El hotel NIA Hotel superó completamente todas nuestras expectativas. La habitación era masiva, sin escenas y bien terminada - una experiencia de boutique hotel de alto nivel no esperaba mucho en Da Lat. Lo que realmente nos despertó fue los toques pensables: nos empacaron un poco de bolso de viaje con fruta fresca para nuestro viaje, e incluso desplazaron el desayuno antes para acomodar nuestro vuelo temprano. El desayuno en sí fue el siguiente nivel pensando en jugos frescos presiónados, la selección diaria de pasteles, platos vietnamitas calientes hechos para ordenar, y sí, incluso caviar! Cuando se rompe la cascada de nuestra motocicleta, el personal no dudaba en ofrecer una de sus propias cascas para que podamos conducir con seguridad. Volveríamos en un golpe de corazón y recomendaríamos la NIA a cualquiera que busque confort, bondad y un toque de lujo.

Chance upon it while running my work at LamVien Square . So decided to stay for 1 night before my flight the next day . I got myself a room on the ground floor . Love it . Easy in and out . Breakfast was amazing with good selections and delicious. Staffs were helpful and friendly. Room very finely appointed with Bathlines from Chopard.

El personal de todo el resorte, siempre sonriendo y no puede sofocar su humor. La habitación era muy cercana a la habitación, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. El hotel dispone de una mini-mart para las bases, incluyendo vino y cerveza. El interior de la habitación(estuve en una villa) es como el tipo de chalet.

It was an amazing experience staying at the resort. Every staff were friendly attentive and helpful. The resort view surrounding it is spectacular. Only concerned about their swimming not so clean. Full of bugs, bird poop and dirts. No one swims coz of it. But I did huhu. Tips on Room View, if you want a beautiful Mountain View, opt for the Golf Course view coz the actual Mountain View option doesn’t really give u a beautiful Mountain View. If you’re a Muslim traveller you need to inform the hotel before you arrive so they can try and accommodate your halal meal request for breakfast buffet. There’s also pickel ball court there (but for rental sadly not complimentary) so bring your attires if you’re a player like me! The breakfast spread is really nice. Variety and a lot to choose from. They recommend to come during special occasions like NYE, Xmas and Liberation/Labour Day. For those who travels solo like me and don’t like to travel on a bus for 7-8 hours to Da Lat, wait till after September 2026 to come coz then the airport is already done renovating. But you MUST come visit Da Lat and if you’re looking for a peace and quiet kinda resort far from the city buzz, THIS is the resort you must choose. Also they provide shuttle service daily to help send guests to Da Lat city centre according to time schedule so u are able to plan your activities daily. I’m definitely coming back here. Well this is my personal experience, but I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I did! Good luck!

El hotel es el mismo que en la foto, se ve elegante y antigua, pero la condición es buena. El servicio del personal es increíble, nos sirve bien el personal amable que siempre está listo para ayudar. Antes de la estancia, he llegado al personal de decoración de habitación para mi propuesta a mi compañero, el personal es responsable y el resultado es satisfactorio. Una buena variedad de comida para el desayuno y el tiempo de té también, la experiencia global es increíble

Lamentablemente, no se ofreció ninguna solución alternativa, y parecía que había alguna duda sobre mi confirmación. Envié un correo electrónico para expresar mi preocupación. Otro gestor respondió con amableza y ofreció una solución y un gesto de cortesía, que aprecié. Sin embargo, hasta entonces ya había comprobado y elaborado planes alternativos, por lo que fue un poco tarde aunque me agradezco el esfuerzo de seguir. También viajé en mi cumpleaños, pero no soy quien espera celebraciones, pero fue un poco sorprendente que no hubiese reconocimiento en absoluto, especialmente para una marca como el Grand Mercure. En general, el resort es hermoso y el servicio es en general bueno, pero una mejor coherencia en la comunicación y la prestación de servicios mejoraría la experiencia de los huéspedes.

If you're expecting a true 5-star hotel experience, you might be slightly disappointed. They really need to improve in order to live up to a 5-star standard. A child had scribbled on the wall with pencil, and no one had cleaned it off. There were drill holes in the bathroom wall, the shampoo was not refilled enough, there was no body lotion provided, and the refrigerator was completely empty. Our room was right next to an unfinished construction area of the hotel. The balcony was dusty and connected to other rooms, which did not feel very safe or private. Our motorbike was parked in the basement in the guest parking area, but it was frequently moved to another spot. I also tried to find the complimentary sauna, but it was only available to spa customers. I was satisfied with the breakfast selection, which was varied and suited our taste, especially the Pho. The dining area was very crowded during peak morning hours. Our table was taken by someone else while we went to get food. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very professional; they were somewhat sparing with their words and smiles. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here, and the hotel prepared a small gift for us, which I truly appreciated. The location is quite convenient, close to the city center. There is a park with many beautiful flowers right in front of the hotel.

El estacionamiento del coche en el hotel es realmente incómodo. Tienes que dejarlo en un parque de estacionamiento muy lejos del hotel y conducir una moto de vuelta al hotel. Entonces, cuando tienes que recuperar el coche, tienes que conducir la moto de vuelta al parque de estacionamiento.
