¡Nos disfrutamos de nuestra estancia en el Hotel Raito en vietti sul Mare! El hotel dispone de una gran piscina, un jardín bien mantenido y un restaurante donde usamos nuestro desayuno donde nada faltaba. La habitación tiene una hermosa vista al Golfo de Salerno, tanto de día como de noche. Además de este servicio, el personal de la mesa, en el restaurante y cerca de la piscina fueron muy amables y dispuestos a ayudarnos cuando lo pedimos. Usamos el autobús de la pendiente unas pocas veces y eso fue un servicio adicional para ir a la ciudad o a la playa de Vietri. ¡Recomendamos este hotel!

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Parco dei Principi the first week of April. The room was nice and had a great view, but we had a horrible guest experience with the front desk manager that ultimately ruined our stay. One evening, my wife wasn't feeling well so we decided to cancel our dinner reservation in Sorrento and have a quiet night in, enjoying the view on our balcony. The front desk attendant recommended a great local pizzeria, where I ordered a pizza to bring back for us to eat. However, when I returned, I was chased after by the front desk manager Dora who physically blocked me from entering the elevator. She told me I was absolutely forbidden to bring outside food into the hotel or anywhere on the hotel property, including the park outside or the outdoor tables / dining area. When I asked her for an alternative suggestion, she responded in a very upset and rude tone that my only choice was to eat ”on the street” outside the property (where, as you may know, there are many cars, extremely narrow sidewalks and little space to even stand, let alone sit and eat). My wife was extremely upset when I returned empty-handed, so we went downstairs to speak with Dora to get more clarification. She was entirely unapologetic and extremely condescending. She said multiple times that we are ”at a 5 star hotel” where we should have known better than to bring outside food (not a policy we have encountered at any 5 star hotel we've stayed at and not a policy that was posted anywhere or communicated to us). She also insisted that it was our responsibility to ask for permission to bring back food and ”that we should have known better”, despite admitting that there were no postings anywhere of the hotel's policy on the website or in the lobby / room. To be clear - it is not the policy we are against, but the fact that it was not posted anywhere and that we were still treated with such disdain and disrespect when merely asking for an alternative suggestion on where we could enjoy our dinner - Her tone suggested it was entirely our fault and that we were stupid for bringing food back to the hotel without asking for permission first. Needless to say, we are extremely disappointed that our vacation has been tainted by this terrible customer experience, certainly we would have hoped for more from this ”5 star hotel” Sincerely, Preston

We are just home from a 3 night stay in the Napoli Palace and Spa. The hotel is stunning, well located, outwith the busy city centre but less than a 5 minute walk from the nearest Metro station and close by the football stadium. The staff were all welcoming and attentive and were always happy to help with any requests we had. The room was a generous size and the free upgrade for booking directly on the hotel website was a very welcome touch. The bathroom was stunning and spacious with a rainfall shower. There was a balcony and the window was equipped with an electric shade which was a nice touch. We could not figure out how to work the air conditioning and as a couple from Scotland this meant it was stifling in the room (Yes even in February) We booked the Wellness package which included a ”half board” dining plan and SPA access - the reason this review is only 3 stars. Half Board at this hotel is NOT half board, it is bed and breakfast with dinner 1 night of your stay - this is not made clear on the website, booking confirmation or on arrival at the hotel. The restaurant was always quiet (one or two tables in dining during our stay) so I cannot fathom a reason why they cannot include a proper half board option. The dishes served a la carte in the restaurant were pretentious and overpriced, it would be much busier if they served a simple Napoli style pizza/pasta menu at reasonable prices (The pizza restaurant next door was always busy and served delicious food). It is sad to read the reviews of a hotel with restaurant all comment on the food a neighbouring establishment. Breakfast was nice but a limited selection. SPA access - the spa is small but lovely and convenient, however, the SPA access included with your upgraded package is 1 x 60 minute session per person throughout your entire stay, not unlimited as you might expect. Additional time in the SPA can be purchased at 35 Euros Per person for 60 minutes use. They also offer beauty treatments which I can't comment on as I didn't partake. Overall we had a lovely experience here, the one thing that would have improved it tremendously was better clarity regarding the half-board and spa entry.

