WE WENT RIGHT BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF JUNE SO THERE WASN’T ALOT OF PEOPLE Good stuff: the place has amazing views, the sea the nature the beach the white and blue themed buildings, beautiful trees and flowers, the interior design is nice as well, staff are super nice and welcoming Beach and pool were so clean and constantly maintained throughout the day. Everything you’d need for the beach will ne provided (towels, long chairs, umbrellas …etc) They also have some nice free activities during the day. Breakfast was nice, wide variety of foods and drinks, we unfortunately didn’t get the all inclusive option which would’ve been better. The lobby area is so clean and there is a beautiful terrace that you can use to chill. They allowed us to keep our pet in the room, which is nice, but they mentioned that it’s usually not allowed even tho i have called before going and the told me that’s pets are welcomed. (Also they asked us to be in the room when the room cleaning is being done) Bad Stuff: The location isn’t very accessible by feet you’d have to walk a bit before reaching the point where u’d be able to take transportation to the city or just request a taxi from the hotel ( 250 TL TO CITY CENTER) The food in the hotel is expensive (Airport Prices) we ended up ordering from outside using delivery apps, they deliver to the entrance of the hotel so you’d have to go all the way there to pick it up. A lot of stairs but it didn’t bother us much because we didn’t have any old people or kids with us. THE ROOM CLEANING SERVICE WAS SO BAD COMPARED TO EVERYTHING ELSE They always forget to change a few things or put extra stuff in the room( towels, bathroom stuff, sheets, iron…) the floor in the room isn’t cleaned well, basically they do below the minimum when it comes to house keeping, although you can request anything that’s missing and they’ll get it sorted. They leave the cleaning stuff and the room essentials outside on the floor, you’d find some trash as well which is bad to see. When you call to make a request expect a delay in response or they may even forget to fulfill it, so you’d have to go to the reception to sort it out.

La ubicación del hotel es increíble, pero el servicio es el peor que he experimentado. Te contaré mi historia: No sirven té durante el almuerzo y la cena, pero aún tienen algunos dulces (baklava, gofres, etc.). No puedo imaginarme comiendo dulces con agua o cerveza. Pregunté si podía tomar té de alguna manera, y el camarero me dijo que ”no podía hacer nada, no teníamos té”. Entonces le pregunté a un camarero: ”Como no hay té durante la cena, ¿puedo llevar un trozo de baklava al bar de la piscina (sirven té las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana, pero no tienen dulces) para comerlo con té?”, respondió ”sí, puedes”. Cogí un trozo de baklava y fui a la salida, donde otro camarero me dijo que ”no se puede sacar comida de la zona”. Le expliqué la situación, le dije que otro camarero lo había aprobado, pero este camarero acaba de llevarse mi baklava delante de 30-50 personas. Repugnante. Estoy de acuerdo con las reglas, cada hotel puede establecer las suyas, pero ¿por qué dos camareros dicen cosas absolutamente diferentes? Es un comportamiento abusivo, diría yo. O bien decía ”si mi compañero lo ha confirmado, entonces está bien, pero no podemos confirmarlo la próxima vez” para no hacerme sentir avergonzada, o bien iba al bar y me traía una taza de té, y explicaba una vez más que no podían hacerlo la próxima vez. Sería un buen servicio, creo. Así que fui a recepción y pedí llamar al gerente del restaurante. Dijeron que vendría en 30 minutos. Dije que estaría en el bar. En 30 minutos, no vino nadie. Volví a recepción, donde una persona me dijo que el gerente ya se había ido y me pidió que volviera mañana. Genial. Así que, a la mañana siguiente fui a recepción, donde otra recepcionista me dijo que no había gerente de restaurante hoy porque estaba libre el sábado y el domingo. Le dije que me habían dicho que podría hablar con el gerente del restaurante hoy. Ella respondió: “Está bien, pero no puedo ayudar en nada”. La peor experiencia de servicio que he tenido jamás.

The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day. What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. The hand-made Turkish coffee offered at reception was an unexpectedly lovely touch, the kind of small gesture that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. We left already talking about coming back. Lugga isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience. Highly, highly recommend. Отдыхала одна в этом отеле, мне все очень понравилось, я забронировала номер у бассейна и это 10/10 очень удобно и красиво, отель на вид новый , и с очень хорошим интерьером ( кому важна эстетика, этот отель точно подойдет ) отель не большой, но очень уютный. На территории много растений, за которым ухаживают это радует глаз. Персонал очень дружелюбный, начиная с ресепшен заканчивая уборщицами , которые всегда улыбаются и очень вежливые. Цены в ресторане при отеле доступные. Соответствует цена/качество

El hotel es un hotel de apartamentos muy bonito. Muy limpio y cómodo. El personal está separado gracias por su atención, atención, hospitalidad y sonrisas. El hotel dispone de un lugar maravilloso para relajarse, con una hermosa y cómoda infraestructura, una gran piscina, una cómoda posición, muchos verdes y flores. En un bar puedes enseñar café en turco y te venderás con un vaso de agua fresca con hielo y deliciosas dulces. Excelente servicio en general! El hotel está a tres minutos de la playa, junto al acantilado un gran número de cafés, restaurantes. ¡Mi favorito es Levisi Luxe, hay música, servicio, comida y sabor de platos elegantes! Gracias a todos los que han hecho nuestro descanso tan inolvidable!

