We really loved this boutique hotel in Da Lat. It is small, cozy, stylish, and incredibly clean. The room looked even better than in the photos — beautiful interior, calm colors, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and everything felt new and well maintained. Special thanks to the staff — the girls at the reception and the young man were very kind and helpful. They created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere and were always ready to help with anything. This hotel left a very warm impression on us. If we come back to Da Lat, we would definitely stay here again ❤️

Bombo Hotel is in a fantastic location - close to everything. You can easily walk down to the night market, the lake, and other attractions, yet it remains quiet because the hotel sits slightly uphill. This was especially important during the holidays, when people were celebrating all night. The hotel is right on the road, so it’s very easy to reach by car - no need to drag heavy suitcases up or down narrow paths. The room looked exactly like in the photos - clean, cozy, and very pleasant. The facilities were new and everything worked well. The breakfast was truly delicious! What I didn’t like as much: - something in the shower was leaking, so there was often water on the floor; - for two guests there was only one pair of rubber slippers and just small single bottles of shampoo and shower gel; - on our last morning we discovered the windows faced a school, and we were suddenly woken at 7 AM by the morning assembly; - there was no heater in the room, and hot water came from a small water heater that didn’t last very long (although this may be typical for the region). Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel!

The hotel has a very convenient location. The rooms are clean and bright, with large windows. In my room, the window faced the sunset, and the sunlight warmed the room throughout the day. This made the room pleasantly warm, even in the evening. It was nice to return to a warm room after a long day, thanks to both the sunlight and the view of a beautiful sunset. The placement of power outlets was convenient, and the room included a kettle, which allowed me to make tea easily. The hot shower was also a plus. The parking area was secure, closed, underground, and very spacious—perfect for both bikes and cars. Overall, the hotel gave me a sense of safety and coziness. However, there was one downside I encountered. The bathroom was extremely small, and the shower kept flooding the room. On the first day, I reported this issue to the staff. They responded promptly by wiping the floor with dry towels and removing the water. Unfortunately, the problem persisted. The next day, I asked them to fix it again, and they removed the floor filter, which was blocking the water drainage. While this improved the situation, it did not completely resolve the issue. It seems the shower area wasn’t adequately sealed, as water continued to seep out into the room. This made it impossible to take a long shower, limiting me to very short ones. Despite this, my overall impression of the hotel is positive.

The Hotel room I had was amazing, a big and comfortable bed and a waterfall shower. The hotel is very modern and clean. I liked the location as it was in a quiet spot and then a quick walk to the restaurants, shops etc The hotel staff at the desk both morning and night staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay in this hotel again, I had a really good stay.

Great location right in the city center, and the staff was super helpful. However, the Wi-Fi kept dropping in my room, which was annoying since I needed to work. Good place for a short stay, but they really need to fix the internet connection

Отличный отель , номер просторный с большими кроватями , очень понравился интерьер , все старинное , двери , ванна , мебель . Как будто оказываешься в начале 20 века . Обслуживание хорошее , завтрак стандартный .

La recepción es muy eficiente y atractiva. La habitación es limpia y temprana, pero pequeña (no hay sillas, hay que utilizar la cama como sillas para la mesa). El baño es limpio, limpio y muy espacioso, pero uno de los titulares de la cuchara de baño está roto. Instalaciones en el interior de la habitación: caldera de cocina de agua, wifi, TV (no canal y no control remoto), ducha caliente, toallas como jabón líquido, champú, toallas, toallas de algodón de oreja, raspadora, ventilador de pie, pantalones de pelo, etc. No hay secador de pelo. Bed and kitchens. Complementariamente 2 botellas de agua, 2 bolsas de café y 2 bolsas de té al día. Cafés y restaurantes cerca. Área segura. Sólo queja: como la mayoría de los hoteles en Vietnam, la puerta y la pared de la habitación son bastante finas, y si hay ruido desde el paseo fuera de la habitación, se puede oír muy claramente desde la habitación (ruido de otros huéspedes del hotel o limpiador de la habitación por la mañana). My friends and I stayed here for 6 days for a wedding. The room itself is spacious, with a beautiful view outside. The bed was comfortable, and big. Really appreciated that. The cleaning staff were so helpful and quick to any requests I had. The request I did have often was to clean my bathroom floor as the water comes out the drain in the shower and to the whole floor of the bathroom, going to the drain by the toilet. The staff said this is a common issue as the hotel is old. So they mentioned that it can be cleaned when I needed it and it was so problem averted, however it can be inconvenient if you don't have the patience for this. Esp at night if you want to have a late shower, you will walk on a wet floor after that in the bathroom. My friends however in the 3 other rooms, did not have this issue. It was only my room. The hotel is very beautiful and the aesthetics do make you feel like you are in some olden royal venue. Note, there is no conditioner in the bathroom, which is common in Vietnam, ensure you carry this, it is not easy to find outside quickly. There are local coffee shops, restaurants and laundry services in and out the hotel. At the hotel they were quick and affordable for laundry. There are no other facilities at the hotel.

Расположение в конце узкого и длинного переулка. Парковка на 2 машины всего. Виды на теплицы) Завтрак делают под заказ: не наешься как в привычном шведском столе. Полотенца нормальные можно попросить - принесут. Кондиционер только охлаждает, отопления нету никакого. Одну ночь было +6, нам принесли доп одеяла по просьбе.
