Very value for money, staff friendliness could have been better. Food can be slightly improved too. Room size and amenities were good though.

This was definitely my favorite hotel I stayed in over my first 2 weeks in India. The location was great, it was very convenient for public transport and finding cabs/tuk tuks. The rooms were spacious and clean, everything worked properly, and they were very comfortable. The property had an attached bar/restaurant with really good staff that made good food. The staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was free on the 7th floor of the hotel and was pretty decent, although there wasn’t nearly enough seating in that area for guests (I sat and ate on the steps outside one morning) and they didn’t serve coffee. My biggest complaint was about the wifi. Each floor had 2 different routers, which I thought was overkill, but then I realized was necessary because maybe 25% of the routers worked properly at any given time. At one point during my stay none of the routers worked with an iPhone somehow (me and the only employee with an iPhone couldn’t access internet). My laptop was only able to access the internet in the lobby. And switching between routers every so often was necessary to keep connected. WiFi aside, this hotel was a super comfortable place to stay, and the price made it a good value. I would absolutely stay here again if I came back to Bengaluru

Me quedé aquí con un grupo de 6 estudiantes, y desde el momento en que llegamos, nos trataron con la hospitalidad de primera clase. El personal nos acogió con sonrisas, puertas abiertas, ayuda con nuestra equipaje, y personalmente entregó todo lo correcto a nuestras puertas de la habitación realmente impresionante servicio desde el principio hasta el final. Las habitaciones son tranquilas, limpias y muy cómodas. El desayuno fue otro espectáculo! Our stay at Hoysala Village Resort was truly memorable, and what stood out most was the exceptional service from the entire team. The staff excellence here deserves special mention. Every member of the team was genuinely attentive, warm and thoughtful, always making sure that every guest need was carefully handled. Nothing felt mechanical or routine — the hospitality felt personal and sincere. The food experience was equally wonderful. Every meal was served with great care, attention and, most importantly, with love. You could feel the pride the team takes in looking after their guests, from the preparation of the food to the way it was presented and served. We were especially fortunate to experience the Thursday temple pooja and the traditional breakfast served on a banana leaf, which made our stay even more meaningful. The warm farewell, including the arathi and thoughtful gift, was another beautiful touch that we will remember. Hoysala Village is not just about the property; it is the people who make the experience special. Their genuine Indian hospitality, personal attention and commitment to guest comfort made us feel more like honoured guests than hotel customers.
