We really loved this boutique hotel in Da Lat. It is small, cozy, stylish, and incredibly clean. The room looked even better than in the photos — beautiful interior, calm colors, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and everything felt new and well maintained. Special thanks to the staff — the girls at the reception and the young man were very kind and helpful. They created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere and were always ready to help with anything. This hotel left a very warm impression on us. If we come back to Da Lat, we would definitely stay here again ❤️

¡Es un lugar fantástico! El hotel se encuentra en una calle estrecha llena de cafés, restaurantes y bares locales, y a pocos pasos del mercado nocturno. Realmente apreciamos el proceso de entrada. A la llegada nos ofreció un té de artícuo caliente, y el personal explicó claramente todo - dónde conseguir agua filtrada, cómo cambiar las toallas, dónde encontrar los elementos esenciales del baño, y cómo abrir la puerta delantera después de horas. También compartieron una lista de restaurantes y atracciones recomendados de Google Maps. Además, ofrecen secadoras de zapatos y plátanos gratis en la recepción - pequeños pero hermosos toques. Hay un ascensor, y gracias a ello no se toca en todos los pisos (como en muchos lugares!). También nos han mejorado de un cuarto de economía a un cuarto estándar, que incluye una pequeña zona de cocina con bañera, horno eléctrico, cocina, platos y herramientas. This was our 5th time staying at Goldient, but sadly it was our worst experience. Our 4-day 3-night vacation was very disappointing and affected our family's holiday. Before arrival, I requested rooms away from the elevator with a nice view. Instead, we got two Deluxe rooms right next to the elevator, facing the windows of the hotel next door. The biggest problem was the noise. The rooms had very poor soundproofing. Every night we could hear guests from the next hotel, noisy group check-ins, tour buses, dogs barking, and traffic. We couldn't sleep well during the whole stay. There were also maintenance issues. The toilet flush didn't work properly, the shower door handle was broken, and nobody came to fix it. The bed was also very hard, even with an extra topper. Finally, I don't understand why breakfast ends at 9:00 AM. Most hotels serve breakfast until 10:00 AM. People come here to relax, not to wake up early just to catch breakfast?! This experience was far below what we expected from Goldient... very very upset about this!

This hotel made a huge positive difference in our Dalat trip. The hotel was very clean, and the sense of hospitality was consistently felt across the entire team — from the front desk and doormen to the housekeeping staff. Everyone showed genuine service-mindedness, which immediately made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Thanks to this hotel, our overall experience in Dalat was significantly enhanced. Using this hotel as our base allowed us to fully enjoy the city, and it truly elevated the quality of our trip. Next time, I would definitely like to book a slightly larger room and stay again. I can confidently say that a big part of what made our Dalat trip so memorable was having this hotel as our home base. Highly recommended.

