We had a great stay here! The building itself is older, but it’s very obvious that the hotel has been newly renovated. Everything felt clean and fresh , the room was spacious, the furniture looked brand new, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. One of the highlights for our family was the game room, which was perfect for keeping the kids entertained. The amenities were also excellent, and the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. A huge bonus was the free EV charging, which made our trip even more convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again!

El hotel está muy bien y los trabajadores muy atentos y agradables. Lo que no me gustó es que nos dieron una habitación justo al lado del ascensor cuando pedí si podía ser lejos. Te dicen que el desayuno está incluido pero con nada que pidas ya te hacen pagar de más. Y lo peor es que te hacen pagar un depósito que se supone devuelven a las 2 o 4 semanas. Muy peseteros. Un quiero y no puedo donde te intentan sacar el dinero por cualquier cosa cuando ya pagas un elevado coste por alojarte allí.

Una estancia muy agradable. La usamos para una escala de 14 horas antes de continuar nuestro viaje. - La ubicación es inmejorable, a 1 minuto a pie de la zona de facturación. - El personal fue muy amable. - De alta calidad (aunque un poco antiguo), pero muy bien mantenido y con artículos de baño de alta calidad (jabones, cremas, etc.). - Las camas eran extremadamente cómodas. - El desayuno es a la carta con vistas a los aviones y las terminales. - El gimnasio es pequeño, pero tiene todo lo necesario.

Firs of all, the receptionist was very friendly and had a big smile on her face during both check-in and check-out (it was the same lady), warm and nice lobby. Second, the room was smaller than I expected, smaller than what the website showed but it was clean. Third, when I arrived it was almost impossible to find a parking spot (see pic 4) because there were several hotels in the same area. I had to wait in my car for about 20 minutes until someone finally left so I could park and check in. Fourth, hotel parking is quite expensive $34 per night for self-parking and $39 for valet. The underground parking lot is right next to the garbage room (see pic 5) which was disgusting and horrible. I also saw two guys working in the parking area and they seemed really unfriendly. If they ever film another Conjuring series this could be a perfect location. To be fair, I did notice that several other 4 star hotels in Whistler have similar parking conditions: dark, old and dirty. Fifth, it was a bit cold at night and I tried to adjust the room temperature but it didn’t work. I mentioned this to the lady when I checked out. If you asked me if I would stay there again, probably NOT. The price is okay for the room and the location is very convenient there’s an Old Spaghetti Factory inside the hotel and several bars, restaurants and shops are just 5–10 minutes away on foot.

Excelente ubicación cerca del tren elevado. Las instalaciones están un poco anticuadas. La piscina es bastante grande, pero la temperatura del agua es baja para el invierno. No había dónde ducharse completamente después de nadar. Nos despertó la alarma de incendios en mitad de la noche a la 1:30 a. m. y tuvimos que bajar caminando desde el piso 11. Tardaron 30 minutos en desactivar la alarma y no pudieron arreglar el ascensor. Así que las personas sin discapacidad tendrían que subir más de 10 pisos de escaleras para volver a dormir. El resto de la gente tendrá que esperar a que arreglen el ascensor. Nos costó mucho volver a dormir después de tanto ejercicio. Cuando hicimos el check out a la mañana siguiente con una señora en el vestíbulo, preguntamos si había alguna compensación por la situación de la alarma de incendios de anoche, solo dijo que era por motivos de seguridad, así que no darían ninguna compensación. El problema es que cuando preguntamos qué causó esta alarma, solo dijo que todavía se está investigando. Nos decepcionó mucho su respuesta, ya que el problema de la alarma contra incendios podría ser culpa del hotel si se tratara de una falla. Ni siquiera saben si fue por seguridad o por un sistema de alarma deficiente.

My husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs. The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting. For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

Reservé con antelación, así que conseguí un buen precio, lo cual fue genial. Además, había un servicio de transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto cada 30 minutos, así que, aunque estaba en una zona remota, no hubo problema. El servicio de limpieza también se realizaba a diario durante mi estancia. Como llegué antes de tiempo, me permitieron registrarme antes por 60 dólares adicionales. Parece que no hay agua en la habitación, así que comprar agua todos los días fue un poco incómodo, ya que pesaba bastante. El sándwich de bistec del restaurante que está debajo del hotel estaba delicioso. Sin embargo, el servicio fue increíblemente lento.

El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de Vancouver y cerca de todo. La habitación era muy espaciosa, que fue una agradable sorpresa, y todo se sentía cómodo y bien mantenido. Me alegro especialmente de que tuviera mucho para esta estancia. En general, estoy muy satisfecho y recomendaría definitivamente este hotel.

This was a nightmarish trip, 1st I had asked for a room on the highest floor possible, with a view of the Harbour, I am a photographer and made the trip to Victoria to get some great photos of the inner Harbour. I got a room on tenth floor overlooking the parking lot and side street. The windows were so dirty it was hard to see anything, in my eyes I was ripped off, I am not going to to stay at any Merriott hotels, at the time of my booking it said they had a buffet breakfast and when I arrived they told me there is no buffet breakfast just a restaurant on site, parking was said to be free self parking. I was charged $29.40 / night to self park my truck.
