★★★★★ Had a wonderful stay at Mercure Palanga and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Before arrival, I had contacted the hotel regarding a birthday celebration, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. The arrangement was beautifully prepared, and it was clear that genuine care had gone into fulfilling the request. Small gestures like these create lasting memories and made the stay feel truly personal. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms were well maintained, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the location was excellent for exploring Palanga while still enjoying some peace and quiet. A special mention to the staff, who were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the stay. The breakfast selection was great, and the spa facilities provided the perfect way to unwind after a day out. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and willingness to make guests feel valued. The birthday arrangement exceeded expectations and added a special touch to an already excellent stay. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Mercure Palanga to anyone visiting the area.

Great location, 8 minutes walk to to old town and the sculpture park is just around the corner. Got this convenient store like 200 metres away and quite a few restaurants nearby. Room is very spacious and the bed super comfortable. Ramanda at the reception has been most KIND and SWEET!! Had quite a bit of jet-lag and got up really early in the morning. Staff at breakfast let me in early despite the fact that I always show up before their opening hours (I am sorry!!). Breakfast was lovely, a good selection of warm and cold dishes!! Most appreciative!!

We spent two nights at a family flat. For a group of five our two bedrooms and living room were ideal. The cost of parking is five euros per night. Nice apartment, a kitchenette, an unfurnished balcony, a swimming pool with saunas - all little and a bit chilly. There is a 12-meter pool with a jacuzzi that is kid-friendly. There were plenty of options for breakfast, but poor quality coffee. However, the cost speaks for itself. The location is excellent—it's right in the centre of Palanga, yet it's also quiet.

La vista desde la habitación es completamente diferente a la de las fotos. Lo malo es que es difícil encontrar y entender dónde está el número de recepción. No hay recibos con el número. El aparcamiento es caro y no hay señales claras de dirección del tráfico ni de salidas; al subir o bajar, puedes encontrarte con otro coche delante del tuyo. Lo bueno es que la piscina es gratuita.

Чистый отель недалеко от вокзала. Вокруг много магазинов. На ресепшн девушки говорят по-английски. Из минусов: дверь в душе плохо работала, открывалась и закрывалась с ужасным звуком. Не положили второе полотенце для рук, хотя два гостя были указаны. Тапочек не было. Холодильник заставлен минибаром, так ещё и отключен от сети. При въезде попросили оплатить депозит 50 евро, о чем мы осведомлены не были, и, с остатками налички после путешествия и отсутствием зарубежной карты, выполнить просьбу не могли. Дали 20 евро, которые при выезде нам вернули. Зато кровать отличная!

Todo fue muy a nuestro placer. La ubicación es perfecta, se encuentra en unos minutos en la playa o en el restaurante. El desayuno es lo que sea bueno, sobre todo vaa con él. Tus empleados eran muy amables y útiles, y pueden ir a nuestros cuartos antes.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, caminar puede llegar al lugar de la reunión, restaurantes y transporte cercanos. La habitación es confortable, mesas de oficina y conexión a la red son muy adecuadas para el trabajo. La elección de desayuno es variada y puede comenzar el trabajo de un día con comida rápida. El servicio de recepción es intimidad y eficiente, y la experiencia global es muy adecuada para viajes comerciales

El 900 rápido de Ctrip no incluye una habitación tipo loft anterior. De hecho, el precio se ha reducido mucho antes de mudarse. Esta garantía de precio bajo es realmente mala. Además, como hotel boutique clasificado como el número uno en TripAdvisor, el servicio es realmente sin palabras. Llegó al hotel a las 12 en punto, nadie en la recepción, después de un tiempo, la gente dijo que la habitación no era buena, comprensible, salió a almorzar, lluvia fuerte temporal, no trajo paraguas, regreso a la hotel mojado bajo la lluvia, ya eran las dos de la tarde Point, la recepción del hotel ni siquiera revisó la computadora para ver el estado de la habitación, y directamente dijo que no hay espacio, o puedes ir a el restaurante en la parte de atrás para tomar una copa. Como resultado, se cobra el café, no el hotel preparado para los huéspedes que esperan mojados. Además, las deficiencias del hotel boutique se reflejan plenamente en este hotel. En el inodoro, presione el botón de descarga y el agua llegará al cuerpo. Hay un toallero para colgar la ropa en la toalla de papel higiénico, pero colgar la ropa lavada mojará la toalla de papel.
