Sadly, I wasn't impressed with the level of cleanliness in the single room but the double room & bathroom were much. The view of the harbour from the room was outstanding. Lots of activities and Christmas parties taking place.

We have stayed in this hotel a few times in the past five years. The hotel facilities and services have been consistently good. Staff are friendly, cheerful and helpful.
Breakfast food is ample and of good quality.

Sparkling clean - it might have been the cleanest Premier Inn Hotel we’ve been!
Very fresh breakfast; really kind to give our kids small gifts as a half-term break treat
Well air conditioned under the searing heat
Really friendly and welcoming staff, though we had a bit of trouble checking in it was tackled very quickly
Just a shame the parking costs £9 a night which isn’t a very good value compared to other hotels that might offer free parking.

El hotel me pagó £12.50 para estacionar durante la noche, y afirman que nuestra bicicleta estaba en sus locales y que tenían derecho a pagarnos, aunque no nos habían dado un espacio de estacionamiento adecuado.

實際上酒店不叫Royal Tunbridge Wells
而是 Premier Inn Royal Tunbridge Wells ，攜程標題應該是寫錯了，不過這次入住酒店的體驗真的太棒了！酒店位置絕佳，就在鎮中心，無論是去火車站還是逛著名的步行街 The Pantiles 都非常方便，周圍的公園和劇院也近在咫尺。
酒店坐落在一棟非常有特色的建築裏，前身是一個法院（Merevale House），經過現代化的改造，內部設施非常新。我們的房間既時尚又舒適，床特別舒服，一夜安睡。儘管地處中心位置，但房間裏卻非常安靜，隔音效果很好。房間打掃得一塵不染，還配有空調和給力的淋浴設施。
酒店自有的 Thyme 餐廳也值得稱讚，我們在這裏享用了美味的晚餐，早餐的選擇也很豐富，味道很棒，為新的一天注入了滿滿的活力。
最重要的是，酒店的每一位員工都非常友好和樂於助人，讓我們的住宿體驗更加愉快。
總而言之，這是一次無可挑剔的住宿。無論是地理位置、硬件設施還是服務，這家 Premier Inn 都做得非常出色。

Definitely highly recommended : tucked away and yet near amenities (large Tesco, Mc Donald’s and large selection of other food options from Uber). There is also a restaurant within the hotel - nice menu.
Hotel itself is spotless all around (smells nice). Effortless check in and check out. The reception staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was larger than expected. String WiFi signal throughout. Breakfast was delicious. Pet friendly (£30 per pet). Ample parking but not free (unless included in room).

LLee DuddellA standard Premier Inn... room was clean and modern, the rest of the hotel a little tired but for the price and what I expected it was totally fine.
An easy stroll into Canterbury, but you do need to walk through an underpass which some people may find problematic esp. late at night, but I am sure it's safe.
WiFi is throttled to encourage you to upgrade... not a fan of this.

CChris J HornWhat an amazing hidden gem this is. Nestled on a hill top overlooking the marshes with Warehorn church over the road, this pub with rooms is a must for a romantic get away.
We arrived early and had a drink in the bar, which is beautifully quirky, a welcoming log fire burning and a wide selection of drinks.
We had booked ”Niddy” an attic room with so much to give, a comfy bed, roll top bath, and so much character.
The only ****** I had with the room, was the W.C squeezed into the roof space it was a little awkward to stand up and wee, but that's a small thing when it comes to such a great room.
Requesting a quiet table for dinner, we were given one in a side area and again we couldn't believe it, it was super romantic and we had the whole room to ourselves. Our waiter Muli was so good, he was attentive but not intruding, and so funny, we haven't had many meals out and he really did make the evening.
The food was excellent and the vegan burger was one of the best I have had.
The location was brilliant, if you're into walking, cycling, birdwatching or wanting to visit local sites (rye was only 20min drive away)
The rest of the staff were also brilliant, and couldn't do enough for us.
We will definitely return.

