FF3lici@Overall, we had a pleasant stay with good service. I requested a room decoration for my husband’s birthday, and the hotel staff kindly helped to arrange it, which we truly appreciated. The hotel also has washer and dryer facilities, which were very convenient
.
The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to the ski resort, which made getting around very easy and hassle-free.
One downside was that we had some parcels delivered to the hotel, and unfortunately one parcel went missing for reasons that remain unclear. However, the hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful — they shared the CCTV footage and made the effort to assist us in investigating the issue. Although the parcel could not be recovered, we appreciated their transparency and effort.

帶小孩入住特別滿意，大廳區域有小型玩樂區，房間旁邊也有各種小孩玩的設施，服務人員對小朋友非常關心，非常適合家庭出遊！

UUsuario invitado伊寧洲際確實不錯，比內陸洲際強太多了。服務好，早餐好，房間舒服，佈局很合理。床品舒適。睡的非常好。隔音也很好，沒有聽到隔壁的聲音。真不錯。對了，餅房出品的甜點很好吃。早餐的各種麪包點心，以及大堂吧的一個奶牛形狀的麪包。真的很好吃。也不是很貴。房價因為是旺季，但我覺得2000+是很值得。淡季1000+那更是閉眼選。逸衡和洲際我都住了 都很好。貴有貴的道理。
大堂經理jerry的服務專業細緻印象深刻。新疆的四家洲際 2+2 那拉提/伊寧 改變了我對洲際的看法。再加上烏魯木齊和禾木的康萊德。新疆也可以玩的很舒適了。

Yy3nch1ngWe booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us.
Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient.
There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful.
The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park.
Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated.
Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.

When we arrived, the staff stood by the door and greeted us warmly. As the weather fell to extreme lows during the period we were staying there, the heater was unable to keep the tents warm enough.As such, the staff graciously upgraded us to a family room inside the building. The view was absolutely stunning from the room. When the sky is clear, you can even see stars from their rooftop! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy, while the bathroom was very well equipped. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, and there was even a humidifier in the room which was perfect for the cold and dry weather.
The service of the staff was exceptional. My husband and son experienced altitude sickness upon our arrival at the hotel, and they took extremely great care of them, even cooking them a warm meal. They even provided us with snacks before we left for our day trip. On our last night, they invited us to have dinner together. The staff prepared a home-cooked meal which was very delicious. During the duration of our stay, the staff took exceptional care of us and made us feel at home. Even as we checked out, they gave us a farewell gift as a token of appreciation.
I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers! This was truly a great stay, and thank you to the staff who was committed to ensuring that my family had an amazing stay here!

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel exterior was amazing, felt like we were in some sort of fairy tale. Location was fantastic too, right in the middle of the ancient city so we were in the middle of it all as soon as we woke up. Room was very clean and tidy, but the service was on another level. The breakfast was so good and had so much variety that we were full for the whole day! But the best part of our trip was Enwar, he was beyond AMAZING! his English was impeccable so we had a good time conversing and he really taught us a lot about the culture and we felt like we made a genuine friend on this trip. He took us to places after we got lost and really was an amazing human being, who also helped us get the best deals when it came to shopping as well! I wish nothing but the best for him. He also ensured we were super comfortable and all our needs were taken care of.
ONLY 2 downsides were the room didn't have any window, which was not made super clear during booking and the aircon faced away from the bed so can get a little on the hotter side but nothing too unbearable as we generally had a good sleep as the bed was comfortable. Also the private balcony was accessible by anyone living in the hotel so wasn't exactly private.

UUsuario invitadoWe had a very pleasant stay at the Radisson Hotel in Kashi.
It was especially nice staying on a higher floor, which gave us a great vantage point over the city and made the experience feel even more special.
A real highlight of our stay was being greeted by Henry, an incredibly kind and knowledgeable concierge. He was warm, accommodating, and had a very pleasant demeanor. He made us feel welcome right away and was extremely helpful throughout our stay.
What stood out most was how he helped us get the permits needed to go onto the Taklamakan Highway. This could have been a stressful process, but Henry made it feel smooth and manageable with his professionalism, patience, and local knowledge.
The buffet breakfast was also very enjoyable, with a good assortment of Chinese and Western foods, including some local Xinjiang dishes, which we really appreciated.
Overall, this was a lovely stay made even better by the city view, the breakfast, and Henry’s exceptional hospitality. I truly hope other guests get to have him during their visit.

UUsuario invitadoBest hotel in our Xinjiang trip, loved it so much that we extended our stay! The view is breathtaking, many animals to play with and even get to feed the lambs. Service is excellent from all the staff members, always prompt to assist our queries and offered for us to try out different activities. Breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner are sumptuous and plentiful, and the staff offered different menu items because we stayed for many days.
We will definitely come back when we revisit the area!

We are very impressed by the high quality of breakfast and the level of service we have received.
The staff were genuinely interested to know how our experience were and went out of their way to make our experience even better.
We want to give our thanks to Ann for taking such good care of us over the 4 nights we stayed and continued to do so while we are away at Hilton Altay while awaiting our return to Conrad Ürümqi before our flight home.
The hotel’s proximity to 2 shopping malls and more makes this a perfect location.
Our luggages arrived 3 days late and it was a blessing we are connected to the mall and was able to buy our necessities without braving the cold.
We will definitely stay again in Conrad when we are next back in Urumqi with family.

YYi Kuang LohEl Grand Mercure Hualing Urumqi logra el equilibrio perfecto entre la elegancia internacional y la cálida hospitalidad de Xinjiang. Mi habitación Deluxe estaba impecablemente limpia, era silenciosa y tenía una bañera que destacaba entre la de otros hoteles. Todas las comodidades eran superiores a las de hoteles similares en el oeste de China.
Lo que realmente distingue al hotel es su gente. El gerente general, 罗强 (Watt), me conocía por mi nombre y, cuando mis planes de viaje cambiaron, reservó personalmente la misma habitación para mi regreso una semana después, con un regalo de bienvenida incluido. Además, había dejado mi Apple Watch en la habitación y él lo guardó para que lo devolviera cuando volviera a China. Su impecable combinación de profesionalismo y atención genuina se contagió a todo el equipo: las propinas del conserje me llevaron a los mejores kebabs de cordero de la ciudad, y el personal de limpieza incluso dejó un juego de agua extra cuando se lo pedí. Gracias a Watt y su personal, Grand Mercure Hualing se ha convertido en mi elección automática cada vez que los negocios (o el atractivo de los sabores de la Ruta de la Seda) me llevan de regreso a Urumqi.