Dalat Palace Heritage Hotel It’s true that the last time we stayed at the Dalat Heritage Hotel was years back. It had a different name then too, when it was, we believe, under a different management. The place was beautiful, with vanished wooden floors, beds with canopies and bath tubs on steady golden legs. Golden taps and fresh looking bathroom tiles. Most importantly, it was clean, the cushioned chairs felt firmed, the rooms & bathrooms brightly lit. It was an equivalent if not better than the Raffles in Spore. We decided in our latest trip to stay at the now Dalat Heritage Hotel for two nights, 23 & 24 July 2025 . We learnt that it had changed hands and while we expected it to have aged, we thought most hotel managements, would have done some upgrade, some renovation some replacements of essentials. Sad to say, our stay was a tremendous let down. I’m trying not to use the adjectives “traumatising experience” and will not offer photos, so that the hotel has an opportunity to spruce it up and bring it to its former glory. The property has too much potential & history to be abandoned by visitors to Dalat. We stepped into a an old, tired looking lobby. Waited a long time to register and was told to expect welcoming drinks which never came. We girls had to use the “ladies. ” another disappointment. It was old, the flush was a pull up lever which almost didn’t work. The taps were tarnished. We finally got into our rooms. The floors were scratched, not quite the varnish, but we thought, it’s ok, a little authenticity, somethings must age. The beds still had its canopy, but the linens looked worn, tired. The little table with its two cushion chairs were well placed, but the cushions were totally worn, we could feel the base of the seat. There was a dressing table, thoughtful… but then there was no light for any lady, vain or otherwise, to apply her war paint. The room was badly lit, no extra lights at the dressing table or anywhere. The stand alone cupboards were large, but dark as well. I almost missed the black hair dryer kept in there, and we couldn’t find the room slippers and had to ask for help to locate it in the cupboards. The most disappointing was the bathroom. It was badly lit as well. The taps were all tarnished and without my glasses, I could see the bits of mould growing around the base of the tap. There was also limescale deposits. The floor tiles were badly worn, and I wish I could say it gave the bathroom a feel of the grandeur of yesterday years ageing gracefully, but hygiene is too important here to do so. The highlight was when we took a shower and stepped into the bathtub supported by “stone legs.” It wobbled continuously and made such a lot of noise that kept the user on edge. Then, we saw it all, the grouting of the wall tiles were caked with black moulds. To top it all, the bathroom had a stench of clogged pipes. It stayed with us like a faithful friend that won’t leave even if we tried pushing him out the door!! Did I mention the mosquitoes that bunked in with us? They bit my friend on the face & eye lid which swelled for 2 days. In the mornings, they sounded the wake up calls around our faces. If it had been possible, we would have cancelled the wake up calls. Breakfast was good. There was a good spread and the chefs behind the counters were friendly and all smiles. However much could be done to train the waitresses, who hid in corners. I asked one of them where the toaster for the bread was, she said there was none. I found it on the second morning. It was there all along. I guess her English needs polishing. Luckily, the porters were friendly and quite quick with umbrellas as it rained the whole 2 days we were there. On the whole, the hotel had a handful of local guests while we were there. I hope they chip in, in encouraging the hotel to relook at its offerings. We would really like to go back, but perhaps, only if someone wrote a review that says otherwise.

No lift so if travel with big and heavy luggage, need to highlight this to them.. At night, the lights at the villa's common area were too dim especially the staircase. Should just add some sensor light. A friendly suggestion that you should place a concierge counter and staff near the entrance. Upon arrival, I have to carry my own luggage up the staircase to the lobby to check in. After that, they only brought my luggage to the buggy and left behind my backpack at the lobby. Besides, it will be more welcoming if someone greeted us upon arrival. But there's no one there. Luckily the scent of lily at the lobby makes it up. Breakfast was good. Environment was beautiful. Bed and pillows are comfy. Meeting the international chain standard. The food at Chinese restaurant next to the hotel is decent but not very authentic.

Nos encantaría mejorar nuestra habitación para el primer día (aunque sólo el tercer día, pero aún así, era una gran oportunidad). Buen desayuno, y normalmente es un buffet, pero si hay demasiados huéspedes, es una la carte. Es el mejor hotel en la zona ( hemos comprobado unos pocos cercanos, y son mucho peores (condiciones de las habitaciones, camas, etc) A veces fue muy difícil comunicar con algunos de los empleados, incluso con un traductor, y se siente como estaba hablando con el extranjero, así que tenga paciencia))

Car Parking at the hotel is really inconvenient. You have to leave it at a parking lot quite far from the hotel and ride a motorbike back to the hotel. Then when you need to get the car again, you have to ride the motorbike back out to the parking lot.

Lindo lugar con peecock y cuervo alrededor. El aire es bueno. La habitación era espaciosa y cómoda con completo - Amenidades.

Расположение в конце узкого и длинного переулка. Парковка на 2 машины всего. Виды на теплицы) Завтрак делают под заказ: не наешься как в привычном шведском столе. Полотенца нормальные можно попросить - принесут. Кондиционер только охлаждает, отопления нету никакого. Одну ночь было +6, нам принесли доп одеяла по просьбе.
