Fui en febrero, un excelente momento para ir, pregunté por la sala de las cataratas al costado del edificio, casi no había nadie allí, la única estafa es el estacionamiento, fui al casino ya que cuesta menos de la mitad, pero cambian sus precios todos los días.

El hotel debería escuchar sus reseñas. Mucha gente lo critica por ser un lugar sucio, maloliente y asqueroso, pero la verdad es que es increíble. Un vestíbulo muy elegante, habitaciones preciosas, cálidas y acogedoras, y una ubicación increíble. Sin embargo, el internet es pésimo fuera del vestíbulo. Tuve que hablar con recepción y un técnico de soporte para explicarles que el internet era malo en la habitación, y me lo dieron por hecho, como si yo estuviera equivocado. Instalad más routers, no es tan difícil. Además, el desayuno DEBE INCLUIR opciones saludables. No hay ni una sola fruta ni verdura a la vista, sin contar los yogures de frambuesa o fresa. Personalmente, creo que el hotel debería replantearse su estrategia de precios. Es demasiado asequible; y el desayuno (con fruta y verdura) debería ser una opción más atractiva. ¡Tiene una ubicación inmejorable! ¡Tiene una piscina y un jacuzzi increíbles! ¡Incluso artículos de aseo de primera calidad! Habría pagado el doble sin desayuno, como hacen la mayoría de los hoteles de la zona. Perdón por mi discurso, pero sé que el hotel debería y puede hacerlo mejor.

Our room was clean and satisfactory. The front desk people were all so friendly at check in and they were very eager to help us with questions that we had. It offered a continental breakfast which was on a scale of 1-10 a 5. What they had was little to chose from. It was great if you just wanted toast bagels or warm oatmeal. There wasn’t much to chose from after that All in all. I would stay there again because of the costumer service at the front desk. They were all top notch and very friendly. We also ate the hotel restaurant. The waitress was very welcoming and funny as heck. My wife’s chicken looked and tasted delicious. The recommended steak wasn’t nothing to right home about.

Hotel didn't meet the expectations of the Hilton name I've learned to expect. All was very good until shower time. The control knob for the shower was missing...this should have been caught by cleaning staff. Front desk was quick to respond and got another room for me. But, no one likes to change rooms after settling in.

La ubicación es excelente y la piscina es agradable para volver a la mañana.

Muy bueno. El servicio del hotel es muy bueno. El personal es amable y considerado con los huéspedes. El servicio de información de viajes en el hotel también es excelente.

¡Esta es nuestra segunda vez que nos quedamos en el lugar de Howard la última vez que nos quedamos por una semana, y nos encantaba tanto que volvimos! Esta vez, reservamos dos habitaciones desde que mi hermana y su familia se unieron a nosotros, y otra vez, todo fue perfecto. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, cómodas y bien preparadas.

Brand new hotel. Very comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful . Breakfast was exceptional for transitional hotel breakfast . Overall , I would come back to this specific hotel .

La habitación está bien, es una tarifa adicional increíble, debería ser una tarifa equivocada, el servicio al cliente no tiene respuesta durante cuatro días, cosas sencillas, por qué la tarifa es tan compleja

The staff is great but the hotel is run down. I paid $220 for a night and the carpet was all lifting in the room. They tried to hide it with a chair. The hallway carpets are disgusting and leave the halls smelling musty. The best part though, kids staying with us and they put us in a room where the window was so cracked that one wrong tumble into that window you’d be gone. They thought packers clear tape would fix it.
