El comedor es muy bueno y cocinan muy bien el desayuno estaba excelente la habitación muy pequeña y la primera noche encontre una pulga en la cama que me pico y pedí que me cambien la habitación por lo demás las instalaciones son bastante nuevas y la ubicación es buena , igual aviso que la ciudad no es.par ama de una o dos noches como máximo me quedo tres y fue demasiado. Recomiendo pagar al mediodía para comer en el restaurante que tienen en el hotel tienen un Cheff excelente lástima que solo abren pocas horas de 11 a 2pm

Overall pleasant stay. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Checked into a room with awful smoke smell and front desk staff sent front office personnel up pretty quickly with ioniser but I insisted to change room as smoke smell usually stick to the linen and hard to get rid which the staff immediately respond well to it. I personally think the housekeeping staff should take note of cleaning the mold in between the shower tile. Pretty gross! I was pleasantly surprised with Dyson hair dryer in the room and nice looking pair of bedroom slippers. Keep up the amenities details.

not bad at all but not very good. simple nice hotel with basic things for ur stay. bed OK, aircond OK, toilet OK, water pressure GREAT, tv channels SUPER BASIC, no lift so better ask for down to earh room. staff was helpful n friendly. location.? if wanna go to lost world of tambun, this hotel is a great choice. overall, with this price, the location, u really cant ask for more.

Honestly, I’m not the guy always writing a review, but today I have to. This morning around 8am, the staff from here calling me that my car had puncit. I’m feel shocked and trying to looking for mechanic to replace my tyre. I’m feel surprise that staff from there is very friendly and helpful to do me a favor and replace it together with me. I’m really feel warm and appreciated and for sure next time when I’m going to Ipoh. This always will be my First Choice. 🙏🏻 Can’t do much for you guy, just hopefully this review will be helpful.

El servicio fue bueno. Las instalaciones eran regulares. El hotel olía mal y parecía un hotel deteriorado. El desayuno buffet era regular, nada espectacular. La habitación era regular, las toallas que proporcionaban olían mal. En general, el hotel olía mal.

Very convenient, the pre arrival information for guest is accurate, making it’s really easy from self check in to check out. Room is big and clean but voice of passing motorbikes and cars can be annoying some times, even ear plugs are provided. The parking space is quiet limit, and for underground level, entrance and turns are very narrow, required full attention and may not suitable for van or big suv. Many restaurants near by, few open late at night.

Location within 10mins walking distance to tourist spots. Shower water was good enough. Cleanliness needs to be much improved. The bed sheet and blanket were not cleaned and stained. The screen of the television was broken. Roadside parking space was very limited, although a covered “parking garage”provided, the scary and steep narrow entrance need to have a very skilful driving techniques required.

A big corner house with 9 rooms. Spacious hall living room with TV channels. Dining set with tablewares. No stove no utensil for cooking. A fridge, microwave and water dispenser with hot, warm and cold water. Downstairs has a shared toilet too. Clean and nice. Last minute 5pm on the spot booked this unit. Instant confirmation and easy self check in instantly. Fast response from the incharge person. I booked Family room for 5pax on the first floor. 2 bedrooms with a joint toilet. Room8 spacious 1king 1single. Room9 1queen. Very comfy thick beds. TV in the room cannot be used. Old mother need to go downstairs to watch TV at the living hall. Its fine quite convenient and comfy to sit in the living. Greeting many guests coming in and out haha. Very affordable price. Nearby restaurants and attractions. Great stay! Thanks!

Al registrarse en la habitación, encontré un fuerte olor (aguas residuales) proveniente de la salida de agua del baño. Me cambian a otra habitación. Más tarde en la noche, al regresar al hotel, descubrí que la segunda habitación también tenía problemas. 1.El rociador del bidé no funciona correctamente, gotea agua de la manguera y del bidé como se muestra en la imagen. incapaz de utilizar el bidé. El aluminio que cubre la manguera también se ha caído de su punto de sujeción. 2.La salida del flujo de agua del lavabo es súper lenta y desborda el lavabo.
