La entrada de este lugar está en una calle bastante transitada, y el porche es muy pequeño; sales y ya estás en la carretera. Vine por las fotos en línea que mostraban un entorno de entrada muy agradable, pero el gran césped en realidad está detrás del hotel, aunque no está lejos. El check-in fue un poco lento, con unas siete u ocho personas en la fila y esperamos unos 40 minutos. Supongo que ese es el ritmo malasio, hay que acostumbrarse.

La ubicación es muy buena. Puedes caminar a muchos restaurantes famosos en la antigua ciudad de Ipoh. No más de diez minutos, muy conveniente. La casa es muy grande y la cama es cómoda. Pero el olor de la basura es muy fuerte y muy desagradable. No hay mucho ruido, puedes oír a otros huéspedes caminando y conversando en el pasillo. El diseño del parque de coches es un pesadilla. El equipo de gestión es muy accesible. Recogerán RM300 para depósito de daños a través de tarjeta de crédito. Y volverán en 1-2 días después de su comprobación. ( No he comprobado si recibí el reembolso).

Es un excelente punto de partida, sencillo y práctico, para explorar la ciudad. Si buscas un lugar cómodo y económico donde dormir mientras dedicas la mayor parte del tiempo a descubrir la famosa gastronomía y cultura de Ipoh, esta es una opción muy conveniente.

El hotel ofrece alojamiento sencillo y limpio, y aunque es un establecimiento más antiguo, está bien mantenido. La presencia de muchos perros en el piso exterior puede ser intimidante. Aeon está convenientemente situado por la carretera, accesible por coche, y varios restaurantes están situados en la misma fila que el hotel.

Overall pleasant stay. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Checked into a room with awful smoke smell and front desk staff sent front office personnel up pretty quickly with ioniser but I insisted to change room as smoke smell usually stick to the linen and hard to get rid which the staff immediately respond well to it. I personally think the housekeeping staff should take note of cleaning the mold in between the shower tile. Pretty gross! I was pleasantly surprised with Dyson hair dryer in the room and nice looking pair of bedroom slippers. Keep up the amenities details.

Spent a night here. The location is average, but there are plenty of parking spots available. There’s even a 7-Eleven downstairs, which is very convenient. They’re very strict about checkout time, they even called and WhatsApped to remind me 😅. Room was cozy and comfortable overall.

Worth the price you pay! Great location, just beside the highway. Everything is clean, aircond was functioning well, the room is nice. It’s just that the small fridge is not functioning and the water pressure is kinda slow. But I don’t really mind. The front desk was also nice. I will reconsider staying at this hotel again for a short staycation.

The environment is good but the waterpark only open in the evening. Kids can only enjoy the pool. It will be good if the mini waterpark is open the whole day during weekend. Cleanliness is up to our expectation. Easy to check in and check out.

We stayed at Ipoh Bali Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights for our honeymoon, and we’re truly so grateful we chose a local honeymoon instead of flying overseas. This place made our trip feel peaceful, romantic, and memorable. From the moment we checked in, Raidah was incredibly warm, helpful, and friendly and she even checked us out at the end of our stay. Her hospitality really made us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout the trip. All the staff we met during our stay were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Every time we walked past, we were greeted with smiles, which made the atmosphere feel so warm and comfortable. We also had massages during our stay, and the masseuses were amazing. The service honestly felt like a 5-star experience, professional, relaxing, and exactly what we needed after the wedding. A special mention to the breakfast team as well, especially May, who was so kind and attentive. The food was excellent. We loved it so much that we ordered the same dishes twice during our stay, the Balinese chicken porridge and the Balinese rice set (can’t remember the exact name, but it was so good!). The room itself was spacious with beautiful high ceilings, giving such a cozy Bali-inspired atmosphere. One of our favourite parts was the sound of flowing water from the balcony at night It was incredibly calming and helped us sleep so well. The bathroom was also very spacious and came with a lovely bathtub, which made the whole honeymoon experience even more special. Honestly, the hotel felt like a 5-star resort experience to us, so we were surprised to find out it’s officially rated 3 stars. The service, atmosphere, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. Overall, this was the perfect honeymoon stay for us, and we will definitely come back again in the future.
