La habitación es pequeña y elegante, limpia y ordenada; el aire acondicionado es muy bueno y tranquilo; la recepción y el servicio de habitaciones son excelentes; el hotel está muy bien ubicado y se tarda unos 10 minutos a pie en llegar a las principales atracciones y zonas de restauración; el desayuno es abundante y delicioso. En resumen, tiene una calificación de cinco estrellas y es recomendable para quienes valoran la relación calidad-precio.

Overall pleasant stay. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Checked into a room with awful smoke smell and front desk staff sent front office personnel up pretty quickly with ioniser but I insisted to change room as smoke smell usually stick to the linen and hard to get rid which the staff immediately respond well to it. I personally think the housekeeping staff should take note of cleaning the mold in between the shower tile. Pretty gross! I was pleasantly surprised with Dyson hair dryer in the room and nice looking pair of bedroom slippers. Keep up the amenities details.

not bad at all but not very good. simple nice hotel with basic things for ur stay. bed OK, aircond OK, toilet OK, water pressure GREAT, tv channels SUPER BASIC, no lift so better ask for down to earh room. staff was helpful n friendly. location.? if wanna go to lost world of tambun, this hotel is a great choice. overall, with this price, the location, u really cant ask for more.

Honestly, I’m not the guy always writing a review, but today I have to. This morning around 8am, the staff from here calling me that my car had puncit. I’m feel shocked and trying to looking for mechanic to replace my tyre. I’m feel surprise that staff from there is very friendly and helpful to do me a favor and replace it together with me. I’m really feel warm and appreciated and for sure next time when I’m going to Ipoh. This always will be my First Choice. 🙏🏻 Can’t do much for you guy, just hopefully this review will be helpful.

El servicio fue bueno. Las instalaciones eran regulares. El hotel olía mal y parecía un hotel deteriorado. El desayuno buffet era regular, nada espectacular. La habitación era regular, las toallas que proporcionaban olían mal. En general, el hotel olía mal.

La ubicación es fácil de encontrar y la seguridad se siente sólida, con muchos escalones para entrar. 😹. La habitación es muy limpia y espaciosa, y me encanta que proporcionen una toalla por persona, además de jabón y champú. La zona común también es limpia y acogedora; ¡incluso vimos una película allí y la disfrutamos muchísimo! El wifi también es rapidísimo. En resumen, ¡este lugar es muy recomendable para alojarse con amigos o familias! :D

Location within 10mins walking distance to tourist spots. Shower water was good enough. Cleanliness needs to be much improved. The bed sheet and blanket were not cleaned and stained. The screen of the television was broken. Roadside parking space was very limited, although a covered “parking garage”provided, the scary and steep narrow entrance need to have a very skilful driving techniques required.

Room age and looks old especially the flooring SPC wood layer already peeled out and loose after we accidentally kicked on it near balcony, but is broken easily due to rain water seepage in from balcony and luckily our feet didn't get hurts after accidentally kick on it, also in detachable condition so really deteriorating . Took RM100 deposit upon check in and we worried they will blame this on us but luckily they didn't say anything. I hope the management will at least change the flooring, as it can pose dangerous risk and don't let bad things happen over only regret over it. Breakfast is included, under age 5 is free.

Hotel bien ubicado en la zona colonial de Ipoh. Personal muy atento y amable. Tuvimos problemas con el desayuno, ya que habíamos reservado esta opción, pero al registrarnos nos dijeron que temporalmente no podían dar desayunos, nos reintegraron 30RM por noche que era en lo que el hotel valoraba el precio del desayuno, la dificultad era encontrar un sitio cercano al hotel para desayunar temprano.