This is truly a magical hotel. The lobby and building itself are remarkable. The room we had which was a junior suite, was huge and had the largest terrace/ deck I have ever had at a hotel with beautiful sea views and mountain vista. The service was excellent from top to bottom. The pool area is beautiful, and the breakfast is hard to beat, for the service, selection and certainly the view. If you call for room service, it comes almost immediately. Drinks and food are expensive but on par with what you would expect at a 5 Star resort, which this is. The Spa and Gym are underwhelming, but serviceable. The staff are all happy to help in any and every way imaginable. The only thing I would note, and to us it was a good thing, Punta Tragara is big walk to everything. It is at least a 10 minute walk to the main part of the town. We enjoyed the walk, it is gorgeous and interesting as well as scenic. It also takes away part of the downside of Capri which are the crowds. We found the isolation to be a HUGE positive, but if walking is an issue this may not be the place for you. There were just so many small and wonderful touches, and I can't wait to return! Grazie!

¡Qué lugar! El hotel es un hotel maravilloso con el personal más sorprendente. Se encuentra con el personal más bienvenido y útil. El ambiente es muy bueno, solo en el acantilado junto al mar, la vista al mar del mar Mediterráneo está en el fondo del ojo, el desayuno del hotel también es muy bueno, aunque no es muy adecuado para el estómago chino, pero es bastante rico, la vista del restaurante también es genial, levántate temprano en el hotel para desayunar, el ambiente es muy bueno. El hotel tiene una playa privada, pero no es una playa de arena. Es roca. Puede llegar directamente a la playa en ascensor o por el túnel y nadar directamente en el mar. This hotel has it all. Great location- walk to the port or the castle; on the ocean and near the main shopping district. They have a shuttle that will take you to the port. Taxis on Ischia are very pricey (no meters that I could find) so the shuttle is a great bonus. The building has a wonderful old world feel, and the rooms are quiet and peaceful. The beds are comfortable and the linens crisp (I love that). Lots of soft towels as you use them. The thermal pools are perfect and clean, and a joy to use even when the weather is a bit iffy. The beach area is fine, with lots of chaises and a beach attendant who was attentive and friendly. The hotel staff could not have been better. All the front desk staff speaks good English and are very helpful. Got a great recommendation for dinner in town (Ristorante Dortas - no need to go to Naples for Pizza, as this one is fabulous) The breakfasts are wonderful and the chef makes great omelettes. Fresh squeezed OJ to start your day. The restaurant staff are terrific, all in white suit jackets like the finest (old world) establishments. The housekeeping folks are always greeting you happily (“buongiorno!”) I would like to say congratulations to the Manager, Mr. Cipolleta. Somehow the staff is always ready to help and seem to enjoy their jobs. To hear the staff laughing with the guests is wonderful and a rare thing. It’s not easy to find a hotel of this quality.

Hotel muy bonito con un exquisito desayuno. Dado que esta catalogado como un hotel 5 estrellas creo que aun tienen bastantes aspectos que mejorar: 1. Servicio de recogida de maletas debiese estar incluido en el hospedaje. 2. Parking bastante caro 40 € por dia 3. Lamentablemente nos tocaron habitaciones en el primer piso y el ruido por la noche es bastante desagradable. Tiran kilos de botellas al reciclaje pasada la medianoche ademas de escuch**** muchos gritos y risas de la gente que pasa por ahi. 4. Personal de la recepcion en general poco acogedor aunque si nos ayudaron mucho con reservas a restaurantes y tours. 5.Y lo mas terrible fue que al llegar decidimos ir a comer una pizza en la terraza de afuera del hotel. Nos llegaron unas ricas pizzas, sin embargo al empezar a comerla con espanto vimos que una de las pizzas traia un chicle pegado. Hubiesemos esperado al menos un gran descuento en la cuenta, pero solo se deshicieron en disculpas. A pesar de estos grandes incovenientes, siempre se disfruta Positano.

Spent 3 great nights here. The room was a bit small (no real complains though because it was a Hyatt award room, one of the last of them at that they left Hyatt soon after) but very clean and nice. The location is top notch, you are literally perched over all of Positano with incredible views. The shuttle service down to the town is easy and very good. The breakfast spread and ala carte ordering was great too. All the bartenders were good.. I enjoyed all of my dry martinis! But my favorite part was the service. All the staff were amazing. They arranged a driver to La Tagliata for us, they also arranged a driver back to Naples for us when our plans changed last minute. They were extremely friendly and accommodating - I wish I remembered everyone's names but thanks to Gianluca, Antonio, and Francesco! You definitely get what you pay for at Villa Franca, and I am more than pleased to give them my first 5 star rating.

