Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly, and I especially want to mention Orokhan—he was very helpful and made things easy for me. His English is excellent, which made communication smooth and stress-free. Overall, a great experience and I’d happily come back.

Este es un nuevo hotel, y el cuarto es muy limpio. El lugar de desayuno es excelente y también comimos el desayuno único del panadero. Espero que las instalaciones sean más ricas.

Overall the hotel is new and location is good. The service of all the staff from the reception to the concierge to the breakfast restaurant staff - are excellent! The only thing that is misleading is they do NOT have 3 single beds yet trip.com stated there were and so I selected this hotel because of the triple beds. Upon check-in they gave us one queen bed and one single bed and when I asked them they said they do NOT have such category of room...so I told them to update in trip.com so that it won't mislead us.

Location is very good at the centre. Room is huge. The only problem is the room is too hot. I read the previous that they could not do anything with the temp control and you can only open the window. Since my room is facing the main street, when the window is open it will be very noisy. The room wall is very thin. If your neighbour's room is someone who is talking loudly, you definitely can hear all the conversation. Room end with 02 will be facing the main street. The check in is located on the 1st floor.

El último día después de salir, el agente me llevó a la estación de minibuses, diciendo cómo ir al Castillo Van. El desayuno que ofrecen es tradicional turco desayuno. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer.

Staffs are friendly and attentive I arrived at the accommodation and went to see the van-cat, they guided me directly, and when I asked about the bus to Doubeyajit, they helped me as if it were their own business I was very satisfied with the cleaning condition and facilities. Thanks to them, I had a very good impression of Van I highly recommend it to anyone

Senelerdir Vana gelip gidiyorum her hafta. Hayatımda ilk kez bu kadar temiz bir otelde kaldım. Çalışanlar da mütevazı ve güler yuzluydu. Sık sık tercih edeceğim bir otel olacak gibi görünüyor.

Great location, but a bit noisy without AC to keep windows closed. Friendly staff and fairly clean rooms. Breakfast was good for a 3-star hotel. Overall, a nice stay!

El lugar es bueno, al borde de la carretera, el centro de la ciudad está cerca. Si la habitación está en la orilla de la carretera por la noche, pero la noche no hay coche tranquilo. El estacionamiento cooperativo en el otro lado no es totalmente gratuito, es 1700-1100. El hotel es sorprendente, el hall y el cuarto tienen una sensación de 3-4 estrellas. En comparación con los hoteles que vivían en el este de Turquía, el desayuno es muy común.
