The stay was very comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, which made it very pleasant. Although there is a club on the top floor, the noise didn’t really disturb me. The breakfast was also good and enjoyable.

I stayed here with my family during our holiday in Medan. Although the hotel is a bit old, it has its own charm. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. Traveling with a young child, we especially appreciated the nice swimming pool, which made our stay very enjoyable.

Masha Allah.. tan hermoso.. evento que nos quedamos en la habitación estándar, también podemos tener la vista beatriz de Danau Toba.. el desayuno fue delicioso.. Esta es la primera vez que voy a Indonesia y puedo comer todo el alimento.. excelente.. también me gusta el paquete de viaje gratis...mantenerlo.. la próxima vez que voy a Danau Toba otra vez, me quedaré en la cascada dentro del Taman Simalem Resort.. en Shaa Allah

We stayed here this time for 3 nights. We had stayed here a couple of times before. The hotel maintains its hospitality, warmness and courtious reception of customers. It was quite easy to check in and out. The staff from front desk to housekeeping were friendlyand warm. There are little things that should be paid attention to such as the menu for breakfast.. Although the spread is good but there should be some variation/changes. Overall staying here you get value for your money.

Acompañé a un cliente a alojarse en el mismo lugar. En general, está bien, aunque un poco deteriorado. Podría mejorar si renovaran sus artículos de aseo, pero solo me quedo una noche. Seguiré optando por este alojamiento en Medan.

This is hotel was rebranded from Radisson to aiho .. still good condition... The checkin process also excellent.. within 5 minutes I can go straight way to my room.. the only problem is they only have 2 elevator.. sometimes in of that not functioning due to maintenance service..

We stayed at Four Points Medan for one night during the final leg of our Medan trip. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. We arrived at around 2:00 PM and were a little disappointed that our rooms were not ready yet. However, the staff were helpful and arranged for our luggage to be delivered to the rooms once they became available, which we appreciated. The rooms met all of our requested preferences, including connecting rooms and non-smoking rooms. While the rooms were located at the far corner of the floor, it did not cause any major inconvenience. We were also happy that the hotel staff could communicate comfortably in English, which made our stay much more convenient and stress-free. As our stay was quite short, we did not have enough time to fully enjoy the hotel facilities. It would be great if the hotel could consider extending the operating hours of the gym, swimming pool, and massage services to provide more flexibility for guests. One highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast buffet. It was by far the best breakfast experience we had throughout our Medan trip, with a good variety of food and excellent quality. Thank you to the team for making our stay comfortable.

Lo que me gusta: La cama, la ducha y la cocina de la habitación. El suministro de agua (agua caliente) y la circulación del aire en el baño - el armario no huele nada, Además de que ofrecen un espacio de estacionamiento gratuito para el huésped que trae un coche, Lo que amo: Menú de desayuno...... más que suficientes opciones, todos los alimentos que como son deliciosos (si no super deliciosos), Provisión de agua potable con un distribuidor de agua Además de la hospitalidad del personal - top notch ... Las cosas que no me gustan: Programa de televisión, nada interesante para mí y no útil en absoluto Extracción de energía demasiado baja y el hecho de que hay una mesa demasiado pequeña para la caldera y la botella de agua .....

The Hotel is super good .. Everything are amazing.. But we face a scamming that we opened our safe to arrange some documents and cash then the housekeeping team arrived to cleanup … So i let them enter the room for cleaning but I didn’t close the safe since we are in the room in that time. The safe located inside the closet the one you can walk in .. After they finished the cleaning We find 200 USD from our cash in the safe .. The cleaning team put the new laundry bag right on the top of the safe (in that time it was open) and now body noticed us that the safe is open …!!! I submitted a complaint to the front office of the hotel …!!! And i I described the cleaning staff to them exactly, and who was the person who entered the wardrobe containing the safe...!!! They said they would investigate the incident, and after two days they contacted me again saying they had questioned the cleaning staff, who denied taking anything from our safe...!!! And of course, we didn't find anything... which is obvious because no one would confess in this way without being pressured. And here's the question: why didn't the cleaning staff warn us that the safe was open when they went in to put the new laundry bag on top of it?