RRhi_vs_WorldDays Inn proved to be a comfortable enough one-night stop-over choice. I found this hotel to be well-located, allowing for quick and easy access from the highway. With ample safe parking in the parking lot, EV charging facilities, and freestanding tap-to-pay self-service laundry machines available to use, it was nice to be able to refresh and reset for the following day without issue. The hotel's entrance sits directly opposite that of the Roadhouse rest which houses a varied selection of takeaway catering outlets, a Costa coffee shop, and WH Smith convenience shop amongst others can be found. The hotel's reception desk entrance shares a clean + suitably maintained garden/courtyard and picnic table seating, all within reach of the hotel's free wifi network, which proved useful. Despite arriving well before the stipulated check-in time, the front desk team was helpful and accommodating. An easy check-in + check-out process made for a budget-friendly, and hassle-free evening stop-over before continuing on with my Travels.

El desayuno no era abrumador, muy básico.
Muchos negros con la habitación aunque ..... mantenimiento parece estar en la lista de prioridades tristemente.
Fridge no funcionó.
La TV había roto el marco de plástico alrededor de ella. La tele no se conectó a la TV. Sin embargo, podrías acceder a la TV manualmente ....once hubieras desconectado lo que no funcionaba primero.
El conjunto de tiras de cama tenía mandos que seguían cayendo.
No hay un acoplamiento de la bañera.
También se trataba de que todos los dispositivos eléctricos tuvieran que ser montados en un solo tablero de vía.
Dicho esto, a pesar de todos los negros, no nos detuvo de tener un hermoso fin de semana en Canterbury - ubicación construida para ello junto con la hospitalidad de Sanjeewa.

I was welcomed warmly, but disappointed to discover at check-in my room was on the 5th floor & no lift! A disability prevents me from doing many stairs. I was offered an upgrade for an extra £20, so I paid. (In hindsight feel this is a common practice & felt a bit conned). I then found out I still had 2 flights of stairs to the first floor!! 😩
The room was spacious & tastefully decorated as you will see by the photos. A spare bed in the room, great for families. Nice coffee & tea facilities.
I found the room very cold, so told a member of staff & asked if the heating was coming on or what could they do, I never heard from anyone in response, so was very cold in the evening.
If you don’t like to be cold & lots of stairs are a problem don’t book.
If those are not a problem then it’s a characterful hotel, with a great restaurant. Just avoid being talked into an upgrade!!!

The rooms are very standard but clean.
I was told ahead of time that new soap dispensers were awaiting delivery so was supplied with a cup of hand soap. Not great but at least I wasn’t left without.
It’s not my usual spot as I prefer somewhere a little more quiet but with its location and my stay falling on a weekend the outside noise was a little distracting whilst trying to sleep. Also the allocated room I had also left room for inside noise too and doors were often open and closing.
Parking was confusing at first. The car park round the back is a short stay car park so I had to move my car to the multi story down the road and walk back but not the hotels fault and I’m grateful they let me know.
All in all it’s an okay stay. Personally for me I like a little more in a room but for the price you can’t grumble

Llegó y fue bienvenida a la recepción por Chloe.Era increíble, feliz, bienvenida, chattila,bajo a la Tierra que era brillante.El bar de los residentes era hermoso y quaint.Sí es un hotel de estilo antiguo pero me encantan los hoteles de estilo antiguo, La decoración de mi habitación era demasiado habitable (cubierto en parrotes haha) pero era menor. La habitación era espaciosa para mí, tenía todo lo que necesitaba, era perfecta para mi estancia. El bar que tienen en el sótano, bien qué noche era. El hotel está en una zona de la que se encuentran en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los americanos. No tengo ningún problema con este hotel, es barato, alegre y perfecto donde se encuentra la vista al mar.No hay curfeo entrando,WiFi gratuito,muy útil cuando se trata de pedir información.No se puede pedir un hotel más feliz,más cómodo. Recomiendo este hotel, un hotel de mar de estilo perfecto, una vista para soñar,todo en la distancia de caminar,increíble hospitalidad y atención para los residentes que se quedan,y por lo que cuesta,detiene definitivamente su valor. Definitivamente, en algún lugar que me quedaría otra vez xxx
