El hotel está ubicado a medio camino de la montaña, con aire fresco y un hermoso entorno. Cuando tomamos un taxi, un chico nos ayudó a llevar nuestro equipaje a la recepción. El servicio en la recepción fue bueno y respondió todas mis preguntas. Pero usted debe llevar su equipaje usted mismo al momento del check out, no hay ascensor. El tiempo real en el hotel no es largo, no hay un ambiente de resort con todo incluido. y solo comemos unas cuantas cosas sin todo. We spent most of our days here and never once wanted to be anywhere else. Breakfast deserves a special mention — it was an absolute highlight. Fresh, generous, and lovingly put together every morning. The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day. What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. The hand-made Turkish coffee offered at reception was an unexpectedly lovely touch, the kind of small gesture that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. We left already talking about coming back. Lugga isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience. Highly, highly recommend. This is my second visit to the Juglans Suites Hotel. European-style architecture, elegant design details and room amenities will make your stay comfortable. But the most important thing is the staff, who must provide a high level of service. Unfortunately, the trend is not changing for the better right now. Last time, everything with manager Halil was resolved on a positive note and very quickly. The attention, tact and care with which he treated each client can only be given as an example. He was the soul of this hotel, but unfortunately, he is not working there now. With his attitude to work, he increased the sales of the hotel, such employees are worth appreciating! Now there is no welcome plate with fruits, the pool is not heated, there are no sun loungers on the beach (last year there were), the announced transfer is not provided (for a fee), room cleaning is carried out only on request, but no more than once every 3 days, the quality of cleaning leaves much to be desired (floors are not washed, detergents funds are not added, bed linen is not changed). If you are coming for a long time, take care of a kitchen towel, rags, tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. In any case, if you accept and take into account the disadvantages, your stay will be comfortable. I recommend that you stop.

Como este era nuestro primer viaje al extranjero juntos, quería que nuestras cuatro noches aquí fueran una experiencia especial. Desafortunadamente, la suite con jacuzzi y vista al mar fue una gran decepción y un auténtico desperdicio de dinero. El jacuzzi del balcón era inutilizable, ya que el agua estaba, en el mejor de los casos, tibia, y la presión era pésima. Sin embargo, la vista desde nuestra habitación era simplemente espectacular. ¡Por desgracia, casi me caigo, ya que la barandilla del balcón tenía un tornillo suelto y se movió peligrosamente bajo mi peso! Dentro, el papel pintado se estaba despegando de las paredes en varios sitios, pero el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien y la cama era cómoda. El gerente hizo todo lo posible por solucionar los problemas e incluso nos ofreció cambiarnos a otra suite, lo cual rechazamos porque era más pequeña y tenía peor vista. Y ahí reside la cualidad que salva a este hotel: ¡su personal! Desde el gerente del restaurante hasta el director de actividades, todos fueron genuinamente amables y serviciales. Nada de sonrisas fingidas ni saludos prefabricados. A pesar de la decepción de haber pagado por un jacuzzi que no pudimos usar, las increíbles vistas desde nuestro balcón y el maravilloso personal hicieron que nuestra estancia en el King Royal Palace Ölüdeniz fuera realmente memorable.

4 stars, once, a long time ago! Perfect location, nicely designed, but long past it's prime. The receptionist said he was tired, when I arrived, they only had 9 rooms occupied out of 78, the 2nd weekend of June. Extensive gardens, overgrown, and dotted with broken hotel furniture. Deluxe room, overlooking the garden mess, and the WiFi didn't work. I asked for a kettle, but was told the management doesn't allow.....4 stars? An hour later Sumat ( super guy, trying hard) brought a kettle, but no cup. Cup arrived eventually. No water in the rooms. WiFi still not working, despite Sumats attempts. Then, the AC exploded and dumped 2 litres of water on the bed. Had to wait 40 mins in the bar for a clean room ( and 70 were unoccupied). My 2nd Delux room overlooked the carpentry work and staff area. That evening I realised the light bulbs were not working, except in the bathroom. I gave up, and slept. The following morning I opened the bathroom window, and it came off in my hands, as did the towel rail. It's so sad to see a beautiful hotel fall apart, staff are demoralised, and have lost interest. I escaped, as early as I could, and will not return.

El hotel es muy atrasado.Vivíamos en apartamentos, eran muy grandes, todo lo que necesitaba, usted podría pedir dinero para lavar lavandería y lavavajillas para las recetas, donde una chica muy agradable trabajaba, ella es muy agradecida por separado! La habitación está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable. En el spa, una piscina caliente, en noviembre es agradable porque todo abierto ya está muy frío o no funciona. El hotel no es malo, pero para este dinero era mejor en Turquía, quizá después de la reparación será bueno, pero no es probable que volvamos aquí si estamos de nuevo en Bodrum.

We had a really lovely stay. The apartment was clean, tidy, and set within a well-secured resort, which made us feel comfortable throughout. It’s in a great location too—just a short walk to everyday essentials like transport links and some nice, affordable places to eat. The resort itself faces the sea, and even though our apartment didn’t have a direct sea view, the beach was literally just across the road. Getting around was very easy without a car since public transport runs regularly and is surprisingly cheap, starting from about 70 pence per trip. The host, Lebrentals, was great to deal with, and Sadik, our main contact, really stood out. He was kind, responsive, and always happy to help—often saying, “just let me know whatever you need,” which we really appreciated. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d definitely love to come back. It’s a genuinely nice place to stay.

We had a swim-up room in a quiet part of the hotel, and that was the best decision. Having a pool right there with a sea view made our stay truly exceptional. 😍 The property is a three star hotel and it shows some signs of wear and tear (albeit being very clean), but the services, amenities and staff are certainly worth 4 stars. The location is about 10 min from the beach, if you walk at a swift pace, but it’s so much better than any hotel that is close to a very tacky and noisy main street. Note: the beds didn’t have standard linen. They made the beds with a bottom sheet but no top sheet. It was just a bedspread left at the bottom of the bed. That was unusual and not exactly to my liking. We spoke to reception who sent the housekeeping staff over to our room. We asked for sheets but it was clear this is how they made all beds and no top sheet was provided.

I would recommend 1000000☀️❤️, i love breakfast, there are many options, staffs are very friendly, swimming pool and view are amazing. Actually i have never seen clean hotel like this ❤️ and i just walked to beach for 15 minutes and city centre is near too.
