VVolha 7Отель заслуживает все 10 из 10! Здесь идеально абсолютно всё. С первых минут чувствуется, что в это место вложили душу.
Номер был безупречно чистым, свежим и буквально блестел. Огромное спасибо персоналу за такой высокий уровень и заботу о гостях. Комната очень светлая, просторная и невероятно уютная - настолько, что совсем не хотелось уезжать.
Отдельным приятным сюрпризом оказался проектор в номере -это сделало вечера особенно атмосферными. Большой балкон с прекрасным видом на город стал одним из любимых мест, а закаты оттуда просто незабываемые.
Завтрак - выбор блюд, всё свежее и вкусное.
Спасибо за прекрасный отдых! Обязательно вернусь снова и с удовольствием буду рекомендовать этот отель другим.

Fantástico
LLittle_foxBombo Hotel is in a fantastic location - close to everything. You can easily walk down to the night market, the lake, and other attractions, yet it remains quiet because the hotel sits slightly uphill. This was especially important during the holidays, when people were celebrating all night. The hotel is right on the road, so it’s very easy to reach by car - no need to drag heavy suitcases up or down narrow paths.
The room looked exactly like in the photos - clean, cozy, and very pleasant. The facilities were new and everything worked well. The breakfast was truly delicious!
What I didn’t like as much:
- something in the shower was leaking, so there was often water on the floor;
- for two guests there was only one pair of rubber slippers and just small single bottles of shampoo and shower gel;
- on our last morning we discovered the windows faced a school, and we were suddenly woken at 7 AM by the morning assembly;
- there was no heater in the room, and hot water came from a small water heater that didn’t last very long (although this may be typical for the region).
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel!

AAwilumEl hotel tiene una ubicación muy cómoda. Las habitaciones son limpias y brillantes, con grandes ventanas. En mi habitación, la ventana se enfrenta al atardecer, y la luz del sol calentó la habitación todo el día. Esto hizo que la habitación se calienta agradablemente, incluso en la noche. La habitación es muy agradable, gracias a la luz del sol y a la vista de un hermoso aparcamiento.
La ubicación de los locales de la central fue conveniente, y la habitación incluyó una caldera, que me permitió hacer té fácilmente. La ducha caliente también fue un plus. El estacionamiento era seguro, cerrado, subterráneo y muy espacioso perfecto para bicicletas y coches. En general, el hotel me dio un sentido de seguridad y cocina.
La habitación era muy pequeña y la ducha se mantuvo inundada. El día siguiente les pedí que lo repararan de nuevo y quitaron el filtro de suelo, que bloqueaba el drenaje de agua. CChrisTried to stick me in a room with a window facing a wall - basically a windowless room. Looked nothing like the first 5 pictures but conveniently the last two pictures showed this room. Very sneaky of the management and it's obvious you're trying to take advantage of people who are too polite to object. I am not one of these people so I refused and after minutes of arguing they finally gave me another room. An upgraded room! So if you stay here you're probably gonna have to bargain like it's a market to get something decent. It isn't your fault they put rooms in the basement and rightfully have trouble selling the big closet.
I cannot deny the property is beautiful. My room had a seperate bedroom. Loved the TV in the room. I usually don't watch a lot of tv on vacation but it streamed YouTube and Netflix so smoothly I couldn't resist at night. Internet was fast. Beds felt new and offered the perfect level of softness. Fridge was huge and cold. There was a stovetop but I didn't use it. Lots of closet space if you stay long term.
Hotel staff was friendly but unresponsive to WhatsApp messages and delivered my laundry much later than agreed upon. It's obvious they're uninspired employees and having been in this position many times in my life I can empathize. Despite all this I'd still recommend staying here just don't let them force you into the bait and switch.

Los pantalones de interior me dan los pies con cada paso, hay muchos pasos a nivel -2. No se pueden quitar porque el suelo está frío.
Cuando vayas a la casa de baño o ducha, tienes que traer el papel higiénico, toallas, ropa de champú, etc de tu habitación, cerrar tu habitación, traer tus llaves, ...
*** Usted necesita un gráfico de orgía y una lista de comprobación para tomar un poop.
La luz no puede cambiar de cama, y cuando entra en la habitación debe llegar primero detrás de la puerta.
Después de las 8:00, necesitas un poco de fidelidad para abrir la puerta.
No hay información WiFi almacenada en la aplicación o en la habitación.
Super Inconveniente, contratar a alguien para mejorar el flujo(es decir, la persona japonesa)!

SShardaleMy friends and I stayed here for 6 days for a wedding. The room itself is spacious, with a beautiful view outside. The bed was comfortable, and big. Really appreciated that. The cleaning staff were so helpful and quick to any requests I had. The request I did have often was to clean my bathroom floor as the water comes out the drain in the shower and to the whole floor of the bathroom, going to the drain by the toilet. The staff said this is a common issue as the hotel is old. So they mentioned that it can be cleaned when I needed it and it was so problem averted, however it can be inconvenient if you don't have the patience for this. Esp at night if you want to have a late shower, you will walk on a wet floor after that in the bathroom. My friends however in the 3 other rooms, did not have this issue. It was only my room. The hotel is very beautiful and the aesthetics do make you feel like you are in some olden royal venue. Note, there is no conditioner in the bathroom, which is common in Vietnam, ensure you carry this, it is not easy to find outside quickly. There are local coffee shops, restaurants and laundry services in and out the hotel. At the hotel they were quick and affordable for laundry. There are no other facilities at the hotel.

Room is clean & tidy, but small (no chair, one has to use the bed as chair for the table).
Toilet is clean, tidy & quite spacious. However, one of the holder of toilet bowl lid is broken.
Facilities inside room: water boiling kettle, wifi, TV (no channel & no remote control), hot shower, toiletries like liquid soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, ear cotton buds, shaver, standing fan, slippers, etc. No hair hairdryer.
Nice comfortable bed & pillows.
Complementary 2 bottled water, 2 sachets of coffee & 2 tea bags per day.
Cafes & restaurants nearby.
Safe area.
Only complaint: as most hotel in Vietnam, the door & wall of the room are quite thin, & if there is noise from the walkway outside the room, it can be heard very clearly from the room (noise from other hotel guests or room cleaner in the morning).
The cleaner will shout from room to room in the morning asking for room cleaning service & this will disturb sleeping guests. When there is no answer, the cleaner will assume that there is no guests inside the room & will open the door using the masterkey. This is not the correct way to do the daily room cleaning service! The management of the hotel should buy tags (request for room-cleaning or do-not-disturb tag) that can be hanged on door knobs as done in many hotels.
