Hotel should offer drinks (plain water would also be appreciated) or assistance to keep guests who have checked out and waiting for flights happy. "Unfortunately the worst hotel I’ve stayed in - even though the location is amazing and the view is unreal, the rooms are of very bad quality. Yes, it’s a free star, hotel, and located near the lake but there were insects everywhere. In the bed I was sleeping with all my clothes on because I didn’t have other choice but there were little flying bugs all over it. There are ants too, which you can tell by the space under the door being uneven. The room itself is very old and could really use a renovation."
