Jue H.NIA HOTEL DALAT – Simply the Best!
One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! From start to finish, they truly cater to your every need with such thoughtfulness and care. Even after check-out, they surprised us by packing fresh fruits and drinking water for our trip to the airport, such a sweet gesture that shows how much they go above and beyond. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and luxurious, with the most comfortable bed and pillow ever (you’ll have the best sleep of your life!). The Dalat city view from the room is simply breathtaking!
But what makes NIA Hotel stand out most is their incredible hospitality. The staff are extra friendly, warm, and genuinely caring, you feel like family from the moment you step in.
Full stars, highly recommended! Love, love, love this place. Can’t wait to be back! 🤩

Usuario invitadoHad a great stay! The hotel is brand new, super clean, and everything looks really nice. I loved how open and fresh the place feels. The location is perfect—right across from the Da Lat bus station. You can literally walk over and chill right after getting off the bus. Best of all, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here!”

Nana HanizanIt was an amazing experience staying at the resort. Every staff were friendly attentive and helpful. The resort view surrounding it is spectacular. Only concerned about their swimming not so clean. Full of bugs, bird poop and dirts. No one swims coz of it. But I did huhu.
Tips on Room View, if you want a beautiful Mountain View, opt for the Golf Course view coz the actual Mountain View option doesn’t really give u a beautiful Mountain View.
If you’re a Muslim traveller you need to inform the hotel before you arrive so they can try and accommodate your halal meal request for breakfast buffet.
There’s also pickel ball court there (but for rental sadly not complimentary) so bring your attires if you’re a player like me!
The breakfast spread is really nice. Variety and a lot to choose from.
They recommend to come during special occasions like NYE, Xmas and Liberation/Labour Day.
For those who travels solo like me and don’t like to travel on a bus for 7-8 hours to Da Lat, wait till after September 2026 to come coz then the airport is already done renovating.
But you MUST come visit Da Lat and if you’re looking for a peace and quiet kinda resort far from the city buzz, THIS is the resort you must choose.
Also they provide shuttle service daily to help send guests to Da Lat city centre according to time schedule so u are able to plan your activities daily. I’m definitely coming back here.
Well this is my personal experience, but I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I did! Good luck!

Usuario invitadoDalat Palace Heritage Hotel
It’s true that the last time we stayed at the Dalat Heritage Hotel was years back. It had a different name then too, when it was, we believe, under a different management. The place was beautiful, with vanished wooden floors, beds with canopies and bath tubs on steady golden legs. Golden taps and fresh looking bathroom tiles. Most importantly, it was clean, the cushioned chairs felt firmed, the rooms & bathrooms brightly lit. It was an equivalent if not better than the Raffles in Spore.
We decided in our latest trip to stay at the now Dalat Heritage Hotel for two nights, 23 & 24 July 2025 . We learnt that it had changed hands and while we expected it to have aged, we thought most hotel managements, would have done some upgrade, some renovation some replacements of essentials.
Sad to say, our stay was a tremendous let down. I’m trying not to use the adjectives “traumatising experience” and will not offer photos, so that the hotel has an opportunity to spruce it up and bring it to its former glory. The property has too much potential & history to be abandoned by visitors to Dalat.
We stepped into a an old, tired looking lobby. Waited a long time to register and was told to expect welcoming drinks which never came. We girls had to use the “ladies. ” another disappointment. It was old, the flush was a pull up lever which almost didn’t work. The taps were tarnished.
We finally got into our rooms. The floors were scratched, not quite the varnish, but we thought, it’s ok, a little authenticity, somethings must age. The beds still had its canopy, but the linens looked worn, tired. The little table with its two cushion chairs were well placed, but the cushions were totally worn, we could feel the base of the seat. There was a dressing table, thoughtful… but then there was no light for any lady, vain or otherwise, to apply her war paint. The room was badly lit, no extra lights at the dressing table or anywhere. The stand alone cupboards were large, but dark as well. I almost missed the black hair dryer kept in there, and we couldn’t find the room slippers and had to ask for help to locate it in the cupboards.
The most disappointing was the bathroom. It was badly lit as well. The taps were all tarnished and without my glasses, I could see the bits of mould growing around the base of the tap. There was also limescale deposits. The floor tiles were badly worn, and I wish I could say it gave the bathroom a feel of the grandeur of yesterday years ageing gracefully, but hygiene is too important here to do so. The highlight was when we took a shower and stepped into the bathtub supported by “stone legs.” It wobbled continuously and made such a lot of noise that kept the user on edge. Then, we saw it all, the grouting of the wall tiles were caked with black moulds. To top it all, the bathroom had a stench of clogged pipes. It stayed with us like a faithful friend that won’t leave even if we tried pushing him out the door!! Did I mention the mosquitoes that bunked in with us? They bit my friend on the face & eye lid which swelled for 2 days. In the mornings, they sounded the wake up calls around our faces. If it had been possible, we would have cancelled the wake up calls.
Breakfast was good. There was a good spread and the chefs behind the counters were friendly and all smiles. However much could be done to train the waitresses, who hid in corners. I asked one of them where the toaster for the bread was, she said there was none. I found it on the second morning. It was there all along. I guess her English needs polishing.
Luckily, the porters were friendly and quite quick with umbrellas as it rained the whole 2 days we were there.
On the whole, the hotel had a handful of local guests while we were there. I hope they chip in, in encouraging the hotel to relook at its offerings. We would really like to go back, but perhaps, only if someone wrote a review that says otherwise.

Usuario invitadoNo lift so if travel with big and heavy luggage, need to highlight this to them.. At night, the lights at the villa's common area were too dim especially the staircase. Should just add some sensor light. A friendly suggestion that you should place a concierge counter and staff near the entrance. Upon arrival, I have to carry my own luggage up the staircase to the lobby to check in. After that, they only brought my luggage to the buggy and left behind my backpack at the lobby. Besides, it will be more welcoming if someone greeted us upon arrival. But there's no one there. Luckily the scent of lily at the lobby makes it up. Breakfast was good. Environment was beautiful. Bed and pillows are comfy. Meeting the international chain standard. The food at Chinese restaurant next to the hotel is decent but not very authentic.

rovnikA very large hotel close to the city center. Excellent parking and views of Da Lat. The breakfast options are suitable for all tastes and appetites, even though the breakfast restaurant was very crowded. Every floor has a smoking balcony, but an umbrella or some rain cover needs to be added.

Usuario invitadoRoom is very spacious and staff are very friendly. Vouchers given by the hotel is useless, need to improved, you don't expect guests to buy 2 and get 1 complementary free drink or tea. How can 2 person in 1 room take 3 drinks. Breakfast is ok, except the coffee is not thick and need to be keep hot at all time.
Location is good, nearby many eatery and night and day market.