Entorno: Ubicado a media ladera en Fethiye, a unos 10 minutos en coche de la playa. Se puede ver a los practicantes de parapente desde la habitación. Servicio: El personal de recepción fue muy amable y el registro fue rápido. El aparcamiento es limitado, pero en recepción le ayudarán a mover su coche. El desayuno es un desayuno turco tradicional, pero la cola para la tortilla era un poco larga. Limpieza: La habitación estaba bastante limpia, pero el grifo del lavabo tenía mucha presión de agua. Hay una bañera exterior en el balcón.

4 stars, once, a long time ago! Perfect location, nicely designed, but long past it's prime. The receptionist said he was tired, when I arrived, they only had 9 rooms occupied out of 78, the 2nd weekend of June. Extensive gardens, overgrown, and dotted with broken hotel furniture. Deluxe room, overlooking the garden mess, and the WiFi didn't work. I asked for a kettle, but was told the management doesn't allow.....4 stars? An hour later Sumat ( super guy, trying hard) brought a kettle, but no cup. Cup arrived eventually. No water in the rooms. WiFi still not working, despite Sumats attempts. Then, the AC exploded and dumped 2 litres of water on the bed. Had to wait 40 mins in the bar for a clean room ( and 70 were unoccupied). My 2nd Delux room overlooked the carpentry work and staff area. That evening I realised the light bulbs were not working, except in the bathroom. I gave up, and slept. The following morning I opened the bathroom window, and it came off in my hands, as did the towel rail. It's so sad to see a beautiful hotel fall apart, staff are demoralised, and have lost interest. I escaped, as early as I could, and will not return.

С трудом нашли на машине отель. По адресу навигатор приводит к нижней части отеля, а заезд в паркинг и ресепшн находятся наверху. Указателей там нет никаких, только случайно увидев букву ”J”, подъехали туда и нашли. Внизу же есть указатель, направляющий к закрытой намертво калитке без вывесок. Сам отель хороший. Бассейны открытые на разынх этажах. Есть бесплатные закрытый теплый бассейн, сауна, хамам. Сотрудницы-индонезийки могут платно выполнить различные виды массажей. Заказывали аппартаменты с одной спальней. В гостиной раскладывающийся диван. Муж храпит, поэтому думали, что он будет спать в гостиной, а я в спальне. Но постельных принадлежностей для дивана в шкафах, увы, не было. В аппартаментах предусмотрены два санузла. В одном унитаз и раковина, в другом унитаз и душ. В одном из них невозможно было сходить в туалет - крышка унитаза не держалась и все время падала на спину. В другом не закрывалась дверь. Даже при условии, что вы пара с многолетним стажем, весьма неприятно ходить в туалет с открытой дверью. Кровать удобная, мягкая в меру. Телевизор с выходом в интернет. Большие панорамные окна на внутренний бассейн. Не очень далеко находятся мельницы.

Отличный отель, остались очень довольны проживанием! Номер был чистым, уютным и комфортным, всё необходимое для проживания было в наличии. Персонал приветливый и внимательный, всегда готовы помочь и ответить на вопросы. Отдельно хочется отметить удобное расположение отеля — всё необходимое находится поблизости, а добраться до основных достопримечательностей было легко. В целом впечатления остались исключительно положительные. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель друзьям!

We had a swim-up room in a quiet part of the hotel, and that was the best decision. Having a pool right there with a sea view made our stay truly exceptional. 😍 The property is a three star hotel and it shows some signs of wear and tear (albeit being very clean), but the services, amenities and staff are certainly worth 4 stars. The location is about 10 min from the beach, if you walk at a swift pace, but it’s so much better than any hotel that is close to a very tacky and noisy main street. Note: the beds didn’t have standard linen. They made the beds with a bottom sheet but no top sheet. It was just a bedspread left at the bottom of the bed. That was unusual and not exactly to my liking. We spoke to reception who sent the housekeeping staff over to our room. We asked for sheets but it was clear this is how they made all beds and no top sheet was provided.
