Nos alojamos una noche antes de subir a la montaña, así que es un buen lugar para alojarse. Hay una agencia de viajes en el vestíbulo que puede organizar excursiones y alquilar un coche.

Overall cleanliness was good. And the location is very strategic as it is located in one of KK's biggest malls. I don't know if I could recommend this hotel due to my experience of construction noises lasting from 10pm to 12am (and it went over 12am where I had to ask the staff to check on it). I understand this may be a one-off incident but the lack of understanding from the staff is what truly puts me off. Even though the noise was coming from the mall, it does directly affect your customers and thus it is a problem that the hotel has to address. I called to complain twice, got no updates after the first and had to face a very dismissive receptionist in the second. The hotel should have taken more active measures and worked with the mall management. I don't think there's any excuse as to why construction has to happen AT NIGHT where your guests want to rest/sleep. Other than the mall, no other amenities.

Hace poco estuve en el Space Cap Hotel en Kota Kinabalu y fue una experiencia excepcional, especialmente para viajeros solos. El innovador concepto de cápsula es único y práctico, y ofrece una combinación perfecta de privacidad y comunidad. Cada cápsula está bien diseñada, limpia y equipada con comodidades modernas, lo que garantiza una estadía cómoda. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, está convenientemente situado cerca de las principales atracciones y del transporte público. El personal es increíblemente amable y servicial, y brinda excelentes consejos para explorar la ciudad. Las áreas comunes son acogedoras e ideales para conocer a otros viajeros. En general, el Space Cap Hotel ofrece una estadía fantástica y asequible, lo que lo convierte en una excelente opción para viajeros solos en Kota Kinabalu. ¡Muy recomendable!

historia 25-27 de octubre viaje a Mabul & Kapalai con familia, de My Space Capsule a Pekan Semporna solo 3 minutos, cuando estás en la cápsula al amanecer, no tienes ganas de salir de la manta 😆 solo porque no dejas el barco atrás 🤣 si quieres dormir y pasar más tiempo afuera, es mejor reservar una cápsula, es barata, económica y puedes dormir cómodamente 🥰🥰

Excelente ubicación en la Plaza de Kota Kinabalu Times, cerca del Mall de compras de Imagen. Acceso conveniente a las comidas. Sala limpia.

Very well located place, just next to jesselton harbor and Gaya Street. We had a problem in the first day because hour apartment with double bed wasn't available and we need to stay the first night in an apartment with twin beds and without wash machine (which was included on apartment booked). From second night we could move to the apartment booked. It was clean but is old and not so wellantained, the place also don't have enough equipments (we needed to ask for pan and pots, since the only one provided was unable to use, also wasn't provide enough cutlery). But the place is near to the most attractions by walking distance and have the essentials to stay for a short time.

This was my first time staying at this hotel and I had a very pleasant experience. I was impressed with the room, it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The airport transfer service was also very punctual and well arranged. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again

Overall the trip is quite nice, only the fan can be squeaky, but air conditioning works fine, bathroom is okay, only the water heater knob can be sometimes not functioning. Parking space can be find easily

Small, a bit dark, clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, free drinking hot and cold water 24/7, good location, nice staff, but very bad WiFi in our room (207), which was very annoying. We wanted extend our stay, but because of that we didn't and the door squeaks too.
