Возьмите с собой теплую кофту и штаны , для вечернего время лишним не будет ! Отель бронировала сама через Trip.com , оплата с русской карты 👌🤝 За сутки с завтраком вышло - 2600 по акции Ну мед же - Медятина 😍 Очень эстетичный , современный Приятное постельное белье и матрас ! Залог в виде денег или паспорта на просили ! На завтраки есть несколько видов фруктов , сладости Вкусные йогурты Яйца омлет , глазунья Суп каждое утро Разнообразие не сильно большое , но все свежее и вкусное ! Персонал очень вежливый и дружелюбный ! Хорошо говорят на английском Ответили на все вопросы Где поменять деньги , куда сходить Где лучше покушать Помогли заказать еду через граб В общем мы очень довольны, еще и за такую цену по акции 🔥🔥 Единственное из минусов что наш номер находился на 1 этаже и было слышно все происходящее на ресепшене Но нам это не мешало

A la llegada nos ofreció un té de artícuo caliente, y el personal explicó claramente todo - dónde conseguir agua filtrada, cómo cambiar las toallas, dónde encontrar los elementos esenciales del baño, y cómo abrir la puerta delantera después de horas. También compartieron una lista de restaurantes y atracciones recomendados de Google Maps. Además, ofrecen secadoras de zapatos y plátanos gratis en la recepción - pequeños pero hermosos toques. Hay un ascensor, y gracias a ello no se toca en todos los pisos (como en muchos lugares!). También nos han mejorado de un cuarto de economía a un cuarto estándar, que incluye una pequeña zona de cocina con bañera, horno eléctrico, cocina, platos y herramientas. The highlight of this hotel is, without question, the warm swimming pool on the 3rd floor. Not just because it is beautiful, but because it opens at 5:30 AM. While the rest of the family is still asleep, you can enjoy one of the rarest travel luxuries: warm water, fresh morning air, sunrise light, and complete silence. That alone made this stay unforgettable. 🕠 Warm Pool Hours The warm swimming pool (3rd floor) is open from 5:30 AM to 8:00 PM — and this is easily the hotel’s greatest luxury. Early opening hours make it perfect for peaceful morning swims and a quiet coffee before the day begins. 🍽 Breakfast Hours Breakfast is served daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM on the 3rd floor. The selection was generous and varied, with excellent soups, delicious desserts, and enough options to make every breakfast feel like a treat rather than a routine hotel buffet. ☕ Afternoon Tea Complimentary afternoon tea is served daily from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on the 3rd floor — a lovely and thoughtful touch that adds charm to the stay and makes the hotel feel more refined and welcoming. 🌅 Location & View The view is beautiful, and the location was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Being close to the cable car was a huge advantage for us and made exploring especially easy and convenient. 💛 Service The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. Service felt polished, caring, and consistently helpful — the kind of hospitality that makes a hotel feel truly comfortable. 🔎 What Could Be Improved What keeps this hotel from being exceptional is not the service, but the housekeeping supervision and room maintenance. A few small details slightly affected the overall impression: • the vanity table in our room had visible stains • the shower head was leaking • in the breakfast area on the 3rd floor, there is a beautiful decorative plant, but the dust on its leaves was impossible to ignore These are small things, but details matter — especially in a hotel that otherwise feels so close to being truly outstanding. Still, this is a hotel I would happily return to — for the warm morning pool, the excellent breakfast, the peaceful atmosphere, and that rare feeling of quiet comfort.

Road construction was underway around the hotel. It was inconvenient to walk around with dust, but the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and nice. Breakfast was especially good. If you are wondering where to stay, I recommend this hotel.

Otro gestor respondió con amableza y ofreció una solución y un gesto de cortesía, que aprecié. Sin embargo, hasta entonces ya había comprobado y elaborado planes alternativos, por lo que fue un poco tarde aunque me agradezco el esfuerzo de seguir. También viajé en mi cumpleaños, pero no soy quien espera celebraciones, pero fue un poco sorprendente que no hubiese reconocimiento en absoluto, especialmente para una marca como el Grand Mercure. En general, el resort es hermoso y el servicio es en general bueno, pero una mejor coherencia en la comunicación y la prestación de servicios mejoraría la experiencia de los huéspedes.

It was an amazing experience staying at the resort. Every staff were friendly attentive and helpful. The resort view surrounding it is spectacular. Only concerned about their swimming not so clean. Full of bugs, bird poop and dirts. No one swims coz of it. But I did huhu. Tips on Room View, if you want a beautiful Mountain View, opt for the Golf Course view coz the actual Mountain View option doesn’t really give u a beautiful Mountain View. If you’re a Muslim traveller you need to inform the hotel before you arrive so they can try and accommodate your halal meal request for breakfast buffet. There’s also pickel ball court there (but for rental sadly not complimentary) so bring your attires if you’re a player like me! The breakfast spread is really nice. Variety and a lot to choose from. They recommend to come during special occasions like NYE, Xmas and Liberation/Labour Day. For those who travels solo like me and don’t like to travel on a bus for 7-8 hours to Da Lat, wait till after September 2026 to come coz then the airport is already done renovating. But you MUST come visit Da Lat and if you’re looking for a peace and quiet kinda resort far from the city buzz, THIS is the resort you must choose. Also they provide shuttle service daily to help send guests to Da Lat city centre according to time schedule so u are able to plan your activities daily. I’m definitely coming back here. I have an amazing stay & good experience during the stay. The hotel is same as shown in photo look elegant and ancient, but condition is good. The service from the staff is awesome, we are well served by the polite staff that always ready to help. Before the stay, I have approached the staff for room decoration for my proposal to my partner, the staffs are responsive and the result is satisfied. Good variety of food for breakfast and tea time also, overall experiences is awesome

El estacionamiento del coche en el hotel es realmente incómodo. Tienes que dejarlo en un parque de estacionamiento muy lejos del hotel y conducir una moto de vuelta al hotel. Entonces, cuando tienes que recuperar el coche, tienes que conducir la moto de vuelta al parque de estacionamiento.

Полотенца нормальные можно попросить - принесут. Кондиционер только охлаждает, отопления нету никакого. Одну ночь было +6, нам принесли доп одеяла по просьбе.
