Where do I even begin? We extended our stay several times. During my trip I had an accident, and I can honestly say that this hotel helped me heal. Every member of the staff was so kind, caring, helpful and respectful that words are not enough to thank them. They are truly a dream team — from the reception staff, the bellboys, housekeeping, the waiters, the chef… every single person left a beautiful impression on me. The hotel is located in a dreamy place. If you are looking for peace, tranquility and beautiful views, this is definitely the place. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely come back and we will recommend this hotel to all our friends and family. We will miss you ❤️

Шикарный отель, все что нужно есть, очень приветливый персонал, предоставляют бокалы со льдом по вечерам, можно сделать барбекью, завтраки тоже отличные! Не хватает кофе машины,пледиков на вечер, но это уже мелочи! Всем советую именно этот отель около озера.

Mình đến với Haven vào 1 dịp đầy mây, sương và mưa nhưng Haven đã cho mình 1 kỳ nghỉ đầy healing Các bạn nhân viên thì nhiệt tình và chăm khâch bằng trái tim, đặc biệt là bạn Trang truyền cảm hứng về Đà Lạt và Haven bằng tình yêu của bạn dành cho cao nguyên này và bạn Tuấn nhớ tên của từng khách một và rất chu đáo từng chi tiết nhỏ. Haven yên tĩnh, thơ mộng, thiên nhiên & quang cảnh đẹp đến không muốn đi đâu nữa Từ phòng mình nhìn ra là hồ Tuyền Lâm, mở cửa ra là nắng nhẹ, là gió, là tiếng thông rì rào và chim ca Cạnh Haven là đường lên đỉnh Pinhatt, cung đường đi khá dễ tầm 1 tiếng đi lên và 45p đi xuống, mây là đà quanh người. Cơ mà hôm mình đi gió lớn và mưa nên không thấy được view đẹp như những ngày trời trong. View hổ đẹp nhất là khi gió thổi đưa từng dải nắng sóng sánh trên mặt nước và cây cỏ, tiếc là không được add video để thấy thiên nhiên đẹp đến mức nào

Hoteles en El País Vasco: Este hotel es un hotel muy bonito con una zona de apariencia chica. Situado junto a muchos lugares de turismo. Los desayunos son super. La habitación es limpia, todo lo que necesitas está en ella!

Everything is perfect! The scenery and hotel villa picture look exactly the same as its hotel's official photo. The food is delicious, the seed house is full of activities for kids, walking around the resort compound during a drizzling day is therapeutic. I regretted only staying for one night and extended some extra hours. Will definitely be on my bucket list to come back again once there's a direct flight to this place. The airport is under some construction hence we could only take the sleeper bus. It was a nice experience of the sleeper bus but I would not do that again. Overall this hotel has been one of the best forest resorts I have stayed at. A few friendly comments for improvement: the bathroom is too small and there's no separate shower room other than the shower head on top of the Jacuzzi tub. It is quite inconvenient as we need to climb in and out of the Jacuzzi to take a shower. The Jacuzzi tub wasn't clean enough. I have to wipe it with my own wet tissue. There is dirt at the water pressure outlets. The pillow is a bit too soft and thin.

El hotel es un hotel pero fechado, hay que hacer algunas reparaciones / renovaciones. El desayuno no es un buffet como se describe (que es bueno cuando casi no hay invitados), sino cuando se pide un chocolate caliente en lugar de un café y se le paga si lo hace no está bien. El hotel dispone de una zona de 2 estrellas con una amplia gama de habitaciones.
