這次入住的酒店體驗堪稱滿分，必須五星安利！剛到大堂，前台n熱情相迎，辦理入住高效利落，還特意給我推薦了安靜的房間，貼心程度拉滿。 走進房間，瞬間被整潔度驚艷到，床單被褥柔軟無異味，傢俱和地板一塵不染，衞生間的洗漱用品擺放得井井有條，連鏡子都擦得鋥亮。房間採光和通風都很好，隔音效果更是超出預期。 也特別要感謝客房的阿姨，每天都會細心打掃房間，還會主動幫忙補充飲用水和洗漱用品。餐廳的服務員也很周到。 酒店的位置也很便利，離地鐵站步行幾分鐘就能到，周邊還有不少小吃店和便利店。退房時工作人員還貼心詢問了入住感受，全程服務都讓人覺得温暖又舒心。下次再來這座城市，一定還選這家！

Beautiful rooms, clean and comfortable. We got upgraded to a cloud room with windows all along one side. Great view of the surrounding area and we could see the city in the distance. Beautiful at night, industrial looking by day. (The windows could use a little cleaning). Breakfast buffet was really good, large selection of Chinese options. The best part was the front desk staff. So helpful with our travel-related questions even though my Chinese is limited! Especially 小嘉. She helped us find a way to travel north to 可可托海.

We been on the road for 10 days in Xinjiang, last day of our trip we treated ourselves with a fancy and comfy hotel. We had a wonderful time there, food was delicious. We loved the dancers with their traditional outfit. I would recommend this hotel to friends. Someone at front desk speak English (Belgian mother and son).

Hotel is modern, extremely clean, well equipped and fantastic service. Free shuttle to and from 将军山 is super useful as taxis and cars are very limited during ski peak hours. Breakfast buffet spread has wide variety of delicious Chinese food. Super comfortable and would highly recommend it.

¡Alojarse en la suite de la playa de Jiashi debe vivir, la experiencia es muy diferente! La paisaje bajo la noche es un poco inreal, el viento está viendo en la playa, el fuego de Jiashi y el flujo de coches que vienen, es difícil imaginar que sea una antigua ciudad llena de humedad histórica! La hermana de la recepción es muy paciente, muy caliente, el desayuno es realmente inocente, muchas opciones también, especialmente para una familia de tres!

Wonderful stay during the holidays! The room was high end with everything remote controlled, hand crafted cultural art as decors, and many local fruits and drinks as welcome gifts. We are basically staying in a museum itself, and they do sell tickets to visitors who do not stay here. My wife and I really enjoyed their hospitality. They pick you up from the train station/airport with a luxurious mini van, and offer you free breakfast/afternoon tea. All the staff members are very friendly and welcoming, they check your trip details with you beforehand to make everything smooth. 艾克 and 小孜 were assigned to us and they made our stay a great joy!

這次來阿勒泰將軍山滑雪，整個旅程最超預期的竟然是這家酒店！ 起因前台開房時系統有些問題，讓我等了很久，但前台Lyna態度超好，為表歉意幫我連升幾級房型。作為萬豪八年鈦金會員，不得不説這家酒店無論是態度，服務，硬件，都比得過萬豪喜來登的水準。入住和退房，禮賓小夥都很快幫我們搬運巨大的雪包行李；外賣都有機器人第一時間送到房間；快遞有專門的物流存放點；每層都有洗衣房烘乾機；除了本身酒店硬件很新，連用的電器比如徠芬吹風機，智能馬桶，都是超同等價位萬豪酒店的；還有對滑雪人最友好的免費班車接送到雪場！最後又續住了一晚，前台小姐姐很體貼的送了我們一份早餐。酒店樓下還有不錯的平價超市和各種餐飲店。 我似乎已經很多年沒有寫這麼長評價了，但的確是比較驚艷的一次入住體驗，我和家人都遠超預期，下次還來！

真沒想到南疆邊境小鎮有這麼這麼讚的豪華型酒店，超級新，我們租的兩卧室公寓，就是兩個客房打通，一間大床一間雙床，兩套衞浴，超級方便，有製氧系統，彌散和鼻吸都有，簡直太舒適了，上高原後睡得最好的一天，泳池看金草灘的晚霞超級美，逛了一下還有洗衣房屋頂咖啡廳小童遊樂園等等，簡直不要太好！酒店給了外面氂牛火鍋的優惠卷，超級豐富新鮮，還特別實惠，酒店外還有西琳姑娘，特別好吃。今年最推薦的酒店
