puede desayunar allí, aunque no tan abundante como en el restaurante. Hay un supermercado detrás del hotel. Lo único que hay que tener en cuenta es que, debido a las medidas de protección ambiental, el hotel no limpia las habitaciones a diario. Si se aloja dos días, tenga en cuenta esto, pero puede solicitar toallas de repuesto en recepción.

Quality Hotel Harstad is a very nice and modern hotel with a great location and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which really made us feel at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed – perfect for a short or long stay. However, a couple of small things could be improved: there was no fridge in the room, which would have been useful, and the Wi-Fi connection could have been a bit faster and more stable, especially for work or streaming. Aside from that, everything was great – a pleasant stay overall, and I would definitely recommend it!

The facade definitely stands out and the place was cosy. However, the photos were not representative of the actual place not exactly in a good way. We stayed in the designer cabin (which costs more) but were surprised by how small it was. I would not recommend paying more for the cabin during summer as there is not much to see and less convenient considering we needed to walk a distance to access the amenities including the toilets and kitchen which we did not know when we booked.

Me alojé recientemente en el Smarthotel Tromsø y disfruté mucho. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno, con mucha variedad para empezar el día. Mi habitación estaba limpia y cómoda, aunque un poco más pequeña de lo que hubiera preferido, pero cumplió su función. Algo a tener en cuenta durante el invierno es que Tromsø está muy oscuro durante gran parte del día, así que podrías dormir hasta más tarde de lo previsto. En resumen, recomiendo el Smarthotel Tromsø para una estancia cómoda y satisfactoria.

Excelente ubicación, no muy lejos del centro de la ciudad y no muy lejos de los mejores restaurantes. buen repepcionista! Sólo hay un baño y una ducha en cada piso, lo que a veces puede resultar insuficiente. ¡Funcionó para nosotros aunque! ¡Pudimos ver la aurora boreal desde nuestra ventana!

El hotel tiene una ubicación fantástica, a 3 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad y a 3-5 minutos a pie del punto de encuentro para todos los grupos turísticos. Tromsø es una zona muy segura, y todos los apartamentos parecen recién renovados, muy limpios y sencillos, muy escandinavos. Están completamente equipados con todo lo necesario, incluso café, sal, pimienta negra y azúcar. Alojarse en un apartamento en Tromsø es una excelente opción, ya que te permite cocinar con ingredientes frescos durante unos días. Si necesitas algo extra o quieres llegar temprano, deja un mensaje al hotel. En resumen, ¡una estancia perfecta!

Quiet and there isn’t a lot of light pollution area the hotel area which is good for seeing the northern lights during the winter period!

Nos informaron que el ascensor estaba fuera del orden en el primer día de la entrada, era terrible llevar el equipaje hasta el cuarto piso. ¡Pero el personal es amable y las cookies que se ofrecen en el bar de snack son buenas!

They have the best view for breakfast! We got to see northern light at the hotel area. The environment in this hotel is really good.
