¡Es un lugar fantástico! El hotel se encuentra en una calle estrecha llena de cafés, restaurantes y bares locales, y a pocos pasos del mercado nocturno. Realmente apreciamos el proceso de entrada. A la llegada nos ofreció un té de artícuo caliente, y el personal explicó claramente todo - dónde conseguir agua filtrada, cómo cambiar las toallas, dónde encontrar los elementos esenciales del baño, y cómo abrir la puerta delantera después de horas. También compartieron una lista de restaurantes y atracciones recomendados de Google Maps. Además, ofrecen secadoras de zapatos y plátanos gratis en la recepción - pequeños pero hermosos toques. Hay un ascensor, y gracias a ello no se toca en todos los pisos (como en muchos lugares!). También nos han mejorado de un cuarto de economía a un cuarto estándar, que incluye una pequeña zona de cocina con bañera, horno eléctrico, cocina, platos y herramientas. This was our 5th time staying at Goldient, but sadly it was our worst experience. Our 4-day 3-night vacation was very disappointing and affected our family's holiday. Before arrival, I requested rooms away from the elevator with a nice view. Instead, we got two Deluxe rooms right next to the elevator, facing the windows of the hotel next door. The biggest problem was the noise. The rooms had very poor soundproofing. Every night we could hear guests from the next hotel, noisy group check-ins, tour buses, dogs barking, and traffic. We couldn't sleep well during the whole stay. There were also maintenance issues. The toilet flush didn't work properly, the shower door handle was broken, and nobody came to fix it. The bed was also very hard, even with an extra topper. Finally, I don't understand why breakfast ends at 9:00 AM. Most hotels serve breakfast until 10:00 AM. People come here to relax, not to wake up early just to catch breakfast?! This experience was far below what we expected from Goldient... very very upset about this!

This hotel made a huge positive difference in our Dalat trip. The hotel was very clean, and the sense of hospitality was consistently felt across the entire team — from the front desk and doormen to the housekeeping staff. Everyone showed genuine service-mindedness, which immediately made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Thanks to this hotel, our overall experience in Dalat was significantly enhanced. Using this hotel as our base allowed us to fully enjoy the city, and it truly elevated the quality of our trip. Next time, I would definitely like to book a slightly larger room and stay again. I can confidently say that a big part of what made our Dalat trip so memorable was having this hotel as our home base. Highly recommended.

It was an amazing experience staying at the resort. Every staff were friendly attentive and helpful. The resort view surrounding it is spectacular. Only concerned about their swimming not so clean. Full of bugs, bird poop and dirts. No one swims coz of it. But I did huhu. Tips on Room View, if you want a beautiful Mountain View, opt for the Golf Course view coz the actual Mountain View option doesn’t really give u a beautiful Mountain View. If you’re a Muslim traveller you need to inform the hotel before you arrive so they can try and accommodate your halal meal request for breakfast buffet. There’s also pickel ball court there (but for rental sadly not complimentary) so bring your attires if you’re a player like me! The breakfast spread is really nice. Variety and a lot to choose from. They recommend to come during special occasions like NYE, Xmas and Liberation/Labour Day. For those who travels solo like me and don’t like to travel on a bus for 7-8 hours to Da Lat, wait till after September 2026 to come coz then the airport is already done renovating. But you MUST come visit Da Lat and if you’re looking for a peace and quiet kinda resort far from the city buzz, THIS is the resort you must choose. Also they provide shuttle service daily to help send guests to Da Lat city centre according to time schedule so u are able to plan your activities daily. I’m definitely coming back here. Nos encantaría mejorar nuestra habitación para el primer día (aunque sólo el tercer día, pero aún así, era una gran oportunidad). Buen desayuno, y normalmente es un buffet, pero si hay demasiados huéspedes, es una la carte. Es el mejor hotel en la zona ( hemos comprobado unos pocos cercanos, y son mucho peores (condiciones de las habitaciones, camas, etc) A veces fue muy difícil comunicar con algunos de los empleados, incluso con un traductor, y se siente como estaba hablando con el extranjero, así que tenga paciencia))

Bọn tui ở đây 1 đêm, trước cửa đang làm đường nên hơi bụi. Ưu điểm: khách sạn đẹp, rất thư giãn, mọi thứ rất chỉnh chu, cửa sổ mình đặt rộng lắm nma bụi nên ko mở cửa, đồ ăn sáng ngon, nhân viên siêu nhiệt tình, ở khách sạn có cả yoga, vẽ tranh… theo khung giờ nhưng mình lười 🥲 Nhược điểm: Phòng hơi nhỏ chút, vali mình to nên không có chỗ để mở to, mở cả 2 vali thì chật. Đêm thì hơi ồn vì phòng cách âm kém, nghe rõ tiếng xe máy chạy. 🙂 Mình rất lười đánh giá 1 thứ gì đó nhưng mình lại làm điều đó với khách sạn này. Mình siêu siêu siêu ưng các bạn nhân viên, các bạn rất nhiệt tình, đáng yêu.. còn gì nữa nhỉ ? Chắc dùng tất cả những gì tốt đẹp nhất nói về các bạn 😛 Cảm ơn rất nhiều ạ 🥰🥰🥰 À bên cạnh có tiệm cơm Hồi Nớ siêu ngon nha, ai gần đó nên thử ạ

Супер доброжелательный персонал, мы приехали намного раньше заселения (около 6 утра), но так как мест не было, нас попросили подождать. Но всё же к 9 нас заселили (за доп плату), также разрешили докупить завтрак. При выезде также разрешают оставить багаж и забрать, когда вам необходимо. Расположение отеля - суперское, до всего, что нужно туристу можно дойти пешком. Номера не самые современные, но просторные и чистые. Отдельно приятно каждый день ходить через сад во дворе, очень гармонично смотрится. Завтраки неплохие, но для тех, кто привык к европейской еде - было скудновато, но всё равно голодными не уходили (овощи, фрукты, яичница, хлопья с молоком, тосты этим можно плотно и сытно позавтракать). Если вы на несколько ночей - точно стоит своих денег!

Отель современный, но не всё продумано для удобства. Комната уютная , но маленькая.. не хватало маленького столика и стула ещё одного или пуфика.. В ванной комнате гудела вытяжка, как вертолёт)) Не хватало душевой перегородки, тк когда принимаешь душ, , вся ванная комната мокрая. Немного короткая кровать по длине) с нашим ростом свисали порой ноги))) Ещё брали вариант с завтраком! Он (завтрак ) просто никакой)))не стоит брать с завтраками..супчики с куриными шкурами и маленькая чашка кофе. Лучше где нибудь в другом месте нормально позавтракать .. Балкон в номере 20 см глубиной. Выйти на него нельзя. И да, в комнате ночью холодно. И кондиционера нет , включить подогрев . Были 2 ночи. ) И хватит.
