AAaron BrienI can not rate this hotel any higher,It’s the home away from home that everyone wants on there trip,It’s brand new with everything in the hotel being of top quality,The cleanliness is perfect,The staff work hard every day to make sure everything is sparkling,Our room was just beautiful,Massive bed and so comfortable,The best pillows you could ask for,Myself Mr Aaron and my wife Mrs Carrie are travelling from Australia on a 7 week tour of Vietnam,We travelled to beautiful Delat ,Little paris,The city of flowers and we were truly blown away by La Thong boutique hotel,The owners are so inviting and the staff truly go out of there way to help you in anyway,Resection staff have great English speaking skills witch helps so much,Neil was our go to man for anything we needed to know or wanted ,Can’t express the gratitude we have for him,We we’re lucky enough to be invited to there grand opening,And what a great day was had by so many family and friends there,The rooms are cleaned daily we have not come across this in anyway other hotel stay in Vietnam,With fresh water,Tea and coffee provided in the rooms you can just lay back and feel very relaxed,La Thong offers a great breakfast every morning from 7 am the chef is wonderful and his flavour in his food is 10/10 Catering for all customers,We truly loved our stay here and we will be back for sure,I must say after 5 nights staying here we feel more like family than guests,Make sure you stay at this great hotel while staying in Delat 8 hrs by bus north of Ho chi minh city,Tell them Mr Aaron and Mrs carrie sent you ,

LLittle_foxBombo Hotel is in a fantastic location - close to everything. You can easily walk down to the night market, the lake, and other attractions, yet it remains quiet because the hotel sits slightly uphill. This was especially important during the holidays, when people were celebrating all night. The hotel is right on the road, so it’s very easy to reach by car - no need to drag heavy suitcases up or down narrow paths. The room looked exactly like in the photos - clean, cozy, and very pleasant. The facilities were new and everything worked well. The breakfast was truly delicious! What I didn’t like as much: - something in the shower was leaking, so there was often water on the floor; - for two guests there was only one pair of rubber slippers and just small single bottles of shampoo and shower gel; - on our last morning we discovered the windows faced a school, and we were suddenly woken at 7 AM by the morning assembly; - there was no heater in the room, and hot water came from a small water heater that didn’t last very long (although this may be typical for the region). Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel!

CChrisTried to stick me in a room with a window facing a wall - basically a windowless room. Looked nothing like the first 5 pictures but conveniently the last two pictures showed this room. Very sneaky of the management and it's obvious you're trying to take advantage of people who are too polite to object. I am not one of these people so I refused and after minutes of arguing they finally gave me another room. An upgraded room! So if you stay here you're probably gonna have to bargain like it's a market to get something decent. It isn't your fault they put rooms in the basement and rightfully have trouble selling the big closet. I cannot deny the property is beautiful. My room had a seperate bedroom. Loved the TV in the room. I usually don't watch a lot of tv on vacation but it streamed YouTube and Netflix so smoothly I couldn't resist at night. Internet was fast. Beds felt new and offered the perfect level of softness. Fridge was huge and cold. There was a stovetop but I didn't use it. Lots of closet space if you stay long term. Hotel staff was friendly but unresponsive to WhatsApp messages and delivered my laundry much later than agreed upon. It's obvious they're uninspired employees and having been in this position many times in my life I can empathize. Despite all this I'd still recommend staying here just don't let them force you into the bait and switch.

RROSLOVETCHotel muy bonito y limpio, cerca del centro. Se puede ir caminando al lago. Las habitaciones están limpias y el servicio es amable y atento. Me alojé dos días y disfruté mucho. Espero volver algún día.

No hay información WiFi almacenada en la aplicación o en la habitación. Super Inconveniente, contratar a alguien para mejorar el flujo(es decir, la persona japonesa)!

RROMAN SHAPIROРасположение в конце узкого и длинного переулка. Парковка на 2 машины всего. Виды на теплицы) Завтрак делают под заказ: не наешься как в привычном шведском столе. Полотенца нормальные можно попросить - принесут. Кондиционер только охлаждает, отопления нету никакого. Одну ночь было +6, нам принесли доп одеяла по просьбе.

小小朱老師Ventajas: camas dobles, camas grandes y cómodas, el paisaje fuera de la ventana, la habitación es más iluminada. Acompañada de desayuno, no hay mucho, pero el sabor es aún bueno. Defectos: los equipos son antiguos, como la televisión, los turboeléctricos, las turboeléctricos desmontados, los turboeléctricos no funcionan, y los refrigeradores no tienen energía independiente.

EEgorОтель хороший, но в отеле грязно и очень сыро, есть кондиционирование воздуха, но оно не работает, по фоткам бронировал одно в итоге дали номер на первом этаже с видом на трассу где носятся фуры грузовики и вечно сигналами будят вас с утра, если и селится в этот отель то только не на сторону дороги, в общем впечатления такие себе 3 из 5, а и да я так понимаю что даже бутылка воды которую все отели предоставляют бесплатно и каждый день меняют будет в этом отеле стоить для вас 15,000 донгов(местной валюты) в магазине та же бутылка будет стоить 5,000

UUsuario invitadoАдминистратор хороший. Но в описаниии номера было написано : окно во двор. Я понимала что не будет вида из окна. Но не думала, что это будет окно в трубы . Во всем отеле сильно пахло канализацией, то ли средством от тараканов. Еще пахло сильно плесенью. В номере невозможно находиться. Мне кажется, я даже получила отравление из-за этого сильного запаха, мне было плохо потом весь день. Мы съехали утром сразу, отменили оставшиеся 2 дня. Отель вернул деньги
