阿勒泰滑雪選的這家酒店，真的稱得上是旅途中的驚喜！從預訂溝通到退房離店，全程體驗都堪稱完美，  提前一天聯繫酒店確認入住時間，接電話的工作人員態度特別好，不僅耐心解答了我關於停車和周邊餐飲的問題，還主動説會幫我們預留電梯口的房間，方便搬行李。到店時已是深夜，大堂的燈光柔和不刺眼，前台Ella動作麻利，幾分鐘就辦好了入住，還貼心地提醒我們樓層的洗衣房和茶水間位置，連早餐的用餐時間和特色菜品都詳細説了一遍。 推開房間門的瞬間驚訝了，房間比圖片上看起來更寬敞，裝修是簡約又温馨的風格，地板擦得鋥亮，床單被套摸起來乾爽柔軟，完全沒有異味。衞生間乾濕分離做得很到位，熱水供應充足，洗漱用品是品牌貨，用着特別安心。最讓我滿意的是隔音效果，窗外就是熱鬧的商業街，房間裏卻安靜得能聽見自己的呼吸聲，一夜好眠到天亮。 第二天的早餐更是驚艷，中式的餛飩、燒麥、熱粥，西式的麪包、培根、水果沙拉，種類多到讓人選擇困難，每樣味道都在線，食材新鮮得能吃出誠意。用餐時服務員會及時添茶倒水，收盤子也很勤快，一點不拖沓。  退房時Ella人員還送了我們當地的哈薩克特色糕點，説是小小心意。這樣的服務和品質，性價比真的超高！下次再來這座城市，一定還住這家，已經推薦給好幾個朋友了，閉眼沖不虧！

Beautiful rooms, clean and comfortable. We got upgraded to a cloud room with windows all along one side. Great view of the surrounding area and we could see the city in the distance. Beautiful at night, industrial looking by day. (The windows could use a little cleaning). Breakfast buffet was really good, large selection of Chinese options. The best part was the front desk staff. So helpful with our travel-related questions even though my Chinese is limited! Especially 小嘉. She helped us find a way to travel north to 可可托海.

Una vez más, viajamos a Urumqi y se quedamos en el hotel de la cultura de Wanda. Aunque no fue la primera vez, la experiencia me impresionó. Esta noche, porque había pedido un par de copas, había sido un poco guapo cuando llegó. Para mí, la estadía fue la de la guardería de la pequeña Sa, que no sólo era profesional y profesional, sino también de servicio cuidadoso y detallado, lo que me hizo sentir caliente en esta noche de invierno fría. En los días siguientes, otros empleados del hotel prestaron un servicio amable y intimidad, lo que me permitió ver realmente lo que era ”convicto”. Esta estancia es muy caliente para ustedes. Quiero expresar mi sincero agradecimiento por ello.

Today im here to appreciate@Housekeeper Guli in Altay Jiyuhe Hotel for her Great care of my injured wrist during my stay in this hotel，@Housekeeper Guli is a really nice lady with a huge warm heart，under the circumstances that i didnt even say anything about request her to take care of me， She volunteered to take care of me with great patience，she brought me ice，medicine ，fruit and anything can help my wrist heal，im so appreciate for @Housekeeper Guli‘s care，under her care my wrist healed quickly！ 在吉域合酒店住了将近十天，住宿体验极好，特别向阿勒泰吉域合酒店点名表扬及感谢@管家古丽阿姨，在入住五天时本人在滑雪时不小心摔伤，原本半夜手腕疼肿不知所措的人我，管家古丽阿姨在听到客房部说有旅客受伤后，立马赶来询问我的受伤情况，连续超过三天分别在中午下午甚至半夜拿来冰块给我消肿，还四处打听帮我找来云南白药，膏药，照顾无微不至，帮我敷药按摩手腕，每天帮我送来一大堆水果，在管家古丽阿姨的悉心照料下，我的手腕很快恢复可以继续滑雪，对管家古丽阿姨的感谢无以言喻，只能望管家古丽阿姨往后工作顺利，升职加薪，好人有好报，同时也将这个环境优秀，服务极好的吉域合酒店团队推荐给即将到新疆滑雪的朋友们！

¡Alojarse en la suite de la playa de Jiashi debe vivir, la experiencia es muy diferente! La paisaje bajo la noche es un poco inreal, el viento está viendo en la playa, el fuego de Jiashi y el flujo de coches que vienen, es difícil imaginar que sea una antigua ciudad llena de humedad histórica! La hermana de la recepción es muy paciente, muy caliente, el desayuno es realmente inocente, muchas opciones también, especialmente para una familia de tres!

Wonderful stay during the holidays! The room was high end with everything remote controlled, hand crafted cultural art as decors, and many local fruits and drinks as welcome gifts. We are basically staying in a museum itself, and they do sell tickets to visitors who do not stay here. My wife and I really enjoyed their hospitality. They pick you up from the train station/airport with a luxurious mini van, and offer you free breakfast/afternoon tea. All the staff members are very friendly and welcoming, they check your trip details with you beforehand to make everything smooth. 艾克 and 小孜 were assigned to us and they made our stay a great joy!

The Hilton Urumqi was a very nice stay! The location is great, and right next to an amazing Buddha Statue. The breakfast at the hotel is delicious. Service was exceptional. A lady in particular, named Shumei, was very attentive and made sure our stay was comfortable.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay with good service. I requested a room decoration for my husband’s birthday, and the hotel staff kindly helped to arrange it, which we truly appreciated. The hotel also has washer and dryer facilities, which were very convenient . The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to the ski resort, which made getting around very easy and hassle-free. One downside was that we had some parcels delivered to the hotel, and unfortunately one parcel went missing for reasons that remain unclear. However, the hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful — they shared the CCTV footage and made the effort to assist us in investigating the issue. Although the parcel could not be recovered, we appreciated their transparency and effort.

真沒想到南疆邊境小鎮有這麼這麼讚的豪華型酒店，超級新，我們租的兩卧室公寓，就是兩個客房打通，一間大床一間雙床，兩套衞浴，超級方便，有製氧系統，彌散和鼻吸都有，簡直太舒適了，上高原後睡得最好的一天，泳池看金草灘的晚霞超級美，逛了一下還有洗衣房屋頂咖啡廳小童遊樂園等等，簡直不要太好！酒店給了外面氂牛火鍋的優惠卷，超級豐富新鮮，還特別實惠，酒店外還有西琳姑娘，特別好吃。今年最推薦的酒店

El hotel está muy bien situado, muy bien situado y muy bien situado. La piscina y la sauna están en una situación fantástica, gracias especialmente al director, Johnny Shi, por sus apoyos durante las horas tardas, mientras fui a un ejercicio.
