¡Es un lugar fantástico! El hotel se encuentra en una calle estrecha llena de cafés, restaurantes y bares locales, y a pocos pasos del mercado nocturno. Realmente apreciamos el proceso de entrada. A la llegada nos ofreció un té de artícuo caliente, y el personal explicó claramente todo - dónde conseguir agua filtrada, cómo cambiar las toallas, dónde encontrar los elementos esenciales del baño, y cómo abrir la puerta delantera después de horas. También compartieron una lista de restaurantes y atracciones recomendados de Google Maps. Además, ofrecen secadoras de zapatos y plátanos gratis en la recepción - pequeños pero hermosos toques. Hay un ascensor, y gracias a ello no se toca en todos los pisos (como en muchos lugares!). También nos han mejorado de un cuarto de economía a un cuarto estándar, que incluye una pequeña zona de cocina con bañera, horno eléctrico, cocina, platos y herramientas. Everything is perfect! The scenery and hotel villa picture look exactly the same as its hotel's official photo. The food is delicious, the seed house is full of activities for kids, walking around the resort compound during a drizzling day is therapeutic. I regretted only staying for one night and extended some extra hours. Will definitely be on my bucket list to come back again once there's a direct flight to this place. The airport is under some construction hence we could only take the sleeper bus. It was a nice experience of the sleeper bus but I would not do that again. Overall this hotel has been one of the best forest resorts I have stayed at. A few friendly comments for improvement: the bathroom is too small and there's no separate shower room other than the shower head on top of the Jacuzzi tub. It is quite inconvenient as we need to climb in and out of the Jacuzzi to take a shower. The Jacuzzi tub wasn't clean enough. I have to wipe it with my own wet tissue. There is dirt at the water pressure outlets. The pillow is a bit too soft and thin.

The highlight of this hotel is, without question, the warm swimming pool on the 3rd floor. Not just because it is beautiful, but because it opens at 5:30 AM. While the rest of the family is still asleep, you can enjoy one of the rarest travel luxuries: warm water, fresh morning air, sunrise light, and complete silence. That alone made this stay unforgettable. 🕠 Warm Pool Hours The warm swimming pool (3rd floor) is open from 5:30 AM to 8:00 PM — and this is easily the hotel’s greatest luxury. Early opening hours make it perfect for peaceful morning swims and a quiet coffee before the day begins. 🍽 Breakfast Hours Breakfast is served daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM on the 3rd floor. The selection was generous and varied, with excellent soups, delicious desserts, and enough options to make every breakfast feel like a treat rather than a routine hotel buffet. ☕ Afternoon Tea Complimentary afternoon tea is served daily from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on the 3rd floor — a lovely and thoughtful touch that adds charm to the stay and makes the hotel feel more refined and welcoming. 🌅 Location & View The view is beautiful, and the location was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Being close to the cable car was a huge advantage for us and made exploring especially easy and convenient. 💛 Service The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. Service felt polished, caring, and consistently helpful — the kind of hospitality that makes a hotel feel truly comfortable. 🔎 What Could Be Improved What keeps this hotel from being exceptional is not the service, but the housekeeping supervision and room maintenance. A few small details slightly affected the overall impression: • the vanity table in our room had visible stains • the shower head was leaking • in the breakfast area on the 3rd floor, there is a beautiful decorative plant, but the dust on its leaves was impossible to ignore These are small things, but details matter — especially in a hotel that otherwise feels so close to being truly outstanding. Still, this is a hotel I would happily return to — for the warm morning pool, the excellent breakfast, the peaceful atmosphere, and that rare feeling of quiet comfort.

Road construction was underway around the hotel. It was inconvenient to walk around with dust, but the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and nice. Breakfast was especially good. If you are wondering where to stay, I recommend this hotel.

It was an amazing experience staying at the resort. Every staff were friendly attentive and helpful. The resort view surrounding it is spectacular. Only concerned about their swimming not so clean. Full of bugs, bird poop and dirts. No one swims coz of it. But I did huhu. Tips on Room View, if you want a beautiful Mountain View, opt for the Golf Course view coz the actual Mountain View option doesn’t really give u a beautiful Mountain View. If you’re a Muslim traveller you need to inform the hotel before you arrive so they can try and accommodate your halal meal request for breakfast buffet. There’s also pickel ball court there (but for rental sadly not complimentary) so bring your attires if you’re a player like me! The breakfast spread is really nice. Variety and a lot to choose from. They recommend to come during special occasions like NYE, Xmas and Liberation/Labour Day. For those who travels solo like me and don’t like to travel on a bus for 7-8 hours to Da Lat, wait till after September 2026 to come coz then the airport is already done renovating. But you MUST come visit Da Lat and if you’re looking for a peace and quiet kinda resort far from the city buzz, THIS is the resort you must choose. Also they provide shuttle service daily to help send guests to Da Lat city centre according to time schedule so u are able to plan your activities daily. I’m definitely coming back here. El estacionamiento del coche en el hotel es realmente incómodo. Tienes que dejarlo en un parque de estacionamiento muy lejos del hotel y conducir una moto de vuelta al hotel. Entonces, cuando tienes que recuperar el coche, tienes que conducir la moto de vuelta al parque de estacionamiento.

Супер доброжелательный персонал, мы приехали намного раньше заселения (около 6 утра), но так как мест не было, нас попросили подождать. Но всё же к 9 нас заселили (за доп плату), также разрешили докупить завтрак. При выезде также разрешают оставить багаж и забрать, когда вам необходимо. Расположение отеля - суперское, до всего, что нужно туристу можно дойти пешком. Номера не самые современные, но просторные и чистые. Отдельно приятно каждый день ходить через сад во дворе, очень гармонично смотрится. Завтраки неплохие, но для тех, кто привык к европейской еде - было скудновато, но всё равно голодными не уходили (овощи, фрукты, яичница, хлопья с молоком, тосты этим можно плотно и сытно позавтракать). Если вы на несколько ночей - точно стоит своих денег!

Other than the roadwork posing a risk and inconvenience along the entire stretch of road in front of the hotel, everything was great during our stay. The room was very clean with good air-conditioning to heat the room during the cold nights in December. The water pressure was great even though our rooms were on the 4th floor. Hot water was almost instantaneous, except the water temperature can be a little inconsistent. The bed was not hard like many of the hotels in Vietnam. Comfy bed. The young team from reception to breakfast area to housekeeping was welcoming and enthusiastic , especially a few at breakfast who recommended specialty dishes for us to try. Although the breakfast buffet was not huge, at least 70% of the selections was not repeated during our 4 days of breakfast. This is certainly something uncommon even in 5-star hotels, and is a great way for international travelers to sample a variety of dishes from different parts of Vietnam. We actually looked forward to eating breakfast everyday while chatting with some of the breakfast crew members. The only part I would recommend to improve is for the crew at reception to remember to look up and greet the guests even at night, which a few forgot to do so at times.

Hotel Zimmer war gross genug, nur keine Klimaanlage dafür einen Ventilator. Badezimmer etwas anderes in einer frei stehenden Badewanne zu duschen. Frühstück war ausreichend bestückt, zentrale Lage.

A very different experience to my usual choice of hotel. Very old school/retro feel about it. Wooden bath, shutters and some other great features. An amazing stay
