NIA Hotel completely exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful in every interaction. Our room was massive, spotless, and beautifully finished - a high end boutique hotel experience we weren’t quite expecting in Da Lat. What really blew us away were the thoughtful touches: they packed us a little travel bag with fresh fruit for our onward journey, and even shifted breakfast earlier just to accommodate our early flight. The breakfast itself was next-level — think freshly pressed juices, daily selection of pastries, hot Vietnamese dishes made to order, and yes, even caviar! When our motorcycle helmet broke, the staff didn’t hesitate to offer one of their own personal helmets so we could ride safely. It’s rare to find this level of care and service anywhere, let alone at such a reasonable price. We would return in a heartbeat and recommend NIA to anyone looking for comfort, kindness, and a touch of luxury.

El personal de todo el resorte, siempre sonriendo y no puede sofocar su humor. La habitación era muy cercana a la habitación, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. El hotel dispone de una mini-mart para las bases, incluyendo vino y cerveza. El interior de la habitación(estuve en una villa) es como el tipo de chalet.

Road construction was underway around the hotel. It was inconvenient to walk around with dust, but the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and nice. Breakfast was especially good. If you are wondering where to stay, I recommend this hotel.

It was an amazing experience staying at the resort. Every staff were friendly attentive and helpful. The resort view surrounding it is spectacular. Only concerned about their swimming not so clean. Full of bugs, bird poop and dirts. No one swims coz of it. But I did huhu. Tips on Room View, if you want a beautiful Mountain View, opt for the Golf Course view coz the actual Mountain View option doesn’t really give u a beautiful Mountain View. If you’re a Muslim traveller you need to inform the hotel before you arrive so they can try and accommodate your halal meal request for breakfast buffet. There’s also pickel ball court there (but for rental sadly not complimentary) so bring your attires if you’re a player like me! The breakfast spread is really nice. Variety and a lot to choose from. They recommend to come during special occasions like NYE, Xmas and Liberation/Labour Day. For those who travels solo like me and don’t like to travel on a bus for 7-8 hours to Da Lat, wait till after September 2026 to come coz then the airport is already done renovating. But you MUST come visit Da Lat and if you’re looking for a peace and quiet kinda resort far from the city buzz, THIS is the resort you must choose. Also they provide shuttle service daily to help send guests to Da Lat city centre according to time schedule so u are able to plan your activities daily. I’m definitely coming back here. El hotel es el mismo que en la foto, se ve elegante y antigua, pero la condición es buena. El servicio del personal es increíble, nos sirve bien el personal amable que siempre está listo para ayudar. Antes de la estancia, he llegado al personal de decoración de habitación para mi propuesta a mi compañero, el personal es responsable y el resultado es satisfactorio. Una buena variedad de comida para el desayuno y el tiempo de té también, la experiencia global es increíble

La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable y muy agradable. El resort es hermoso, con hermosos jardines y flores que crean un ambiente relajante y le hacen agradable caminar por ahí. La habitación era en general agradable; sin embargo, había un olor desagradable en el baño, y la protección del sonido podría mejorarse ya que podía oír fácilmente a la gente hablar en el pasillo. Aprecié este gesto, especialmente porque había mencionado que no me importaba pagar si fuera necesario. Sin embargo, el día de la salida, el gerente me informó que el hotel estaba totalmente reservado y que la salida tardía ya no era válida. Lamentablemente, no se ofreció ninguna solución alternativa, y parecía que había alguna duda sobre mi confirmación. Envié un correo electrónico para expresar mi preocupación. Otro gestor respondió con amableza y ofreció una solución y un gesto de cortesía, que aprecié. Sin embargo, hasta entonces ya había comprobado y elaborado planes alternativos, por lo que fue un poco tarde aunque me agradezco el esfuerzo de seguir. También viajé en mi cumpleaños, pero no soy quien espera celebraciones, pero fue un poco sorprendente que no hubiese reconocimiento en absoluto, especialmente para una marca como el Grand Mercure. En general, el resort es hermoso y el servicio es en general bueno, pero una mejor coherencia en la comunicación y la prestación de servicios mejoraría la experiencia de los huéspedes.

If you're expecting a true 5-star hotel experience, you might be slightly disappointed. They really need to improve in order to live up to a 5-star standard. A child had scribbled on the wall with pencil, and no one had cleaned it off. There were drill holes in the bathroom wall, the shampoo was not refilled enough, there was no body lotion provided, and the refrigerator was completely empty. Our room was right next to an unfinished construction area of the hotel. The balcony was dusty and connected to other rooms, which did not feel very safe or private. Our motorbike was parked in the basement in the guest parking area, but it was frequently moved to another spot. I also tried to find the complimentary sauna, but it was only available to spa customers. I was satisfied with the breakfast selection, which was varied and suited our taste, especially the Pho. The dining area was very crowded during peak morning hours. Our table was taken by someone else while we went to get food. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very professional; they were somewhat sparing with their words and smiles. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here, and the hotel prepared a small gift for us, which I truly appreciated. The location is quite convenient, close to the city center. There is a park with many beautiful flowers right in front of the hotel.

El estacionamiento del coche en el hotel es realmente incómodo. Tienes que dejarlo en un parque de estacionamiento muy lejos del hotel y conducir una moto de vuelta al hotel. Entonces, cuando tienes que recuperar el coche, tienes que conducir la moto de vuelta al parque de estacionamiento.

Супер доброжелательный персонал, мы приехали намного раньше заселения (около 6 утра), но так как мест не было, нас попросили подождать. Но всё же к 9 нас заселили (за доп плату), также разрешили докупить завтрак. При выезде также разрешают оставить багаж и забрать, когда вам необходимо. Расположение отеля - суперское, до всего, что нужно туристу можно дойти пешком. Номера не самые современные, но просторные и чистые. Отдельно приятно каждый день ходить через сад во дворе, очень гармонично смотрится. Завтраки неплохие, но для тех, кто привык к европейской еде - было скудновато, но всё равно голодными не уходили (овощи, фрукты, яичница, хлопья с молоком, тосты этим можно плотно и сытно позавтракать). Если вы на несколько ночей - точно стоит своих денег!
