The main entrance is right next to the road, and there's a lot of traffic, making it dangerous to get in and out of cars with luggage. The parking lot downstairs was full, so they told us to scan a QR code to park elsewhere, saying they'd arrange a car to pick us up. However, we waited a long time and no one came. We called the front desk, and they just said ”okay, got it.” We waited another 10 minutes and still no one showed up. They didn't even have basic contact information for the staff; we had to rely on the front desk to relay information. In the end, we had to drive back to the hotel ourselves to drop off our luggage and find parking at nearby shops. When we got to the lobby, there was no front desk; we had to go up to the 12th floor. The check-out process was even more time-consuming. They made us wait for about 10 minutes while their staff checked all the room facilities before they could process our check-out. This is the first time I've encountered so many problems with a hotel I've stayed in many times. Terrible!

La ubicación es muy buena. Puedes caminar a muchos restaurantes famosos en la antigua ciudad de Ipoh. No más de diez minutos, muy conveniente. La casa es muy grande y la cama es cómoda. Pero el olor de la basura es muy fuerte y muy desagradable. No hay mucho ruido, puedes oír a otros huéspedes caminando y conversando en el pasillo. El diseño del parque de coches es un pesadilla. El equipo de gestión es muy accesible. Recogerán RM300 para depósito de daños a través de tarjeta de crédito. Y volverán en 1-2 días después de su comprobación. ( No he comprobado si recibí el reembolso).

Es un excelente punto de partida, sencillo y práctico, para explorar la ciudad. Si buscas un lugar cómodo y económico donde dormir mientras dedicas la mayor parte del tiempo a descubrir la famosa gastronomía y cultura de Ipoh, esta es una opción muy conveniente.

The hotel is the most affordable place to stay in Ipoh. The room is huge and has enough space for walking, and the bed is clean and comfortable enough to sleep. There are also a few places to eat along the street and the foods nearby are cheaper compared to the city centre. On the other hand, the hotel's floor is dirty, it's difficult to walk and we feel disgusted. Furthermore, the room unprovided the fridge. Lastly, the funniest place, the room provides us an ironing board but they don't provide an iron.

Un pequeño hotel boutique realmente agradable. Me sorprendieron absolutamente todos los pequeños productos de higiene gratuitos que nos regalaron. La cafetería y el restaurante también estaban bien. Mi única recomendación es que vayas desde el hotel hasta el centro de Ipoh, ya que esta parte de Ipoh realmente no está diseñada para caminar y solo causa estrés innecesario.

Pasó una noche aquí. La ubicación es media, pero hay muchos lugares de estacionamiento disponibles. Hay incluso un 7-Eleven abajo, que es muy conveniente. They’re very strict about checkout time, they even called and WhatsApped to remind me 😅. La habitación era confortable y confortable en general.

Worth the price you pay! Great location, just beside the highway. Everything is clean, aircond was functioning well, the room is nice. It’s just that the small fridge is not functioning and the water pressure is kinda slow. But I don’t really mind. The front desk was also nice. I will reconsider staying at this hotel again for a short staycation.

The environment is good but the waterpark only open in the evening. Kids can only enjoy the pool. It will be good if the mini waterpark is open the whole day during weekend. Cleanliness is up to our expectation. Easy to check in and check out.

I like the breakfast because they served clear soup with yellow mee and kuew tiaw and sambal..soooo goood. The swimming pool close until further notice start after raya already because of the pump and tile. Overall worth the stay.
