El comedor es muy bueno y cocinan muy bien el desayuno estaba excelente la habitación muy pequeña y la primera noche encontre una pulga en la cama que me pico y pedí que me cambien la habitación por lo demás las instalaciones son bastante nuevas y la ubicación es buena , igual aviso que la ciudad no es.par ama de una o dos noches como máximo me quedo tres y fue demasiado. Recomiendo pagar al mediodía para comer en el restaurante que tienen en el hotel tienen un Cheff excelente lástima que solo abren pocas horas de 11 a 2pm

Room age and looks old especially the flooring SPC wood layer already peeled out and loose after we accidentally kicked on it near balcony, but is broken easily due to rain water seepage in from balcony and luckily our feet didn't get hurts after accidentally kick on it, also in detachable condition so really deteriorating . Took RM100 deposit upon check in and we worried they will blame this on us but luckily they didn't say anything. I hope the management will at least change the flooring, as it can pose dangerous risk and don't let bad things happen over only regret over it. Breakfast is included, under age 5 is free.

The location was excellent - but having a car made it easier for us to get there and get around. The room was clean and comfortable and checkin was smooth as well. The real highlight, though, was breakfast, especially the cucur bawang. Our team probably cleared the plate as soon as it hit the buffet. The breakfast spread was modest but thoughtfully prepared, and everything tasted delicious.

El personal de recepción debería dar más formación, más para mejorar. La habitación está polvorienta, el mantenimiento de la casa es un poco decepcionante. Aparcamiento al aire libre limitado proporcionado por los hoteles con orden de llegada básico. De lo contrario, tendrás que aparcar al borde de la carretera pagando las tarifas de aparcamiento.

Debido a la reserva de última hora, tenemos que esperar casi 2 horas. Algunos miembros del personal trabajan desde casa, pero el personal del mostrador de recepción me está ayudando mucho. Reserva confirmada por trip.com pero necesita tiempo para recibir notificación y aprobación del hotel en su sistema. Todos los miembros de la familia están realmente agotados al viajar largas distancias durante las visitas de Hari Raya a sus familiares. Finalmente, conseguimos nuestra habitación sin ninguna queja a las 10 pm😁. ¿Solo el estacionamiento es demasiado limitado y complicado? Aparte de eso... comida de Miker y café con leche del casco antiguo a solo 10 minutos a pie. 7E en el lobby del hotel. Vista superior desde el piso más alto. Volveré y lo recomendaré. Pero por favor reserve en línea con anticipación. De lo contrario, tienes que esperar 2 horas como yo 😁😁

The room that i booked was on the ground floor so its convenient for families as there are no elevator in this hotel. There's Speedmart close by so its very convenient. Ironing facilities only 1 in each floor . Parking are plenty but charges applies for weekdays. Very value for money and I will definitely stay here again.

Located at old town of kampar I love the environment and cleanliness, the staffs are friendly, but you can somehow hear the noise from the cinema beside. But I will still stay agin here if I revisit kampar, overall it is nice and comfortable.

The homestay is very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with basic amenities. The location is easy to access and the host is very responsive. If possible, it would be great to provide drinking water, such as a Coway or Cuckoo water purifier, to make things more convenient for guests. With this, guests won’t need to go out to buy bottled water. Other than that, everything was very satisfying. Thank

Es un hotel maravilloso con ambiente balinés. Tan pronto como entró en el hotel, sintió como si hubiéramos viajado al extranjero. Es un lugar cómodo para quedarse con excelente ubicación. El personal era amable y acogedor también. Muy recomendable.

The room was very spacious and clean, with a large washroom that made our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was nice and the overall environment was pleasant. The price for the family room was very reasonable. A great stay overall.