Todas las personas de la gloria que han aplaudido en el Monastero Santa Rosa merecen la pena. Es realmente un lugar increíble. En lugar de repetir muchas de las mismas frases y pensamientos encontrados en otras revisiones, se recuerdan 2 palabras: Graciosos e intuitivos. Durante nuestra breve estancia de 3 noches entre una semana en Cinque Terre y una semana en Sicilia, mi esposa y yo sentí que podíamos estar a salvo cuando entramos en un hospital. En el mejor de los casos, el personal -recepción, mantenimiento, restaurante y piscina - no podía ser más útil y, sí...más gracioso. Se esperaban necesidades y deseos. Todo refleja bien la formación y selección del personal. El único esquimismo menor ocurrió al final de nuestros tratamientos de spa programados, pero eso fue rápidamente resuelto. El spa, como casi todos mencionan, es una visión y una experiencia. Nuestro único decepción? La necesidad de cumplir las obligaciones en Sicilia después de sólo 3 noches.

Es un hotel de ensueño, en una localización de ensueño. Excepcional atención de todo el personal. Las vistas desde la habitación son algo increíble. Han sido unas de las mejores vacaciones en familia que hemos tenido. Sin ninguna duda repetiremos en el futuro

Las instalaciones son excelentes. Pero lo que más destacaría sin lugar a dudas es la amabilidad y disponibilidad de los empleados del hotel. Desde el primero hasta el último. Querría destacar especialmente al personal de gestión de los vehículos de los huéspedes, el servicio de traslado a Amalfi en furgoneta y, sobre todo, el personal de servicio de desayuno, comidas y cenas. En concreto quería hacer una mención especial a Marcelo cuya amabilidad y trato fue más que excelente, yendo más allá de sus funciones.

I stayed at Le Sirenuse solo for only one night leading up to a wedding in Ravello and am so glad that I did! The stay was basically flawless. An easy transfer organized by the hotel from Naples and a smooth check-in experience with Maria at the front desk kicked off the stay. I arrived before my room was ready, and Maria did a great job of reviewing my itinerary, explaining how to make the most of my limited time on-property and smoothly handing me off to various English-speaking employees before I arrived at the pool restaurant for lunch. The pool, bar and casual restaurant are the heart of the property because of their extraordinary views of Positano and the Tyrrhenian Sea. It is truly one of the best views one could desire for lunch, pool lounging, reading etc. (and with views are clear and sunny most days the property is opened between April and October). Food across the board was excellent. I had a wonderful lunch at the pool (tomato salad and club sandwich) with generous portions, a nice bread service with housemade tapanade and Le Sirenuse olive oil, an amuse bouche and very attentive staff (e.g. they offered a table in the shade as the sun shifted midway through my meal, they brought another cocktail, olives and almonds to snack on after I finished my meal). La Sponda was a wonderful experience too. Elevated food featuring local ingredients, a flexible menu, live music and beautiful views (as with everywhere on this property). The service is what really stood out in a week full of great food — I was instantly recognized and greeted when I came down the stairs for dinner, the sommelier did an amazing job of pairing the a la carte dishes I chose with local wines, and the service was warm and helpful, but never overwhelming or pushy. I was in the base room as I booked a couple of weeks before my stay at a time when the property is generally sold out. The room was very comfortable, and had a nice view (albeit limited compared to the higher room categories). There was a festival in town that night so it was wonderful listening to the sounds of Italian music, Positano and sea breezes outside of my window while lounging in the room...and thankfully the sound insulation was great when it was time for bed. I loved the take-home gift offered in the room (I won’t spoil it), and all of the thoughtful touches, local handiworks and artwork throughout the property that extended to the room. It was basically a perfect stay. The only constructive criticism I would offer is that the gym is limited in the weight equipment it offers — it would be great to get a full rack of free weights to use as the one set of adjustable dumbbells that they have was in use while I was there so I had to wait a while, and the base rack only goes up to 20kgs or so. I would love to return and stay for longer. There were plenty of activities included on offer (sunset cruise, walking tour of Positano), and the location of the property is ideal for exploring town and walki
